I recharged for RC45 plan. I didnt get the benefits as per the plan. I confirmed the existence of above plan from the CC agent, & then only I recharged. I recharged in an outlet as the plan was not available in online recharge. I wanted sms plan & even I am ready to pay 50ps for 1st 3 sms daily. This not the 1st time I am suffering from the docomo service. I am fed up with the service they provide.
Each time when I try too connect with CC agent, Each one says one reason. No one is ready to take the complaint. I am really frustrated. Why should I waste my time & money for their faults? Why I want rate cutters when I already have 197 plan.? I want the plan as they told me or I want my money back. I will port my number.
I want justice.

The Tata Docomo customer care has provided me the wrong information about the message voucher. According to the info provided, on the recharge of Rs 11 i will get 100 free messages local and national daily for 30 days after charging the first SMS at their normal rate. But when i subscribe the same recharge pack, now it started costing me 10paise per SMS . Due to this my total expenses over monthly SMS cost reaches to around 300. But according to the actual recharge voucher subscribing details, the estimated cost would have been 30-40 rupees .The details of this extra cost is not provided to me by the service provider.Also they are not cooperating with me regarding the issue.So kindly please look into this matter as the subscribing details are provided to me by a recorded machine.Other people could also fall for the same issue so i have recorded the message as an evidence against the company.
