[Resolved]  Tata Docomo — Fraud and Breach of trust Online Recharge

I recharge my phone 9xxxx80764 from "" tatadocomo online recharge site and select the voucher of rs 14 35 minutes std/local, on 27-may-2013 and got 35 minutes, as per the site i should get the validity of 3 days that mean my validity should be till 23:59:59 of 29-may-2013, but on 29-may-2013 i charged from my main balance and my 25 minutes which was left in my account on date 28-may-2013 deleted, when i call the customer care on 198 to note down this complaint they refuse to note it down and said me that from 27 may the tariff changed,
but the yet shows rs 14 pack with 14 days validity, so they cheat me and deduct my 25 minutes.
I want my 25 minutes back,They completly cheat me. and don't want to register my complaint.

Dear Sir/Ma'am,

I am a TATA DOCOMO prepaid user(mob no. [protected]). On 23rd Oct I made a complaint (complaint no. BBL[protected] to the customer care regarding the deduction of my balance. Initially my balance was Rs 75. Every 10 mins I was getting a notification message that I have been charged some amount for internet usage but I haven't used any of the internet services. So, I switched off my mobile on 23rd night and when i switched on my mobile on 24th Oct morning and checked my balance it was only Rs 0.07 left in my account. So i again made a call to the customer care and asked about the deduction of balance, they told me that complaint has been registered and the balance will be refunded till 27th Oct 8:00 pm. Till now no one has contacted me from DOCOMO and my balance hasn't been refunded. Whenever I call to customer care they simply say that complaint is still opened and please wait for 24hrs more. Already 10 days have passed but no action has been taken. Now I am completely fed up with the TATA DOCOMO's unethical and irresponsible behavior, this has caused me a mental harassment and financial loss. How can i be charged for a service that I haven't used??

Please do the needful in the matter and help me get credit of the said balance.

my self pankaj chincholikar using tata docomo [protected] i have recharge of call reducing call tariff stv 24 on 13th jun which give 1ps/6sec and validity 30 days, but before completing validity of 30 days my it give me 1ps/sec . i have customer care not responding properly and holding call till 35 min, then i mail my complaint to tata nodal office on 20 June .After that on 21 they replied Request nos- PGSM09382382 tata docomo complain~~M4555716 but the query was not solved yet.Then i mail him on 23 Jun , and get reply (PGSM[protected] and it get resolved . but its was not yet ,also not getting full talk time of 151 i get only 136 balance which i recharged on 23th,also not getting benefit of 1ps/2sec before not completing its valid,
so its a major issue not every complain it

These People are just making fool and taking with sweet voice, to console us, i think all o[censored]s should come in unity and no one should use Tata network further
I have received 2 massage showing thank u for downloading jawa games and have been charged rs 33/ but i haven't downloaded any games and customer care is not responding in a manner

Tata Docomo — Fraud Recharge

Complaint Name :- Fraud Recharge of TATA DOCOMO

Sir I recharge my mobile with special recharge of Rs.94.00 having which some low call cost benifits on the date 9/4/2012. I call customer care but they does not give me proper response they told me this rechage scheme is in valid after 21/3/2012. But when i do the recharge of Rs.94.00 company is accepted the amount send me the transction ID [protected]. but after rechrge they does give me the benefits of that scheme and also does not return my amount.

Tata Docomo — Fraud Related

I am Amit Pardeshi
TATA DOCOMO is not able to resolve my complaint since 2nd of june 2012... i had log complaint again and again adn about 20 times but still no resolution...
The customer care executives are talking very badly and give wrong information...
there Online complaint resolution center [protected] also not give me satisfactory answer and not able to resolve my complaints and charging me for the services which they are not able to provide...
I cant use GPRS on my sim card.....
