I had posted a complaint previously to which I didn't receive a reply.this is my second complaint regarding the problem stated in my previous complaint.This time time I have measured the speed more minuetly came to know that the speed has got even worse its about 10kB/s which equals to about 80kbps.I hope that Tata Docomo, which is a very reputed company, will live upto its name and address this issue as soon as possible.I phoned the customer care many times bur they were unable to help me.So I hope that TATA DOCOMO officials do something to solve the problem.my contact details are the same as mentioned in my previous complaint.

Even i have the same problem...planning to take airtel connection by saturday...coz its GPRS speed is awsome on my frnds phone...its the same phone as mine...mine is Sony Ericsson Xperia X10 mini pro...
I already had a chat section and that guy send me the GPRS settings once again saying that for android phones the settings are different...but the fact is that der is no change...im fed up with this...plz do help...

very cheating network in tamilnadu...once time i was activated gprs 63rs pack..i have 21rs in my main account...normally i used the gprs..but suddenly i was lost my main account...and then check my Gprs mb balance.i have 10mb..but my balance was lost..very shamefull customercare service...totally cheating network in tamilnadu

I am too having the slow speed problem although network coverage is about 100%.but the internet speed with both APNs:
TATA.DOCOMO.INTERNET
TATA.DOCOMO.DIVE.IN
the speed that i receive is about 5-16kB/s max.I am using Nokia 5230 with the latest firmwarecavailable to date.I dont know why but it happens like that.I request you to resolve this as early as possible.Another issue is that some tata docomo users exploit certain IPs for free internet.I would appreciate tbat if you consider taking action against them.I hope that the above matters are resolved as early as possible.please find below my contact details:
