service providers are not helpful in providing PUK2

is they dont have responsibility for this?

MY g five handset is want sim1 puk2.please send me the puk 2 for [protected].

I wanted to find out the PUK2 code for my tata docomo sim, they told me straight on my face that the information regarding the same is not available with them, and they don't know where this information can be extracted from, they behavior was rude.
