[Resolved]  Tata Docomo — To unsubscribe wrongly subscribed Personalized Horoscope Pack by the company

Dear Sir,
I am having Mobile No.[protected] of TATA DOCOMO service provider.Since last 2 months, somehow company has activated "Personalized Horoscope Pack" without my notice. I tried so many times to unsubscribe the same, but failed. Company's complaint registration system is also not working. Company deduct Rs.10/- per week from my prepaid account balance,which has not been used for a single time. Kindly arrange to unsubscribe the same & refund of deducted amount.

i am also having facing same problem of horoscop pack...i tried many times to unsubscribe it but failed...
i received a call from[protected] after recieving this call 10rs got deducted from my main balance and then received a msg saying that you have been subscribed to personalized horoscope [protected]@10/7days.

i would like to unsubscribe this horoscope pack which was automatically activated and i request you to refund money.my number is [protected].

Tata Docomo — balance deduction from 2 months for horoscope msg

This is ganesh rajmane living at bhosari,pune. I am using tata docomo [protected] since last 3 years, recently from last 2 months i am getting horoscope msg alerts without any prior notification and for that my balance is deducting 1.00 per day. I have contacted docomo customer care toll free no. 121 but it has been observed that nobody taking action plz look into this
