[Resolved]  Tata Docomo — Network Problem

Address:Pune, Maharashtra

There is no network coverage in our Industrial Area and at my office Wipro Technologies, 31 MIDC, Hinjewadi Phase 2, Pune.
Earlier it could catch the other providers' network that why I opted for Postpaid connection. But looking to its bad service I need to switch to another service provider. But its a Postpaid connection I am still having problem in Number portability.

there is no network available in our area. i also complaint to customer care but there is no good response from their.my mobile number is [protected] when i am go to the second floor then network is connected
very poor network in our area please to try to understand my request & take fast action to solve this problem, In our area most of company network are available. i hope you will take action in very soon

This is to inform you that I have tried every possible way to get my complaint resolved but it hasn't been solved yet,so I request you to take proper action regarding this problem as I am fed up with this situation.Moreover they blocked my outgoing service because I didn't pay the bill.I had to pay because I wanted to run this nymber but they havn't provided any rebate for the suffering I have been.Request you to kindly take strict action against.

about 1 month ago i had complaint aginst network in our indoor & outdoor network problem but there is no improvment in service .very very poor network in our area of tata docomo & no response from the service provider i also complaint to tata docomo customercare about 1 month ago. i want to know that how many times to take to solve this problems? otherrwise i leave this company&select another company service provider

i am sovan from west bengal i used tata docomo & airtel, i went used only tata docomo becz tata docomo service is best in india but network service is very poor, NO INDOOR COVERAGE & OUTDOOR IS NOT SO GOOD than i used 2 connecation for tata docomo mob.[protected].[protected], many time i complain tata docomo c c but again & again no result, i hope tata docomo network is good after 2 month.than did not good docomo network i saw good bye tata docomo.

Recently i used number portability and switched to TATA Docomo.
The network coverage of TATA Docomo is very bad. to be very precise every day i receive at least 30 missed call alert. Whenever i go inside my office cabin i lost signal.
My friends and office colleagues started complaining. i am using this number since i started using mobile phone (6 years). now i cannot change my number.
I think i have made a biggest mistake of my life in choosing the right service provider. unfortunately i have to wait for another 2 months to switch back to airtel network.

Try to solve this problem as early as possible.

My Office is in prime location in PUNE. Bund Garden Road, Cannuaght Place building.
I had a very bad network problem and also customer care is not responding to this.
I taken connection based on their advertising stating that we get network in elevator.
But i am not getting in open office space in prime location

I'm really frustrated with TaTa Docomo... Im facing problems after problem and till now nothing is solved inspite of my complaints to Customer Care and Nodal officer .

my problems.
1. Speed is very slow (2-10 kb/ps), and sometimes the page does'nt open at all. Maximum days at night is shows "Packet data:Authentication failed" or "Service not available" and when i call CC they dont receive the call or say its a temporary error.

2. You give so less speed in that there is frequent internet disconnection. It disconnects every 5 minutes and you DNS server gets timed out also.

3. When i connect my mobile to pc as modem for internet , at that time if some one calls it tells the mobile is switched off / out of range.

4. And your email CC ([protected]@tatadocomo.com) they reply when want otherwise no reply.

And why the hell you name you company as "Tata DOcomo . access-connect-solution " what to access , what to connect and which solution you provide.

IN AMBIKAPUR i have use the number, here network is very poor
only show 1or 2 signal and many time no network
i have submit more than 25 complains in coustmer care but no soultion
he told me that i send your complian in the technical dipartment, please wait 24 to 72 hours but not solve this problm after 72 hours,this problem is continued from last 3to 4 months
so please solve this problum very soon
dear sir/mam .. i am facing network problum again and again ...i have informed to the network provider company many time .. but it says just work is in progress .. sir please help me

HI, I am venkatesh kancherla.I stay in Hyderabad , IDPl colony, adhrash nagar. we people from this area facing docmo network problem . we are having full signal but the voice gets breaks and some other problems.This problem is not only for me for the entire people living in this area who are using tata docmo . . I am acing this problem from past 15 days. I have given complaint regarding . complaint number : NWK[protected]. but no one cares about this complaint.Tatadocmo is very irritating. i just hate this network.atleast somebody please take care of this complaint
