[Resolved]  Tata Docomo — Network Problem

Address:Pune, Maharashtra

There is no network coverage in our Industrial Area and at my office Wipro Technologies, 31 MIDC, Hinjewadi Phase 2, Pune.
Earlier it could catch the other providers' network that why I opted for Postpaid connection. But looking to its bad service I need to switch to another service provider. But its a Postpaid connection I am still having problem in Number portability.

my name is qusai n i was using airtel and then i change to tata docomo cdma..and now i am not getting a network and my many calls i am not getting only...please its request to you that i[censored] r giving so good offers then please also give that type of service...you network service is very poor...if it will be continue like these only then again i have to change the company...

hi this is srinivasan ,i am from chennai.i am using tata docomo prepaid connection ,it has network problem.when i get no signal i usually switched off my mobile and switch on and i get the signal and after 5 mins the signal is no more.i thought it was my problem in my handset and i tried with my new handset still the problem persists.hence kindly resolve my problem as early as possible.

I have been facing network issues since I have switched to TATA DOCOMO. Most of the times my numbers are unreachable and I get atleast 40 to 50 missed call alerts every day.The signal strength fluctuates and even if there is signal, still my number is unreachable. Complained a number of times to the customer care and no solution yet.

Hi my name is Nirmit,

I have Tata Docomo sim in vodafone dongle. But it not work in automatic network mode, i have to select it manualy to 405802. It disconnects after every 15-30 minutes. Then i have to disconnect the dongle and reconnect it and sellect the network manualy and connect. I complaint to Tata Docomo, but there is no response from customer care.

I have ported my vodafone prepaid number to tata docomo postpaid. The number is [protected].

Yesterday, 15th Oct 2012, i received sms for successful porting and had network in my phone till today morning. But in my office which is on the third floor at Nariman Point, Mumbai - 400021, there is no network inside. Evn outside the office i can find only 1 single point of network, that too when I restart my phone. I sit close to the door, the building is spacious with windows, still no network at all.

I called Tata Docomo customer care on 121 and I am very very very disappointed with their services. First they told me porting is not done so call vodafone, i called vodafone and confirmed that its already done, i called tata again on 121(this number was provided by tata itself) but Ms. Kavita gave another number as my number is postpaid. (If they cant attend me then why have they mentioned to call 121 on the pamphlets for assistance) I called on [protected], the representative first told me my number is not ported, i told him that i have confirmed it from vodafone and the problem is of network, not porting. still the guy dint responded well enough to help me and just kept the phone saying that he is unable to hear me.

I dont have even 1 point of network in my tata docomo card, where as in my tata indicom card it is showing full network. When i searched for manual network, it gave me 7 other networks but TATA was not there.

Please please please...solve my query asap. Or else i will have to change my number again from TATA to Vodafone. Please dont tell me that - Sorry madam your location is too interior. If that is the case then I should not get other networks also..even my vodafone used to show full network inside the office (even in the most unexpected places).

I hope I will not face disappointment from you too...
sir, i have a tata docomo prepaid number(number:[protected])...i live in dondaparthy area, new CHOURAI AT POST PALADOUN DIST CHHINDWARA, india-530016.my problem is i dont get network signal(atleast 2 points also) in my home which is located in above mentioned address.please complaint abovt this...
My mobile number is [protected] (kerala).The network of Tata Docomo is the worst network which i have used . I have called customer care centre 100 times & complained about the network problem. When i'am at home itself i get 1 or sometimes zero signal.Well, even if there is 1 signal it is of a VERY POOR quality & sometimes i dont get calls in that 1 signal. I'am compelled to use tata docomo service as i have ported to this service since 5days ago.my business activities all are running in this number & the low network have affected my business.I have used tata docomo service before 1 year & i have ported to other service due to poor network & recently i got a call from tata docomo representative informing that the network has been improved but that was a big lie for marketing their service.I think Tata Docomo dont cover proper 2G network & why they are going for 3g.Tata Docomo is the worst service in network i have used in my life.so please do take necessary action to solve my complaint.

i owned a tata docomo sim (+91-[protected]), Today (4th nov 2012) I am DID not get any message or call by tata docomo and they stop my outgoing call.

and when i am call to customer care, they did not answer me, and neglecting me and disconnect my call several times, and at last when i threw then them to complaint in consumer court, then they told me " do it ".
tomorrow i am going to Complaint against you in consumer court.
i want to ask tata docomo that why u open your customer care, and the executives your are hired are not helping customer, and they ruined the name of tata docomo,
so i choose customer court so i can get my answers and action should be taken to their executives .
