I have TATA DOCOMO no. [protected]. The
company had activated the live astrology serivce
without my confirmation on 27/02/2011 and 2/- deducted from my balance. I had call to
customer care but the executive replied me call
on 5330013 for deactivation of this service but
When I called on that No. I heard please press 1
for subscription of this service. there is no option
for unsubscription. I had called to customer care
for help, but the executive told me we are unable
to deactivate this service from our side. I had
made complaint GBL[protected] and senior
executive by name Mohsin refund me Rs. 2/-
but still the service live astrology is activated on
my No. the balance deducted on 27/02/2011,
27/02/2011 and 01/03/2011. please help me.

I am too faceing same problem of debiting Rs. 10/- from my balance, every week. I think all should make police complain to stop this looting!?
