[Resolved]  Tata Docomo — Online Recharge

I recharged from tata docomo online banking site on 24/03/2012 ,01/04/2012...amounts of 30rs and 25 rs with the following transaction ids...MSYD[protected],IB FUNDS TRANSFER-[protected] from my syndicate bank online account. i didnt get the balance or refund so...please verify or refund the amount

Online recharge for Rs.80 was made for [protected] (Transaction no. MCIT[protected]) on 23.05.2013. Though the transaction was successful and debit has also come to my account, but no recharge credit has come to me. Further when I contacted customer care it gave message that after recharge of balance only I can contact them. It is catch 20 and I am not sure whether TATA has also started earning like this?

I tried to recharge online for docomo number [protected] via tatadocomo site..I used BOI atm cum debit card...eventhough transaction was successful and managed to deduct money from account for 2 transactions 1 for Rs 59 ofr international Call and 2nd one 32 for Internet .on[protected], but my mobile was not recharged

I tried to call customer care no response and very confusing . Can some one help on this?
My tata docomo mobil No. is [protected]. I had made online payment of Rs. 222/- on 13 Aug 13 at 10.08 PM through your site www.tatadocomo.com towards recharge of my ibid docomo No.. The amount of Rs. 222/- debited from my credit card but I have not received any balance. Kindly look in to the matter and do the needful at the earliest.
Tata Docomo, an excellent fraud company. I did an online recharge for for an amount of 171 and the amount was deducted. The Docomo Customer care gave me the worst experience. They charged me to speak with the
agent and no one was speaking on the other end. I even tried registering the complaint was even unsuccessful.

I am going to complaint it to TRAI, If am not getting my issue resolved.

charging wrong legal petition for non payment of 3g dongle bill

Even after paying the bill after disconnection of tata docomo 3g dongle, account number[protected], I've still got an legal notice for non payment of the bill..
