I had recently (11-Sep-09) taken a TATA DOCOMO postpaid connection. I had submitted all the correct documents to them. Exactly after a week (18-sep-09) i was unable to make any calls (even though it has the worst network, ever time when i make a call it says not a vaild one ) I called up the customer care centre (121) and just to understand that the address verification yielded negative result.

Address is 100% correct. Anyways, i had requested to re verify the address and they assure that they will get this issue resolved in a day. it has already been 3 days but there is no fruit. tried calling up the customer care but looks like they are more intrested in increasing the customer count rather than providing the basic service.


I had called up the customer care guys couple of times and they always repeat the same story that will be done and we will activity the connection, these guys make all false promises ... they are incapable of keeping they words into action, I ask them to disconnect my connection and refund my amount that paid while taking the connection but they are not taking the request for disconnecting my connection.

I asked them to give the Bangalore head office phone number , they had given two numbers one number will ring but no one will lift the phone and one number always switched off or busy!

I am fed up with TATA guys! That much worst service the are providing, they are Cheating the customers!
NEVER GO FOR TATADOCOMO and they are doing cheap tricks for marketing in public, they changed the plan now and i talked to customer care that they never had those unlimited gprs plans and no TATADOCOMO person revealed those plans any where for press. TATA si doing unethical practices in india from long time, it is better to avoid TATA in our life. TRAI is a useless body in india seems getting lot of bribes. TRAI put a rule that any plans introduced by telecom companies should be atleast for 6 months after launch. Whats is going on now? TRAI is sleeping? What the lawyers and Bigs doing in india, any one has guts to file the case on TATADOCOMO, come on indians, open your eyes and file and fire TATAs from INdia
Address verification is doing as per TRAI regulation, So if it is -ve, connection will b barred, I also had the same problem, and I resubmitted again, now working properly

Tata Photon and Docomo — Tata Indicom is a cheat!!!!

I had applied for a photon connection through Tata True Value HUb at Lokhandwala because they promised to give a Tata Docomo connection free of cost. The tata photon connection was promised to be activated in 48 hours but it never happened. It took over 72 hours for the center to activate it. However, when the bill came they billed me extra even for the period of delay. After repeated queries they rectified the bill amount after an apology.
The story continues...
My Docomo card although was handed over to me, it never was activitated. A few calls to the Tata representative led to my calls being disconnected and a few times it was answered but with half baked information. It has been now 13 days since i was handed over the sim card but it is yet to be activated. Now I am stuck with a photon which i had taken for the Docomo and the docomo has not yet been activated. Representatives from Tata Docomo have kept calling in teh last 2 days and assuring me that they woudl activate it soon. I am apalled at this service. Now I don't want the damn service as I have lost complete trust in Tatas service. All I want is my refund from Tata Photon before I file a suit for agony and harassment and claim a higher price from them.

next day he told me that my account reflect 1000 previus ballance , so again i give him rs.1000 for clear this .
since that day i didnot received any photon ,
this mr.anil dint give me his office numbers & office adress also .
every time he avoide to talk with me or he give tomorrows assurance ,
then i talk to mr.aatish [protected] , he also commite me to solve my problem , but he also not keep his promise

Please never go forTATA docomo. From now i won’t buy any TATA product.

i submitted my address verification document 3 times its been 4 days i submitted my 3rd document still it is not updated i am sure after a month they will disconnect my connection will ask me to resubmit the documents. but this time i have the acknowledge. (Be careful when ever you submit document ask for acknowledge). If it happens again i will go to consumer court.

2nd instance:

Yesterday I got a service SMS in my mobile. When I opened that SMS, it directly went to website so immediately I cancelled it. After some time I got message stating thank you for downloading video you have been charged for 30rs.

This is really cheating the customer if you open the SMS then Boom 30 Rs gone. There wont be any confirmation just open gone be careful of those SMS.

i am Dia i have ordered tata photon plus a month back as i need internet daily a guy called hemant from tata photon dealer ,kurla came he could not install it properly he took the money saying there is some problem with my system for which he will be sending an engenieer after which no response was found from their side besides i had to get my system repaired on my own.
Now i am continuously trying to reach them on the no.:[protected] on which i had a word with people Deepali and Rahul.
but they are now saying this is not tata's office.
I bought a 3g dongle from tata docomo 2 weeks ago. I paid 2600rs for dongle and activated a prepaid plan of rs 1275. The executive said that i will be able to use internet for 30 days. I was told that i can download 5GB data at 7.2Mps and after that speed will come down to 128Kbps,and i can continue using till 30 days are over. Surprisingly i was able to download 15GB of data in a single day and my connection went down. When i contacted the customer support they told me my balance was zero. I asked them how is it possible if the connection was unlimited. They said docomo is not providing any unlimited plans while i was holding their flyer which had big bold letters "unlimited" with no asterix symbol.
I called the sales department asked them to explain the 3G life plan for rs 1275,
they told me the same thing that i will be able to use internet for 30 days and assured that it was an unlimited plan. I called up again to lodge my complaint to find that DOCOMO IS NOT ACCEPTING ANY COMPLAINTS. There was no way to get my complaint lodged. they said they do not provide complaint tickets. How is that possible? How can a Customer Support exists with no one to document your complaint.
Firstly, DOCOMO is trying to cheat people by saying unlimited in their flyers and advertisement and not providing. Why is it printed unlimited when there was a 15 GB limit?. How can you use the word unlimited when there is a limit of 15GB? Secondly, they said i must be able to browse internet for 30 days. My balance is zero in just one day then how can i use for 30 days? Why is DOCOMO trying to distract costumers by saying they can use internet thirty days while your balance can turn zero in just oneday?
Anyone can visit DOCOMO website, they have not said anything about the 1275 plan and at the same time call up docomo sale department [protected] and they will still tell u details about it and assure you that it is an "UNLIMITED" plan.
Once they got your money they drop your connection after 15GB limit and keep mum..because they do not take complaints.
I spent rs 4000 for a broadband connection which was disconnectd after one day and they are telling me that i should pay another 1000rs to use internet. This is a scam.
I want my money back. The executive who sold me the device is not answering my call. I must take a day off from my work to visit a regional DOCOMO centre. The executives came at midnight at my home to collect the money but when the device is not working i have to go to their headoffice.i'm not going to do that for a stupid dongle. Somebody please do something ...

We have purchased tata photon plus for our desktop. After using for two months they forced us to pay Rs. 6500/- in the first month which was the combined bill of the later nine months. We refused to pay as it was too much amount for a month and more expensive compared to other network providers. The company forced and threatened us to pay the amount of Rs. 6500/- for next nine months otherwise they told us that our tata indicom land line phone which we are using for last seven years will also be disconnected and they disconnected our land line number even when paying its bills from time to time.

CONCLUSION: - THE COMPANY GOT ANGRY ON US BECAUSE WE DID NOT PAY THE TATA PHOTON BILL AS IT WAS VERY EXPENSIVE THEY DISCONNECTED OUR SEVEN YEAR OLD LAND LINE PHONE NO.[protected] PERMENANTLY.THIS WAS INJUSTICE AS WE HAD NOT USED IT AND THEY DEMANDED FOR A LUMPSOME AMOUNT OF RS 6500/-. Hi on 22/05/2011 i had plan to take tata photon so i called just dial for to know about the outlet so after that from one outlet i got a call which is belomgs to damlur, bangalore and the office number is [protected] and they sen one executive by name vinod whose number is [protected]. Vinod came to my house and he collected money from me and given me the photon device and he told that he will activate my photon within 20minutes but that particular day he was not able to do that.So next day he came to my place and activated the photon.After one day again that got disconnected so i called his office number they told me to send my id card scan copy that also i have done but after two days also it is not activated and now they are not picking my call also.If it is possible kindly contact these people and return my money i dont want to continue with tata photon.

Special offer.. RC with 50 and get 43 TT and 100 local min free with 30 days val within 72 hrs.

Got only 39rs TT on recharging.. After quarreling with customer care for many days.. got the extra 4rs TT and was told my 100 free min problem will be solved by 4 july.

The solution provided by Docomo - Sorry, this offer is not applicable on your number. I dont know how you received that message. We cant do anything about it. We have noted it down as feedback and we will make sure you dont recv such messages again. Next time call customer care to confirm if the offer is applicable to your number before recharging with the amount.

Wow.. what a solution. I just wasted 50rs only for 100 local free minutes and you say we cant do anything about it! This is the lamest thing i have heard. It doesnt end here.

Spl offer only for you..RC with 24 and get 1/2p per sec for 30 days and 24TT within 72hrs.

I called customer care TWICE to ask if this offer was applicable for me. Both times I was told that the offer was applicable. Then I recharged and I got only the 1/2p per sec tariff and no TT.

After waiting for ages, I finally make a call to customer care on 5 july. They say wait for a while it will be credited.
Again on 6 july i call.. after spending half an hr with those people and their supervisor the solution they gave - Sorry, this offer is not applicable on your number. I dont know how you received that message. We cant do anything about it. We have noted it down as feedback and we will make sure you dont recv such messages again. We cant register any complaints for this, any complaints u have u can email to docomo.

Then on 6 July I sent an email. [Ref : M4680443] explaining my issues.
The reply I got was :
"Please be informed that upon checking your records we have found out that the offer is not applicable to your number. We will take it as a feedback and forward it to the concerned team."

Never heard from them again. Problems still not solved.
I mean what the hell. Its been barely a month since i got the new docomo sim and i am spending many hours a week just talking to customer care trying to resolve issues and they wont even do anything. I have already wasted money on your petty "schemes" which u make just to fool and cheat your customers. I am already regretting choosing docomo network. All you do is keep saying " We are sorry for the inconvenience and we will try to resolve the issues" without actually doing anything.

I request you to provide me a PROPER solution to the money I have wasted due to your false schemes and offers. The complaints I am making are not for your FEEDBACK purposes. Either provide me the benefits I am supposed to get or refund my wasted money.

i have already complained this matter to the tata docomo customer care , but they are unable to sort out this problem. actually i made a easy recharge of rs 95 for which i get a free usage of 4 gb to my number [protected] . But i found that i am unable to connect to the internet . then i tried the other sim of docomo to which i have made a easy recharge of 48 which gives 1 gb of free gprs usage and i found it running well and easily getting connected to internet . as i have a usb modem and i know all the settings to be made in that , but after all these i a m unable to connect to the internet using the sim to which i have done a easy recharge of rupees 95. they have not yet solved my problem . i think that there is a problem in 95 easy recharge voucher. i want justice to this . so please provide me . TATA DOCOMO IS MAKING A MESSY BUSINESS . PLEASE DONT DO IT AS YOU HAV TO SURVIVE UR BEST .

Hi Everyone,

This complaint is to create awareness about the ways in which TATA DOCOMO cheats their customers.

I received a message from 52250 on July 20th, 2011 mentioning that

"Your subscription to InternationalBabes has been been renewed, You've been been charged Rs 10.0/-"

There are no typos on the message, the above message is at it was received with filthy english offcourse. The question is I never subscribed for any such service and I don't even know what it is.

I tried calling the customer service number and the customer service is so terrible that their representatives just hung up the call pretending that they are not able to hear customers voice. They read the call closing script so fast that it can be understood that none of them wants to talk to you.

It is not about Rs 10.00 getting deducted from my account, but about how many customers are been cheated by following these kind of tactics. Most of them won't even know or can't even read the message they send. All I am trying to do is create awareness about these cheats and bring them to justice.

If Ranbir Kapoor knew that its is not so simple silly, He will no longer be a brand ambassador for such a terrible service provider.

Yes, Anyone from TATA DOCOMO or DHOKAHO may contact me to verify my number and the complaint is genuine.

But after three days they charged again 135 Rs. with the same reason so i have to aproached them again[protected] midnight) and the officer agreed to me the amount will be credit to ur main balance within 4 hour but the amount was not credited then again i contact again after 5 hour (5am) on that time the officer's attitude was very diffrrent type. he insulted me.(Mr.jerin and Pradeep) so i quarrelled with them then finally they refunded 40 Rs.

I am using a TATA Docomo prepaid number [protected]. And on 5'th september 2012 morning 11AM I received from an executive from TATA. And he was offering me some offers, one of that was 600 SMS for one month for Rs.30. And I informed him that I am not in my home town and so such packs will not work in roaming. But he comfirmed that it will work in roaming also. For my dismay it is not working and I am asking for refund but they are not doing it also.

When I put the port request to port to another network,i got a message from DOCOMO CUSTOMER CENTRE stating that "u are selected to enjoy all local calls at 30p/min. and std at 40p/min. for 90 days..for that send the sms "YES" to 121. I send the message and got the reply stating that this offer will be activated in 96 hrs. BUT EVEN AFTER 10 days ,THIS OFFER WAS NOT ACTIVATED" and when I called Docomo Customer care they are giving reckless answers. Sir, What I am mentioning is a common problem to many people using a smart phone. While using internet or playing games, some links will appear in strategic positions, and an accidental touch to that link will result in loss of money from the balance in account. Mostly the amount deducted are small to the tune of 2-5 rupees. So we tend to ignore it. The services provided for this money are unwanted and totally useless. ON 25.02.2013 i got a call from a Tata docomo dealer m/s KRISHA IMPEX ,21J PRINCE BAKTIAR SHAH ROAD, KOLKATA-700033, the person offered me a internet connection for rs.650 per month, with a constant Speed of 3.1 mbps and unlimited download.He said the speed wont drop and i will get a constant speed of 3.1 mbps throughout the month.When I asked him 5 times will the speed be upto or constant , he said constant speed of 3.1 mbps.
So on Tuesday the representative of there company Mr.Aryan Roy ([protected]) came to deliver the Dongle, he said i will get my money refunded if the speed drops. i paid him Rs.1300 for the same :

I had previously applied for a recharge of Rs 99 from Tata Docomo website, which changes my call rates to 1.2 p/ 2 seconds. Having paid for it, I was expecting my call rates to change. After few days, I happened to notice that my call rates remained unchanged, while all this while, I was happily expecting that my call rates must have changed. After realizing that I have been cheated from Tata Docomo's end, I lodged a complaint, and was promised that I would receive a reply by 29th April, which is today.

I finally did get a call from Tata Docomo today, and I was eagerly hoping to find a solution to my problem, as my call rates were unchanged despite having applied for the change, as per their scheme, on their website. But much to my dismay, I was told that another scheme was already activated in my account, without my permission or knowledge, and hence my call rates remained unchanged. When i tried to put forward my case of why a different scheme is activated in my account, I was simply overpowered by an over insistent employee of Tata Docomo, who kept telling me to listen to him without even giving me a chance to inquire about my own account details.

Having endured such a rude conversation, I was told that the previous scheme which was active, would be deactivated from my account, and that finally, after 2 weeks, I will be getting what was promised. And yet again, after making a call, I saw that my call rates remain unchanged yet again.

Is this really what I am to expect from a "Customer Service Team"? That I will have to listen to that person, and be obliged with the fact that actually someone is giving me what I was promised half way through the stipulated period of the scheme? OR should be obliged with the fact that I am still experiencing the same problem that I have been complaining to you endlessly week in week out?

I am simply disgusted and ashamed to be part of such a pathetic network, that fails to deliver the basic minimum to its customers.

On Sunday 30th June 2013, one person Mr. Kiran (mobile no. [protected]) called me regarding Datacom 3G Photon internet Services. He said that within less than 24 hours the connection shall be activated.

i asked him to come to my residence. I handed him over rs. 2250/- in cash and all the documents required for KYC i.e. photograph, copy of passport, copy of residential address proof.

He left promising that he shall ensure that the connection is activated within less than 24 hours. He also gave me one data card (mobile no. [protected]), receipt of Rs. 2250/- vide application number CAF NO. [protected]. He assured me of top class services and superb browsing speed. He left saying that next day i.e. Monday someone shall call you from Docomo.

i waited till 3 o' clock but no one called. I contacted Kiran on his mobile at 15:16. He said that by mid night the datacard shall be activated and I shall be getting SMS from Datacom.

After 6 o clock in the evening, Kiran stopped responding to my calls. He started cutting my calls. i SMSed him at 22:30 hrs, he didnt respond. Lter on I kept calling him, he didnt take my calls. i could sense that this guy has taken me for a ride. My Rs. 2250/- is gone.

I SMSed him again on Tuesday at 12:00 hrs and 22:24 hrs but there was no response.

Tuesday night i.e. 02 July 2013, I contacted help line at number [protected] where one Shambhu Rajput took my call. He was terrible. he could neither understand the issue nor he could offer any solutions.

Till date it is more than 72 hours and there is no communication from Datacom regarding my internet connection. i am a very senior bank official and i have all the documents that are required for KYC but Docomo could not process my application.

Tata Docomo has put frauds like Kiran in the market who shall make false promises to public about their products and once u part with cash, these cheats shall stop responding to your calls/SMSs.

Their helpline is pathetic and customer service is terrible.

Through this medium I shall like to reach out to public to appeal that never fall prey to such cheats and dont ever buy any product from Tata Docomo.

please help me to get back my money.

Iam a tata docomo(my number is) network user, today (13/12/2013) i called tata docomo customer care number 121 to know about the rate cutter plans, they told some of the offers asked me to call 52222 to know the latest offers. when i called 52222, they told me the offer of 1p/2secs with recharge of 41 rupees having 30 days validity in recorded mode, when i recharged with 41 the message i got was as below

Hi! STV Recharge Successful .MRP Rs.41, Validity:90 days, All Local/STD calls @ 1p/sec Tranc ID: [protected]

after getting that message i called 121 but its not connected then i called 198 to register a complaint, the reply from the executive is very irresponsiblehe is not even concerned with my problem, and he is saying call again 52222 and listen clearly...i heard it thrice there is no problem from my side, the offer they said is quite oppisite from which i got.
so, please tellme how to handle these kind of cheatings and to get appropriate justice.

speed, Your executive told me that i will get 3.1 Mbps speed.After i

complain and told me that their Technical department will contact me and
they contacted me and i explained they the all situation, but they told
me that they are facing network issue from last 3 months, technical

    I was a user a Tata Docomo. But now changed the sim due to the miserable network failure. the networks fails occasionally. but comes after 5 to 10 seconds. but the problem is if iam in a call, the calls gets disconnected automatically. moreover my phone got damaged too. when i asked in a repair shop, he told me that it is due to the problem of SIM.
    Some of my friends also said that using Docomo can cause problem to our mobile. It has high radiation and might damage the phone.

    now one of my cousin asked the same topic to me. That's why iam sending this mail now. He likes Tata Docomo Sim? but she is afraid of the above mentioned problems?
    is that true that the docomo has network problems like this?
    does it cause any damage to the phone ( due to radiation) or anything?

      I transferred by number from IDEA to Tata Photon. I was promised that I will get 1400 local mins free(7 Local call toppings) plan. And when I got my frist bill, I figured out that it was calculated by 600 STD and 600 Local (4 STD and 3 Local calls). Nobody confirmed my toppings with me. Now when i registered my complaint that they are asking me to provide information of those tata representatives.
      I do not understand that is it my job to keep track of tata representative which keeps on changing or is it Tata photons job to track my application back?

      They are not ready to adjust my bill.. And representative from Tata Photon are so arrogant that they even do not know how to talk to end customers.

        Hi,

        I had a TATA photon connection and I wanted to have this disconnected for a long time. I traveled to the United States in July. I had raised a request to have the TATA photon connection disconnected online. The request was accepted. However to my surprise, I continued to receive the bill for next month. I still went and paid. I raised another online request for a disconnection. To my shock, they asked me to pay a huge amount(Rs. 850). After a lot of arguments, they said they were going to disconnect my connection.

        But still they sent a legal notice asking for the payment. I did not want to get into this legal issues. Therefore, I paid the amount. Now, to my surprise, they have sent another bill.

        TATA customer care is a spineless department and the whole organization is totally unprofessional and unethical.

        Is there any way to settle this with the organization once for all?

                  and subscribed 3g rs. 9 pack through ussd *141#....
                  but when i dial *111*1# it is showing only 10 mb of gprs data
                  m not able to see or get my 4 gb of data which is i bought for 95 rs.

                  why my previous gprs data is forfeited there is no

                  that m not able to access 3g network even having 3g activated sim

                    Any type of scheme gets activated on number without knowing and deduct the balance according to scheme.Even if we ask them to stop the scheme they told that no scheme is activated on your number and we can't refund your balance.On calling to customer care they are not connecting the call to the officers or manager.they simply told that all our officers are busy with another ant it happens for 24 hours.Please see to it as it's happening with most of DOCOMO customers.

                        Even they didnt give services after march ...

                        they billed me till jine and issued me a legal notice for the same after a year.

                        After being frustrated with their services i sent a mail on 17 April 2011 to get me disconnected. Fortunately I have saved the mail. the mail is as below.. It was to the nodal officer Karnataka nodalofficer.[protected]@tatatel.co.in ( they never work on any issue, But create issue for consumers) .

                        I[censored] complain for any issue they will mark it as solved immediately after some hours as resolved where you would be struggling for services.

                        They are a horrible company ... if you have any connection be sure you save you payment details even your disconnection proof. They will any way issue you a legal notice. I regret a lot, why i had choosen Photon+ for internet.

                        They will never give you service , but they will screw up your persional life for sure. I have attached the mail sent to TATA photon for disconnection from services. Even after that they kept charging me for another 3 months.


                        The vision of their company is not known to me.But it looks like they want to take money from people any wrong way they can..

                        Keep a signature of the TATA photon persion visits your house .God knows who they are, if possible take aphotograph of the persion to say al leat that the persion couldnt don anything to restore your services.

                            my mobile number is [protected] and service provider is TATA DOCOMO.
                            I haven't activated any service but still I am daily receiving SMS from TA-NETWAP having following message
                            Hi! Your subscription to on TATA DOCOMO DIVE-IN WAP has been renewed at Rs 1 till[protected].
                            To Stop, Dial 155223 (Toll Free)

                            For this i called Docomo customer care (121) for at least 8 to 10 times. at 4-5 times Docomo customer representatives said they have deactivated the service and i will receive deactivation message within next 3-4 hours but i never receive any such sms.
                            Also every time i tell them this fact they just say i have deactivated service this time for sure and you will get sms in 3-4 hours.
                            i am completely frustated by their replies and the service is not getting deactivated.
                            I also tried dialing above no. 155223(Docomo service activation/deactivation portal) and deactivated service from there and after some time i received message that
                            you are not subscribed for this service. To subscribe sms SUB CRI to 51818.

                            Please help me in stopping this service and refund my money which is getting deducted daily Rs.1 for more than a month or couple.

                            complaint is not yet getting resolved...docomo service is so frustating
                            I am facing the same problem from 4th march. i don't knw how it got activated and it deducting 1 rs daily.
                            Daily i deactivate it and it gets activated automatically daily.Customer care couldnot help me out. They put the calls on hold when they pass my call to the supervisor.
                            Please deactivate TA-NETWAP and REFUND my money asap.

                              The mobile no. [protected] is repeatedly calling to my mother sister & Bhabhi Airtel (UP East) cell no and talk vulger. I called him not to repeat the matter, but however the person is doing the same thing. Even the person called me, and in later stage I have blocked his number in my Airtel (UP East) no.

                              Moreover I have raised complain/appeal to Ideal Cellular to take immediate action.

                              i had not seen such thieves as tata they are cheating customers i purchesedtata photon plus last year it was my bad luck and they decive customers i told them to give serivece as it was not working in shopian keller area they told me to clear your dues i told them give me service i am paying money but at last they send legal notice i told them to disconnect they answer to clear dues i clear dues they told your connection is diconnected but due to my bad luck neither photon works now today i recived a legal notice of 1836 rs they are cheating the customers and people be awere of tata my name is shafqat Attar tata photon no[protected] which has been closed six months before kindly suggest me

                                Dear sir,
                                I have done mobile number portability from Vodafone to TATA Docomo on last week of Feb, 2012. I have submitted the document to the retail docomo store in Srinagar. But after a week, my mobile got disconnected saying that I have not submitted the documents. I went to the main DOCOMO office, which is opposite to star bazar in Koramangala and submitted the documents again. Then they activated the connection. After few days again my number got disconnected and again I went to the office. And again they activated. But on 13th March they disconnected for the 4th time.
                                This is like a harrassement to me. When I call the customer care executives, they will not give me any other details except they will ask me to go to Koramangala office again.
                                I even mailed Tata Docomo customer care ([protected]@tatadocomo.com ) on 8th March, saying that I have submitted the document to Mr. Basavaraj and he is responsible if my documents are missing. But no one is taking care about that.

                                Now I want to sue them to the court. Please let me know the prosidure.

                                  I had paid my Tata docomo bill though online payment option provided in the Tata docomo site. The transaction was successful and the amount was debited from my account. I have the successful transaction print out with me. After getting calls everyday regarding the payment due date,i checked the payment history with tata docomo cc and to my surprise the transaction was not updated in their system. To know the reason behind the issue I checked with Tata Docomo office in Thejaswini building, TechnoPark campus, Trivandrum. They assured to call me back and never called me back. I went to ask the status and they again told the same thing and never called me back. such a bad customer experience.

                                  To bring my concern into attention is emailed the issue to [protected]@tatadocomo.com and the I got an automated reply that my issue will be addressed in 48 hours. It has been four days and I never got any reply from them as well.

                                  Why do you really need a customer care when you cant address their concerns.

                                    I applied for TATA Docomo post paid "GSM EBS SPEE 99 PLAN" connection by portability and other for new connection. On 22nd Feb 2012 i generated portability code and applied for the same.
                                    Yet MNP not processed and my new connection Tata Docom SIM card not activate. TATA Docomo sales agent Mr. Manish Rana not help me and gives me wrong information and false commitment. And his boss Mr. Moain (Cell No [protected]) also provide me wrong information regarding the same.
                                    Kindly help me for MNP and for new connection in this plan.
                                    Kindly do the needful on urgent basis.

                                      tata photon ......really i did a big blunder buying this device from pathetic service provider. there were so many options even with a better speed like RELIANCE 3G(giving speed upto 5.86mbps which I have seen) but still i thought going for a tata product due to reliability but it was totally opposite,nightmarish.At the time of getting connection the retailer,distributor......they made such a horrific exercise to start my number calling a thousand times to get my no activated.they might tell u that connection will be started in hours but even 3 days won,t be suffice.
                                      now in between they have disconnected my no(prepaid) [protected]....just a few days of hefty recharge of ,1200.when asked about the problem none can ascertain that, only they says you have to go to tata outlet. pathetic service,full of time wasting measures........................horrible.
                                      earlier i possessed an reliance 1x card which i bought 3 years back, i never had such an issue.Tata photon, neither it has speed nor customer support. I went to retailer he talked to someone and said “it is due to server problem” but customer care says something else.isn,t it screwing oneself by buying devices like “photon”
                                      MY APPEAL………..”GO FOR OTHER THAN TATA PHOTON,I THINK THEY ARE WORST TELECOM SERVICE PROVIDER WITHOUT ADEQUATE KNOW-HOW IN CUSTOMER PROBLEM SOLUTION”
                                      my sincere appeal please don,t go for tata photon in delhi, i have been cheated or even a better one robbed by unscruplous tata retailer...........avoid becoming a prey. better to go for wireless broadband like trikona and else as it is cheap and less cumbersome. the entire logic of buying a mobile,sealess service has been befitted by TATA PHOTON.

                                        I recharged my TATA DOCOMO (CDMA) mobile with Rs 28 to get double talk time for 3 months from date of recharge on 03/03/2012. Then i recharge with Rs 25 on 03/03/2012. I got double talk time for my first recharge.

                                        Next i recharged Rs 25 on 10/03/2012 to get double talk time. But i get only Rs 18. I did not get double talk time.

                                        Then i called to TATA DOCOMO customer care service on 10/03/2012 to know about the status. Their Representative(Yasodha) checked my account status and respond back with double talk time offer is not activated on mobile.

                                        I recharged all my recharges from online. I am attaching the Transaction receipts. Please look into it.

                                        I had recharged for Rs.1000 and was supposed to get talktime worth Rs.2000 as per the facebook double talk time scheme.. I had fulfilled all the conditions that were required to be eligible for the offer.
                                        But instead of Rs.2000 talktime.. I got 2000 mins o[censored]sage..
                                        That means a loss of exactly Rs.800..
                                        So I request them to credit the proper talktime instead of the minutes being credited in my a/c.

                                        I hav complained abt the same to the customer care executives.
                                        They gave me the reason tht i had done a special recharge and the offer was applicable only on ordinary recharge.
                                        I had confirmed about the type of recharge to be done by askin the customer care representatives and they told me to perform a special recharge.
                                        Thats why i did a special recharge because that was the information that i had got from the customer care executives.

                                        I had called up the customer care executives on the 13th and had done the recharge after that.
                                        Even the offer was applicable for 11th - 13th Jan.
                                        There's no mistake from my side.
                                        Its all because of the wrong information being provided to me.

                                        So I request them to kindly check the call recordings of that day which will confirm that their customer care executive told me to do a special recharge.
                                        After confirming the same.
                                        I requested them to credit the proper balance into my a/c as it was not my fault as i was being told to do so by their executive (to do a special recharge)

                                        My Complaint was being taken by the appealate authority on the 17th of last month and its been 25 days today but still my problem is not being resolved.

                                        I have been calling on every alternate day on the nodal desk & the appellate desk helpline numbers.
                                        Every time I am being told by their executives that the issue has been escalated to the concerned team and I would get a call back in the next 24 hours.
                                        Every single day I am being given the same excuse.
                                        I am fed up of calling the customer care & the nodal & appellate desk helpline numbers.

                                        I have even asked for a senior executive to talk to me regarding the issue but I am not being allowed to talk to any of the superior authority.
                                        Every day & every time I call up I am being given the same excuse that the seniors are not available or they are in a meeting.
                                        I have been calling since the 28th of January and want to talk to a senior since that day but i am being given the same excuse every time.
                                        I do not think that any meeting lasts for such a long period.
                                        Its nothing but high level of ignorance by the executives and the senior authority as well.

                                        I am even tired of calling the helpline numbers everyday.
                                        I have also been mailing from the 15th of January but still am not provided with a solution.

                                        I had even called up today but the same excuses were given to me.

                                        PLS HELP IF POSSIBLE
