Complaint - Rs.48 deducted in activating GPRS pack and got a message "[protected]|FAILURE|noReplyFromReceivingSystem" on 27th april at 2:59PM.

I called customer care quickly he replied that within 3 hours amount will be added to your balance and then after whenever i call customer was busy. I think he black listed my number in his systen thats why whenever i was calling it says everyone is busy.

sir mai docomo network use kar raha hu par mera bina kisi subscrib ke bina apne aap late night masti pack activate ho jaa raha hai aur mera balance bhi deduct ho ja raha hai aur mera customer care se contact nahi ho pa raha hai aur customer care lagane ke bad bhi koi jabab or call nahi uth pa raha hai sir i request to deactivate the pack aur mera balance wapas kare

Docomo deducted rs99+3. its just fraud in name of latenightmasti. A beggar is better than thief. I hv evn got any message
it is better to port othet network as even customer cate doesn't help

    I am purchased tata docomo sim in the month of March and since then i am trying to recharge my number for GPRS but everytime it says this recharge is not applicable. so yesterday i had launched a complaint with the customer care ( which is useless & clueless ) about the problem and they had promised that this matter has been escalated to the back end team and it will be resolved within 24 hrs. but for now its been more then 24 hours and i see there is nothing done from the side of Docomo customer care and i had even requested her to provide me with the reference number for future communication but she resist to give the complaint number but instead promises to provide the solution to my problem...which is still not answered .... so i just want to request if at all anyone hearing from docomo to please resolve this problem as soon as possible ... will be greatful to you people ... keep up the good work ..... JAI DOCOMO ...

    Tata Docomo — GPRS Recharge Issue

    I had recharged for a 48 rs GPRS package on August 13, 2011 that must have a validity of 30 days(This information is was captured from 52270, which is a toll free number for Tata Docomo, and was available till August 14, 2011 at 52270).
    Now I am being told by the Tata Docomo's customer care executive that this package has a validity of only 21 days.
    I have tried to lodge a complaint but I am not able to get through the customer care number for some unknown reason.
    I am vinod, My mobile number is [protected], I would like to get my previous three month call history...please this is urgent..

      I am using tata indicom (now docomo) since 2007, just converted postpaid to prepaid. After migrating to prepaid, i am facing several issues and unprofessional dealing by your customer care executives. I have recharged 49 rupees International pack two times from your own tata docomo website with reference number [protected] and [protected] respectively on different dates but i have not received benefits of the pack and isd call was still charging me 14.20 rupees per minute for usa and canada. I have recharged these packs only after getting information on your website and also recharged online through your website only. When i haven't got said benefit in my account, i called customer care for complaint but they told me that there is no pack of 49 rite now, i urged that it's still visible on tata docomo website and even tata docomo charged me 49 rupees on its website. Sumit and vijay named executives handled the call and kept me waiting for half an hour.
      Is that customers duty to verify your website and customer care service both before an recharge, if an pack is no more applicable then why tata docomo is showing that pack on its website and even why they are charging money from customers for that specific pack. this is completely customers harassment and loss of money and we never expect this from your company.
      I request you that please look to the matter, kindly provide the said benefits in my account ( as mentioned in your website )or reverse the amount of the packs and wrong international calls charges back into my account. Hope to hear from you soon, thanks.

            Also i wanted to subscribe for DND for all types of calls n sms, for which i have send the SMS to START 0 to 1909. but i received some regret message in reply. pls do the needful to correct the same.
            I tried to call ur cusromenr care no 121, but even after holding the phone for 5mins no body pick the phone....it is only my 2nd month after taking the DOCOMO connection, but so far my experience is very bad and if you continue this kind of pathetic service, i will prefer to move to some other service.

              I am Ankur Marwaha. I am having pre paid connection from Tata Docomo. Without my knowledge balance from my account is being deducted for servicies which i have not subscribed. When I tried to reach customer care the person was very rude and said the deduced balance cannot be returned. I would like Tata Docomo representative to call me on my number [protected] and have the deducted balance reverted to me.

                hallo sir my tata docomo prepaid no. is [protected]. and after every 10 days a sum of balance rs 10 deducted from my account unnecessory. so please rectify this as soon as possible.and refund my balance in my account.

                Within the span of last 1 months. unnecessary deduction from my docomo num. [protected] has been takin place. In the start i didn't pay much heed when the deduction was 10-20 Rs.
                but this started growing eventually.Within last week they cut my 160 Rs.Once 60 and yesterday 100 Rs.
                When i talk to the customer care, they say its because of your net browsing, whereas i have activated a data plan. So, evn though my data plan is activated, it gets cut from my main balance. And the customer care people don't even register my complaint.
                Just to bring to your notice, Tata Docomo has been doing this to many people i know and this is quite unethical. To me this has happened 5 times this last month. Hoping you would look into this matter.

                Hi,
                My number is [protected]. On 15th Feb, two time my balance got cut. One of 99 and another of 49.
                Now when contacted with customer care, they told that I had activation VAS which I had not so I aksed for refund but they just cut the phone.
                Now, after trying for many and mail chaings, one person told that is VAS Nazara service and the balance got cut because you clicked on some popup in your laptop which was connected to internet using my mobiel internet. Thus we can&#039;t refund the money. I dont know what this Nazara is or is it just there ploy to cut money.
                So, they are plainly refusing to refund the amount.

                The weird thing is, how can a popup from my laptop is able to send a message in such a way that it cut a balance from account whereas I have not authorized that.

                Kindly look into the matter. The guilty party should be punished.

                Note:::
                1) Worst customer care of all the companies. Phone will connect to customer care only one time a day.
                2) Worst company for telecom, beware before taking docomo card. I am frustrated, don&#039;t want the same for others

                  I am a TATA Docomo Customer from Coimbatore and my number is [protected]. On 31 Dec 10 , surprisingly , I got a message from TATA stating that you have activated flash SMS service and Rs. 30 has been deducted fro your account in this regard. Honestly, I have not even touched my mobile at that point of time. On inquiry with Customer care, The executive fooled me by making me deactivate the same flash SMS service with a promise that my money will be refunded immediately. My money has not been credited so far. The same thing happened with me two days back as well.

                  In this regard, please have thought upon how many poor persons in and around India who is not able to read and understand English must have been victimized by this cheap business tricks.

                  I am a TATA DOCOMO customer. My Mobile number is[protected]. I am losing my balance from my TATA DOCOMO connection. On 1st april I lost Rs. 33.00 based on which I didn't get any notice. On 2nd april I lost further Rs. 5.00 for which I got a message that I have downloaded a Java Game. I swear, I didn't do that. Once earlier also I have come across this problem. This is the second time I am facing the same problem. They are really cheating the consumers. Only a few people are aware of this. And all those who are not aware of this might have lost a lot credits from their balance.
                  I request to take some actions against this issue and please help us, we the common people have no other options to approach. Please bring the cheaters out let them STOP cheating.

                  i am a tata docomo customer with no. [protected] but few day ago you start "depression pack" and "internet or games so many reasons they are showing" on my number which service i never request to start and deduct sum of 98 rs . Due to that i did not make call on Diwali and new year and just spoil my Diwali and new year...
                  hi m tata docomo customer for last 2 years, my tata docomo number is [protected]. Now tata docomo deduct my balance without any information, they just send me a message thanks for downloading n deduct my balance even m not subsribe any service, when i call custmer care for refunding my balance they don't help me n says your number sent to higer officer n they decide we rufund ur balance or not.. Every month docomo do the same thing with me n they never accept their mistake even there call center worker make their own excuses... I just want my balance back right now n accept their mistake for deducting the balance

                    From 18th April 2012 I am receiving bulk Promotional messages from thee Tata Docomo. I made a complaint against theis. They are simply saying it will rectified in 7 working days. Daily I am getting nearly 150 messages from thee service provider. I noticed theis issue to thee customer care and thee Tata Docomo showroom, Hydernagar, Hyderabad. But till now theere is no action against theis.

                      Hi,

                      I have been using TATA Docomo prepaid a over a three year . Suddenly one night(24th April, 12PM-7AM) the available balance was deducted and balance 0.0 . This came to my notice during the day of 25 April

                      On contacting the customer care they have told me this will be service activated due to using internet or during service will activated it self during its link.And this was happened to hole month deducted balance many time .no refund any time .It will activated it self even i have deactivated it before.I did not know how will any service is activated itself when using internet even i deactivated it before.

                      There was no response until I called them

                      I don't know how I can respond to this kind of fraud by TATA Docomo.

                      So, I request people planning to switch to TATA DOCOMO, think 100 times before you make a wise decision, and also people who are already subscribers of TATA DOCOMO be wise in checking the available balance/ monthly bill and maybe switching to other safe mobile service providers as portability may be option. Or, you may be a victim of being held responsible for huge amounts if you do not have so much o[censored]sage.

                      Amount in hundreds doesn't matter much to the people but thousands would fraud by TATA Docomo.

                        From last few days i am charging for caller me tunes automatically. It was happened i got a message from docomo for dialing some number like ^^^*^^# (^ are numbers) for getting free caller tunes for 3 days , and the song was "Pungi".When i dial that number then it was showing that it will be charged for 30 Rupees for 30 days, and press 1 for continue.
                        Then I press cancel switch. and from that days Docomo started pressure to get the caller tunes. the send me a sms that i subscribed that tunes and they charged 6 Rupees. When I contact with customer support they cancelled the caller tunes and say sorry for the fact.But after few Hours it is Happening again. They automatically activating the caller tunes and deducing my balance from last few days continuously. last day i spend all my money and they send me a balence for low balance the service is stopped. But when I recharged My number then they again started the same thing
                        and I am bored about this. i send a complain to their coustomer support but they did not take any step. They said it will be ok within 48 hours. but it is still happening.My TATA DOCOMO Number is [protected] and the complain reference number is 485971. they still doing this and i think they are forcing me to take their value added service and pay them whatever they charge. Please Help me , I am scared to recharged my number .

                          Hello sir,
                          The tata docomo services always subscribes the unwanted services like Magic SMS and deducting the money. I was deducted Rs30 on 19.03.2012 for activation of magic SMS without my consent and on being pointed out, money was refunded back to my account. Once again in April they again deducted Rs30 against the activation of Magic SMS without my consent. This time on being pointed out they refuse to refund back the deducted amount. This thing not happen only once or twice but more than 2 to 3 times. The worst Customer Representative ever I faced.
                          And i completely fed up with there activities of tata docomo.
                          So i finally complaining here.
                          Hope so i should be resolved as soon as possible.

                            Please deactivate VOV subscription that was activated(since 23rd April) without my consent and refund the amount deducted as early as possible .                                 Dear Sir,

                                I have 3 G handset (Samsung Galaxy Y duos) and Tata Docomo Sim ([protected]) in which i have activated 3G serive. On dated 17/04/2012, I have rechared my SIM having 3G Data plan of Rs. 246 in which i got 720 MB 3G data free for one month validaity. Till date (24/04/2012) i am not able use 3G service of tata docomo due to problem in their network. I have also tried to use this in my USB drive with PC, but not working due to network problem. (No at all 3G network avaialble). I have also tried my SIM with other 3G handset of nokia make but problem remains the same. I have contacted cutomer care executive many times but no clear/confirm responce from customer care executives. Cutomer care is also not easy reachable due to busy network, we have call again and again for resolution of query/rpoblem.One written date of problem resolution given me as 23/04/2012 but problem not resolved.

                                Today (24/04/2012) again i have talked to cutomer care executive and i am shocked that he has given me wait for 90 days to resolve the problem. My validity is going to lapse without any usage of data and they are not ready to refund me the amount or extend the validity.

                                I am very much harassed due to this and still no any comfirm reply from Tata Docomo.

                                Pl do needful for the resolution of problem and loss of money. I can provide the written communication done with tata docomo if required.

                                  Sir,
                                  i have activated a scheme of rs 68 on my tata docomo number ([protected]) (Rajasthan) on 23rd-APR-2012 at around 06:47 Pm.
                                  According to this scheme, they are offering free Local TATA to TATA unlimited calls for 20 hours (except 6pm to 10 pm).
                                  So i activated this scheme and received a successful recharge message too.
                                  but on 24th apr,this scheme was not activated yet and i was still being charged for calling on local tata docomo number.
                                  So to clarify this issue i called the customer care executives 3 times and told them my problem.
                                  they just said " this scheme is not applicable on Rajasthan circle, and we can`t help you "..
                                  so when i asked one of the executive ( PARESH RATHOD ) to transfer my call to some higher authority he simply refused me to do that and said "THERE ARE NO HIGHER AUTHORITY,I AM THE ONLY HIGHER AUTHORITY"
                                  then i said there would be some manager in office so i want to talk with them,he said "I AM THE MANAGER AND I AM THE OWNER OF THIS TATA DOCOMO" and was very rudely answering my queries..
                                  I am also attaching the photo of the TATA docomo page where this scheme has been mentioned in Rajasthan circle too..

                                  So kindly help me in this issue as the docomo comapny havnt mentioned in there site that this scheme is not valid in rajasthan and also the rude behaviour of the executive.

                                  My name is Imran Khan my no is [protected]. i have submitted my voter id card,one photo, i wanted to port my no from aircel to docomo.
                                  my porting code is DW282613 on 17 october 2011 .
                                  she ( Ratika Jain which is customer care exc.) said me that your number will changed within seven days into docomo.
                                  she charged me 20 rs for this till now my number is not port.
                                  Yesterday i went there for confirming reasons,

                                  Both executives were busy to each other in talking,They were not ready for listening my problem,after waiting much time she said to me that ,i don't know ,it is not my fault,come here after 30 october ,and 20 rs will charged again
                                  and said to me that may be your no will not port in prepaid because there is more problems in porting with prepaid system and forced us to port my no.in postpaid

                                  i dont want to convert my no in postpaid

                                  Please solve my problem and convert my no in do co mo soon

                                  Two days before i contacted your customer care to get the portability number. But the representative told that within 24 hours i will be getting a call from Docomo otherwise after 24 hours just contact the customer care and i will get the portability number from the representative who is attending the call. So yesterday night i called to the customer care and the representative who attended the call didn give me the portability number and he was behaving in a harshly manner and he told me that they cant give such type of information.                                     Tata Photon Outlet office in PVR Saket is out of service since more then a month..Everytime i go to pay bill they say Server Down and now my internet is going to be disconnected because of non payment. At the moment my credit Card have some problem so i can't even pay online too..And
                                    the printer in that office never work since one year. Even if we pay the bill they never give us printout of bill payment receipt.

                                    What kind of service are they providing, its not worth at all..The customer service too never received the calls.

                                    Please take some action to such company who make fun of their customers by making false promises in endorsing their products.

                                      Sir a service named HUSTLER MODEL VIDEOS is active in my number.
                                      I tried to deactivate it through 155223 portal but cannot find an option
                                      to deactivate it. And response from customer care is too worse. It is
                                      totally a head ache given by these service providers with such unwanted

                                        I sent SMS to Tata Docomo for porting of my mobile phone number on 19th April 2012. Porting was to be done to Idea Cellular. Idea Cellular had not sent message to Tata Docomo for releasing the phone number to them. Meanwhile, Tata Docomo suddenly de-activated the SIM on 22nd April 2012 and prepaid balance of around Rs 75 was forfeited. De-activation should not have been done by Tata Docomo without informing me and without getting a request from another phone company. It is a cheating and fraud with customer. Porting was desired in view of activaton o[censored]n-warranted services by Tata Docomo and deduction from pre-paid balance on account of these services. Tata Docomo should alive the SIM until the other mobile phone company requests them to release the mobile phone number.

                                        Later on, the SIM was activated. But I needed its porting to Idea Cellular. Porting was requested 2 more times. Porting request was denied all the 3 times without giving any reason. Finally, I had to cut the SIM in thousands of pieces and got new SIM from Idea Cellular.
