Pls see the below email communication with Docomo Customer care team.it is self explanatory...no action so far...today again debited money -Rs.10...pls refund total Rs.30 to my ac and stop the crap!!!!!!! already 5 times i tried 155223 to stop it... every time it say i didn't subscribe to any service...

Hi,
I am a docomo user, My mobile no is [protected]. yesterday i received a message saying my balance was debited by Rs.10, as i was subscribed for any horoscope. I didn't give any such comment to subscribe the so called daily horoscope. pls do the needful to refund my money and stop sending any such messages.
Also i wanted to subscribe for DND for all types of calls n sms, for which i have send the SMS to START 0 to 1909. but i received some regret message in reply. pls do the needful to correct the same.
I tried to call ur cusromenr care no 121, but even after holding the phone for 5mins no body pick the phone....it is only my 2nd month after taking the DOCOMO connection, but so far my experience is very bad and if you continue this kind of pathetic service, i will prefer to move to some other service.
