[Resolved] Tata Docomo — Password Reset | |||
My TATA DOCOMO Mobile number is [protected] and i have lost my Online Tata Docomo Prepaid account password When i try to Reset password it asks for security Question "What is your Nickname?" which i am unable to find correct and so unable to reset my account password. My TATA DOCOMO photon number is [protected] and I have registered around seven days back, but did not send my password either by e-mail or to my alternate number. I have sent a mail requesting the same and Tata Docomo replied my complaint would be considered within 48 hours, but to my surprise till now I am not in receipt of the same. Please help me by sending me the same to my alternate number [protected] or my e-mail address [protected]@yahoo.com ASAP. Thanking you.
