Tata Docomo — POOR SERVICE DONT buy DOCOMO SIMS | |||
I have purchased Docomo GSM sim mb no [protected] on 21st August. I faced problem in starting as it was not activated properly from Dealers side . It was activated on 3rd september. I have Postpaid plan of 499/- per month in which 2 GB free Data is included. But till date iam not able to browse inernet on my phone. I called customer care they provided me settings many times but probem not solved. I went to Docomo outlet at phase 3B2 mohali they told me that SIM is to be replaced as its problem of SIM. but it can be replaced from where it is taken as it is corporate connection. Iam calling the person(from whom i have purchased SIM Mr. Mukesh [protected], [protected]) from 20 days but he is not picking the call, i dont know his office address. I need replacement of my SIM card but getting no support from TATA DOCOMO as well as the dearler end. Even customer care misguided me giving wrong address in Phase 5 Booth no 84 Kartar enterprices. When i went over there there is HDFC bank ATM in that booth. Recently i have got my phone bill. but why should I pay the bill if iam not getting full services of plan i have taken. I want support in this matter if any one can , what should i do.? Iam not going to pay bill if my problem not solved I Was this information helpful? | |||

I am alos a victim of Tata Docomo post paid services & would recommand you to switch to some better mobile service provider who can offer you fair services. We have made a huge mistake by opting for Tata Docomo services in first place.
its better to go for Airtel thats better. Still my problem not resolved even i got my SIM replaced..TATA DOCOMO people not able to resolve my problem. Iam waiting to complete 3 months of SIM then I will go for AIRTEL or VODAFONE>
