[Resolved] Tata Docomo — Unsubscribe | |||
Dear Sir, My mobile no is [protected] of TATA DOCOMO. The company somehow activated the "Weekly Personalized Horoscope Pack". I tried to unsubscribe the same by dialing deactivation portal in the no 155223 but it says no pack is activated. Rs.10/week is deducted from my balance for the past 4 weeks. Kindly arrange to unsubscribe the same & refund of deducted amount.Otherwise service is awesome. Was this information helpful? | |||

Hi, I am Jignesh Agrawal and my TATA DOCOMO mobile no. is [protected]. I have been subscribed to Bollywood best scene somehow and not able to unsubscribe after all posible efforts. Request you to unsubscribe me or I have to drope the service. Thank You.

The complaint is not yet resolved.I have again received a message saying the "Personalized Horoscope Pack" will be renewed within 72 hours and Rs.10 will be deducted from my account. Please unsubscribe the activated pack as soon as possible;Before losing a customer.
