[Resolved]  Tata Docomo — reducing balance even after stv activation

docomo is wrost in telecommunication. Their executives don't knows that what's the actual problem n how to resolve it. Every time they says...call us after 4 hour... Our system is not update...so what is ur duty... When U call 2nd time to customer care...the network says..."all customer care executive are busy..."...arre yaaar kis kaam me busy... Karte to kuch nhi ho.fir kha busy rehte ho...i m not getting benefit of my service...i have already paid for it...

No solution till date...my balance is deducing normally with stv... No solution... I have called customer care many time... They are unable to solve my problem...

i have called a c-care executive on 15 sep early in the morning at 3:30 am... usne meri problem solve kie bina hi meri call kaat di... wo bol rha tha k aapke tata no. pe vodafone k signal aa rhe h ...tabhi aapka tariff kaam nhi kr rha h... wa bhai wah... kya suggestion dia h

no solution till date...aaj c-care executive mujhse bol rha h k aapke no pe koi stv recharge nahi h...jabki mere pass service activation ka msg mere inbox me h... Wah tata wah...
