Iam using the tata docomo [protected] for the past 15 days and have submitted both local and permanent address proof, but the docomo have barred the calsl both the incoming and outgoing without any prior information for the past 3 days, please resolve as soon. Will DOCOMO provide any compensation for the loss accured?...

      I am chethan ,having problem with TATA DOCOMO Network . my gsm is not working its giving message as " INVALID SIM" from past 1 month.every time i need to switch off my mobile and switch on it again to make it Valid
      sim..it will last for few minutes and again same "INVALID SIM" message .

      My DoCoMo sim shows invalid.when I called up customer care, I was told I last recharged on October 2015 and it is almost 5 months and the number is now disconnected. I am in very much in need of this number.is there a way to reconnect and get my number back to service.please check and help me

          30 rupees are deducted from my balance of tata docomo no [protected]. I have discussed my problem with customer care two times. Each time they provided me different information. First time they tell me that the balance is deducted due to data usage. I am not satisfied with this because 98 rupees data plan is activated on my number. Second time they tell me that the balance is deducted due to USSD code. Telling different information by customer care shows that the balance deduction is totally wrong.

            My mobile service provider is Tata Docomo. This is a pre-paid connection. Mobile number : [protected]. On september 15th from this number Rs.15 have been charged for Call me Tunes which I never subscribed personally. I have immediately cancelled that service, but the charged amount has not been credited. When I wanted to contact the customer care the line was not transfered, Please see to this complaint at the earliest.

              TATA DOCOMO has posted fraudulent information on its website to mislead the customers.

              I request all the telecom subscribers to do thorough analysis before falling prey to such thugs. Here's the link which has false information

                with humbly request I would like to file a complaint against TATADOCOMO for unnecessary deductions from my prepaid account. Yesterday i.e.[protected], Rs. 30/- was deducted from prepaid balance on account of video talkies, a total useless service for me without my prior request or permission. It happened many times but whenever I tried to approach the customer care executives they never replied my call. If by mistake my call is received they gave me another number to register my complaint but sooner or later they never replied my calls. Therefore poor people like me keep on suffering for unnecessary services of the company.
                Therefore you are requested to look into the matter Sir/ Madam.

                  I have activate the Blackberry Net Pack in Tata Docomo for 100 Rupees for 10 mail & Unlimited net usage.
                  After the activation i had make a call to customer care and confirm the balance will be detuct for You tube seeing. They had reply for you tube charges will not applicable. Some vuclip like this site will be charged and some yellow colour highlighted link will be charged.

                  After the above confirmation i used the You tube and all my balance will be detucted.

                  Please note my Tata Docomo complaint # through mail M10167749 / Dated 13.09.2012. & The same thing happen in last month also please refer the complaint # M9809429 / Since 23rd August.

                  Now this time nearly 80 to 90 rupees detucted and now my balance is zero / and i can't able to enjoy the net pack for which i recharge for 100 ruppes for 1 week. for this issue only we have total loss. whose mistake is this????????????.

                  Just think how will be feel. My money also detucted for net pack and after Main balance detucted.????????????

                  What a service is this???????????

                  Please ask them to recharge for net pack for two years i have totally loss my good mood and my three to four days entertainment?????????

                  Whether this loss of time will be come return for me?????????

                  Please help in this regards, for loss of my money, my time, My image also loss in this due to non availabilty of balance in office, my total communication also loss. And lot of misunderstanding creates in our office due to not make a call.

                    Hi I am Aditya Khandelwal. I had purchased a tata photon connection from tata docomo's (gandhi putla outlet) agent (Preeti). At the time of connection I was told that after using photon connection for 3 months it can be converted to prepaid. But after genration of 3rd bill when i asked them to converted it to prepaid they informed that connection must be used for 6 month for converting it to prepaid. I am looking out for settlement. Kindly Help.

                            I reacharged my tata photon by 350/- rupees through ichoose service with ICICI debit account but i won't get any recharge value on my photon account. I launched complaint to ICICI care centre and photon care centre also. ICICI said that we have been completed successfully transaction from our side and photon said that we dont get any amount from your ICICI debit account. Now, photon blames to ICICI bank and ICICI bank blames to photon. So where i should go and what can i do.. thats why i launched my complaint.. please, help me out.

I have called the customer care excecutive he says i have no subscriptions. So pls i am making this complaint as i have no other option other than discontinuing your service.                                 I ([protected]) made a recharge of Rs90 on 1 september 2012 . Benefits of that recharge is 1 GB 3G data . I spoke with the customer representative before recharging and they assured me that i will get 300 MB after the recharge and rest 724 MB within 48 hours . After 3 days of that recharge i didn't got the remaining data . i spoke to the customer representative they told me to wait for another 48 hours . i waited and still my data pack was not upgraded . Again i talked with them after a week about this issue they again made a request and told me to wait 36 hours .
                                Its too much now . I've waited so long now .14 days have passed still issue has not been resolved yet . customer service !

                                  I am using Tata docomo Prepaid number +[protected] past 15 Months.
                                  I recharged my account using online Tata docomo portal for Rs.111 on 11th Sep
                                  I have got main balance of Rs.105 as instructed. Good
                                  And 13th Sep I have been charged Rs.15 for Missed call alert renewel charges, which has been activated earlier. I have seen my balance was 89.60 by evening.
                                  Suudenly morning i checked my balance and noticed that Rs.65 has been deducted from my main balance without any information.
                                  I have checked with service customer care executive.. But they didn't advice me the correct details for the deduction.
                                  I need my balance Rs.65 back...immediately.

                                      Tata Docomo services are very frustrating they provide very worst service. They think that an individual alone cannot do anything and start playing. I recharged my mobile and to get benefit of low call rates I paid extra amount. I got back to back messages that recharge is successful. I paid retailer whole amount. When I started calling my balance was flowing out like water and then I came to know I did not get benefit of low call rates. I called customer care they kept on hold for long time and for that they charged me. I paid for their mistake. Then I mailed to them, somebody called and said the amount with which I recharged does not apply to me since it was only for new customers. Then I asked if your not giving benefit why the hell you charge then he replies I am sorry. Saying since your existing customer for good will we give you some amount. Snatched money from me and gave as charity to me. Next day morning though I called I could not hear any voice from other end but my balance was going off and same was happening for those who called me. These value less services should not be encouraged at all since they are only interested in making money.

                                        Tata docomo is misleading customer by displaying that one can get 3000 smses free for 90 days by doing a online recharge of Rs 60/- but after recharge customer receives message stating recharge is for 3000 for 30 days.Customer support is also not helping to resolve the issue.I have done this recharge on 13.9.12
