Tata Docomo — security deposit pending | |||
I have a cdma connection no.[protected] of tata docomo which i have port it into gsm service on dt 20/5/13 and there was a security deposit of Rs 850/- lying with the company and according to the company person Mr sami chauhan ( sit at New Agra store ) said that you will get back your security with in 60 days but i am very sorry to say that almost 75 days pass but i did not get my amount and now when ever i visit at New Agra store of Tata Mr Sami did misbehave with me and said i donot know about your payment Pls do need full Was this information helpful? | |||

Sir,
You do not think that 23/8/13 is too long time to solve the problem while you do not give a single day after due date of payment and charge Rs 100/- as a late payment.So here is the 60 days was your due date of repayment and you have to pay the interest @ 24% annual for the days which is over due
