[Resolved] Tata Docomo — Sim card not Provisioned | |||
Tata Docomo guys, Ive been using a number ([protected]) for almost a year now Ive done transactions of around 600 in this month alone today in the evening suddenly i loose the connectivity and get a notification saying "sim not provisioned" I tried calling the customer care from another number One guy picks up saying youve not been using this sim it has been deactivated i still have around 200 balance left in the phone and i was messaging till around half hour before this happened I have no idea what to do as of now RESOLVE THIS ISSUE IMMEDIATELY Contact me on lord.[protected]@gmail.com Phone number to contact now [protected] Thank you, Anudeep Was this information helpful? | |||

Dear Anudeep,
The number has been disconnected due to non usage more than 120 days. Hence, the same cannot be activated again.

Ive done MNP form Reliance to docomo, I’ve received confirmation SMS for acceptance but the connectivity/signal are getting in my phone its saying "sim not provisioned"2
I tried calling the customer care from another number
One guy picks up saying it will get activated in some times but it is not,
it has been deactivated
I have no idea what to do as of now
