[Resolved]  Tata DoCoMo SIM Card — missing of doc & photo id

TATA TELESERVICES DOCOMO — MY SIM REGISTERED ON ANOTHERS NAME

I TOOK A NEW SIM OF TATA DOCOMO AND SUBMITTED THE DOCUMENTS PROPERLY

BUT AFTER THREE MONTHS WHEN BECAUSE OF SIM PROBLEM I WANT TO GET MY SIM REPLACED THEY ARE SAYING THE SIM IS REGISTERED ON ANOTHERS ANME

I CANT TELL WAT A HELL OF PROBLEMS I AM FACING

SHOULD I FILE A CASE AGAINST THE COMPANY

Dear sir

I purchase sim card of Tata Docomo on[protected] from The Mobile store at Virar west My mobile no. is [protected].I submit all documents at the same time. But now i received call from Tata Docomo to submit the documents. When I talk to custmer care dept of Tata docomo They are saying that for the same no. we received documents of different person.
Then I asked them where are my documents but they are saying me that you have to submit documents again other wise we will lock your sim card. Please help me

I purchase sim card of Tata INDICOM on[protected] from Mobile shop at ALAMBAG LKO. My mobile no. is [protected].I submit all documents at the same time. But now i received call from Tata INDICOM to submit the documents AND BAR INCOMING CALL TILL NOW.TWO TIME SUBMITED ID .. When I talk to custmer care dept of Tata INDICOM. They IS NO ID SUBMITED TILL NOW..
Then I asked them where are my documents but they are saying me that you have to submit documents again other wise we will lock your sim card. Please help me.

I purchase sim card of Tata INDICO.My mobile no. is [protected]. I submitted my documents at the same time. But now my sim has blocked due to mistake and when i talk to Tata INDICOM office, Novelty chauraha Bareilly, they told me to submit the documents but i submit my id again but they told me that id is not matched, there was another person id showing in the computer.who's name is aslam.
Then I asked them where are my documents but they are saying me that you have to submit documents of Aslam, but i don't know any Aslam. Please help me.
jab maine apni id submit ki thi to kisi aur ki id pe mujhe sim kuyn issue kiya gaya.
