    Sir, my complaint no NWK09777067 which was registered through this site only. First, i recieved the call from docomo office gurgaon and then from chandigarh office about the complaint and i was given assurance that the same will be resolved within a few days and on this site the deadline was given as 11 jun but really sorry to say that my problem is not solved and sad part is that my speed has gone from poor to worst condition i.e.. As i m now getting the speed not more than 500 to 600 kbps throughout the day. Hence, again request you to kindly take the matter on priority basis.

    Docomo — Very Very poor GPRS speed

    i am docomo gsm customer ([protected]) since 20 days. I have activated docomo
    gprs service,but i am not getting speed what so ever. speed is too poor, even small
    webpages of 5kb takes 30-40 sec to load. So my request is if you unable to manage
    your network or services, please stop your bad services, better i[censored] stop your network
    connections because in my opinion your network & services is world's No.1 bad(faltu).
    Sorry to say this but if you have solution on this please help me!!!!

    even i get 10 to 15 kb in my area munjaka rajkot gujarat so please do some thing i m paying 1500 per month though i get low speed so please do it fast

      just a month back i did EVD of 94 Rs which included 1Gb of monthly free gprs usage
      and now from a nearly 15 days my gprs connection is extremly slow can say speed in some bytes and now it has gone out completely says "packet data connection not available" since from 5 days .earlier before doing EVD it used to give full speed of 10Kb
      really wastage of money
      i called customer care many times and tried every thing they said but no result
      similar problems are of my many friends residing in the same city
      really now i am thinking to get airtel now because of the substandard service of tata

      Tata DoCoMo GPRS — INTERNET SPEED

      HI THIS IS ANAND..& I AM USING TATA DOCOMO SIM CARD...& I HAVE ALSO USE GPRS SCHEME ON THAT...BUT THE GPRS SPPED IS VERY SLOW...IT TAKES SO MUCH TIME TO DOWNLOAD..PLEASE TAKE ACTION...I AM LIVING AT CHARKOP,KANDIVALI(W),MUMBAI.
      I agree with the above statement, and the tata docomo is one of the worst gprs service provider according to me. I recharged my number for GPRS contineously 3 times in 3 months and I am not able to browse or send emails when it is very urgent. I am not able to connect only. I repeatedly called up customer care and some times they keep my calls on hold for more than 30 mins saying that senior would answer my call. then they disconnect without informing me. Its so annoying. Also Yesterday when I called a customer service personnel, he said- dont compare tata docomo with Airtel, docomo is a small child infront of Airtel. Is this the answer any employee has to give to a customer. He should be immediately sacked from his job according to me. He is of no use to the company. I am going to discontinue my docomo number and going for Airtel which is the best in bangalore and in entire karnataka state. Sorry to you Tata docomo...poor service. I dont know how they are emerging service provider for the year 2009. Shame on you. Moreover, they have very week signal inside bangalore. My calls get dropped when i am talking with my clients and I need to call them up every 2 mins.

      sir i am useing tata docomo 2g . before 3 month i geting 25 to 30 kbps downloading speed.but in this its only 5 to 12 kbps. and browsing is also low.
      so please increase your speed.

      Yes Friends, I do agree with this cheap service of TATA DOCOMO, Some body should be there to question them and more over customers who are prepaid have no option but to wait for their validity to expire, The regulatory authority has to introduce some fair means by which the customers /users can have a control on their money, Until such schemes enter it will be a sellers market and these Cheap Service providers continue to provide their unreliable services, lot many have to enter customer courts with their greviances, Its high time these service providers have to be governed for every single rupee they are looting from so many ignorant poor people /and ofcourse literates to, "Saale din dahade loot rahe hai"puchne waala koun?
      I also agree.. Tata docomo GPRS network is worst i have ever seen. The data connection automatically gets disconnected after some time.There is no clear reply from cust. care.For recharge also no clear info is being provided.

        these guys are charging me from my main balance even after the internet pack is activated...and when called customer care they are talking nonsense and making me wait long and long without solving my problem.. instead blaming me and trying to make excuses..and now they have put my number intentionally in such a way that when i call them it says they are busy...they were even even cutting the call in between..there team leader named smita disconnected the call and talked in a very wrong ....even now they are charging me from my balance...and trying to make thing more uncomfortable for me....earlier also there were few problems and and they didnot satisfy me ...

          I recharge our tata docomo phone on dated 06/06/10 at 13:00hr Rs95=00 of
          internet cord for gprs by ID [protected] successfully then use gprs
          upto 08/06/10 successfully but morning of 09/06/10 at 06:00hr tatadocomo
          has been deduct all amount of main a/c of phone upto a/c balance nil..
          C.C. representative of tata docomo has reported at 11:00hr on dt.09/06/10
          above problem due system faluire and deducted money refunded as soon
          but no response till date. please help to refund illegally deducted money by tata
          docomo .

          i got a message saying "TA-5333300: You have purchased podcast on Right colleges for Architecture for Rs. 15. Dial[protected]FREE) to listen to expert advice. "
          Wat the hell?
          I swear i hav nt purchased this crap from tata docomo.
          And when i checked my balance, 15 rs. vanished.
          This is not the first time i am losing money like this.
          And when i contacted customercare they are
          saying "u have used gprs, thats why your balance is deducted"
          Really fed up with Tata Docomo
          Funny thing is that they even have an ad saying "know what you are paying for"
          The question is that if we are not using the service
          why would we be charged?

            I and my daughter are using TATA DOCOMO pre-paid sim. One day I suddenly received a sms saying that I have downloaded international activation (for me) (for my daughter)downloaded "animation! LolaCorwin3" and deducted Rs.15/- every time. When i complained in the customer care first of there was no responce for quite a long time, then they informed that we must have downloaded/ we have down loaded which is showing in their records. I HAVE NOTHING TO PROVE. Can any body advice? I am planning to discontinue TATA DOCOMO.
            I am using TATA DOCOMO pre-paid sim. One day I suddenly received a sms saying that I have downloaded caller tunes" and deducted Rs110/- at that time. When i complained in the customer care first of there was no responce for quite a long time, . Can any body advice? I am planning to discontinue TATA DOCOMO.

                Hi I am using a tata docomo prepaid number. In that number, I got a message as I have activated the cricket alert and they took 5 Rs for that. They immediately I spoke with the customer care and they said as I may activated that. Then I asked them how to deactivate that. They asked me to send a SMS to the same number.

                In the next day, they took another Rs.5.They sent a message as that service has been activated.Again I spoke with the customer care they said as the server is not responding for the deactivation. So from the customer end we cannot de-activate that service. So they took a request to deactivate that.

                But they didn't deactivate that, it continued for nearly 10 days and nearly they took rupees 50 from my balance. Daily I used to speak with the customer care people. Last I decided to throw that number.

                So, never go for TATA DOCOMO. ITS IS A WORST SERVICE. More or less they are taking money as thiefs.

                  I have purchased a new DOCOMO post paid SIM. I am using the HTC toucf from last 1 year with IDEA and with no issues at all. The DOCOMO network suddenly vanishes from HTC handset and it goes in searching mode. When tried on other phones it works properly. Also, I am unable to use the GPRS services on my handset. Please help

                      Even After getting my number registered with NDNC or DNC is activated on my number m continuously receiving stupid promo messages and that too in repeated orders i filled a complain against that but till date no resolution even from a nodal officer cc head everybody... now i have just one option left to give it in media and to sue company for the same.

                        I'm Having a problem sending msgs to one particular number,which is my friend's number.
                        I'm able to to send msgs to other numbers n receive delivery reports instantly except for this number.
                        Customer care told me that the my friends phone inbox may be full or it may be a problem on my friends service provider side.
                        Its definitely not the case of inbox being full, also he is able to receive msgs from other docomo numbers.
                        Also i'm able to call him n i can receive his msgs from his number.

                        This Problem started on 26th may 2010. Still not resolved. :(

                        Same Sms Delivery Report Problem

                        I'm Having a problem sending msgs to ANY DOCOMO NUMBERS.
                        I'm able to to send msgs to other numbers n receive delivery reports instantly EXCEPT for ANY DOCOMO NUMBERS.
                        Some times they get delivered, bt still the delivery report doesnt comes!
                        Its definitely not the case of inbox being full, also he is able to receive msgs from other docomo numbers.
                        Also i'm able to call him n i can receive his msgs from his number.

                        I'm Having a problem sending msgs to one particular number, which is my friend's number.
                        He is able to recieve sms from others without any problem. But he is facing a probem from my no.
                        I'm sending him msg but he can't recieve my all msgs. only few is recived by him, instead of all.
                        But my other sms friends have no problem from my number.

                        Customer care told me that the they will look into it. But the problem is still running.
                        Even i had complained for this.But again no responce from Customer care.
                        This Problem started on may 2012. Still not resolved. :(

                        i'm having a problem in recieving msgs from any number
                        though i can send msg to others and they r recieving the same
                        infact i was msg to someone and suddenly i could not recieve the msg in a gap of 5 mins only

                        Hello, I am not able to send messages on UK (+44) number. I am using three docomo sims. Previously i have used all three docomos
                        number for sending SMS to UK based number. I had also talked to customer care for the same. They did not find any issue on their site.
                        But still i am not able to send messages on UK based number. I have also checked all mobile SMS settings, it looks fine. One more thing i have used another operators like Airtel, idea, Smart for sending SMS, we are able to get message delivered on the UK based number.Could you please identify the cause of the problem.

I AM NOT GETTING SPEED EVEN 5 KBPS IN MUMBAI ITSELF AND THE CUSTOMER CARE DEPERTMENT IS THE WORST THEY ARE NOT BOTHERED ABOUT ANY THING, WHEN I COMPLAINED THEY SAID THAT IT WILL TAKE 4 MONTHS TO SOLVE MY PROBLEM , I WAS SOCKED TO HEAR THAT I HAD NOT EXPECTED THIS FROM A REPUTED COMPANY LIKE TATA,I HAD SPENT RS.3500 ON THE INSTRUMENT NITHER THEY ARE WILLING TO SPEAK ABOUT IT AND ON TOP OF IT THEY ARE ASKING ME TO PAY THE RENTAL FOR THE MONTHS I HAV NOT USED INTERNET SAYING YOU HAV NOT CANCELLED THE CONNECTION SO YOU HAV TO PAY .

                            Hi My mobile number is [protected] which is a Golden number i bought it for Rs.5000.00 on pre paid hoping once the number is activated on my name i will transfer it to Post pay. But guess what The Tata Indicom official outlet were not even aware that it is possible. However there was only one guy in the office i guess who justifies his salary told me it can be done. I was happy and sat with a lady to fill up the form for Post pay. After filling the Form she tells me that they don't have Blank Post Pay Sim Card. So i went to other store bought a Blank Post pay sim for Rs.35.00 went back to the same Tata Indicom Oulet and gave the lady the Postpay Sim. Some how she activated my Post Pay Sim but Pre Paid on it. Since then its been like almost a month my number is still not transfered to Postpay. I wrote to Appellate, Nodal office etc and i got phone calls from nodal office also got an email but still No joy im still using Pre paid. The shame for Tata Docomo is that I got a email confirming that my Pre to Post Migration had been completed which obviously has not. Again after a day i get an email stating the migration will happen by 29th May 2010. Still it has'nt happened. Disgraced by customer services by Tata Docomo. I am just stuck as i have paid Rs.5000.00 for the number. Anybody can please help me by providing an email address or phone number to the highest authority of Tata Docomo.

                            my account balance totally debited but im not avtivated anything automatically activated to drawed. reporting this problems any customer helplines not connected it blocked for my number. im 2nd time reported this site 1st time not comes any replay. customer exicutives told refunding my money but any amount not refunded and they totally harazed. im not interested to continue docomo network. or sudden action take my problem.

                              well, i am using samsung corby handset.. dont no due to wat factor yesterday ma balance started reducing suddenly.. i had called customer yest itself. they told tat its gettin charged for internet browsing but i have nvr used it in ma cell.. stil balance kept reducing. yest(29th may 2010) afternun at 1.30 i had kept ma phone switched off n hen i switched it on at 5pm, ma balance was 0.
                              How is this possible that my balance which was 70rs yest morning got over by the evening, i swear i havent used any internet applications.
                              I ve called up customer care nearly 10 times.but no use they dint help wid nythin.. al of them asked me 2 deactivate it using "CAN DIVE" /"CAN GPRS"..but nthin seems to b workin for me.. when i told this thing to customer care they said they can do it frm their end, but nothin was done other then hungin up the phone.. I am tata employee too if this s d attitude customer who s tata employee then wat it will b too a normal customer. plz deactivate or solve ma this problem as soon as possible or i might ve to end up d connection but which will cause a trouble for me and my work..hope to c strict and quick response for this problem.

                              i want tata docomo to replace my money and deactivate this stupid gprs or dice in thing, which i dint even activate by myself but automatically was done by them.

                                sir i have taken a tata docomo connection, recently initailly 2 days gprs worked very nicely and from 3rd day onwords it became slow n 5 days it became dead not a singel web page is opening in handset it self,,i called customer care when 1st net gone down,,they said netwrok conjestion,,within 2 hrs it will be ok after wards nothing hapend i compained and they gave me a complain number but not a singel action was taken nothing changed my complain number is NWK09759654,,MY NUMBER [protected],,SAHID DINESH GUPTA ROAD BEHALA 700034

I am suffering from DIVE-IN option(+91 [protected]). They are enabling this option and regular basis they charged INR 30 and when balance is lower than INR 30 then they charge INR 5 for that. And from their site they do nothing so impressive. I want to register a complain against TATA DOCOMO.

I know the service providers think they are so smart in cheating public this way and never minding about public's mental stress or dissatisfaction. I recenty watched a movie "Evano oruvan", a tamil movie, which exactly shows scenarios like this and depicts india's situation . Stores which sell cool drinks and other goods more than m.r.p, bus conductors cheating passengers by not giving their changes and abusing them and treating them badly, House woners charging rents as they like and giving no proof for advance reciepts or rental reciepts.Why my India is like this? I really worry a lot.

                                      the money from my tata docomo is being reduced for no reason. if asked to the customer care, they would reply that u have used internet and so the money is being reduced, wherein i havent activated any internet service. n the customer care personal also keep on switching from one person to another making me to hang for a very long time . they even reduce the money for the calling the customer care n keep on earning by making me hang on the cellphone for a long time. please reply for this as soon as possible.

                                        Tata DOCOMO is the third class company in Mobile Service Providers. I have done recharge to my mobile no. [protected] via E-Banking charges are deducted from my account but i still didn't get the amount in. Then i called customer care regarding this problem executive said ``u vl not get the amount coz v have no queries abt this``. the way that executive was talking mannerless. I haven't see any cheap company lyk tata docomo. I suggest everyone to not deal with TATA DOCOMO. its the last no. company and third class mannerless company i have ever seen.

                                        Tata Docomo — Third Class Service By Tata Docomo

                                        I must say that I am totally fed up of the glitches in the service and the apathy of the customer care executives of Tata Docomo towards customer feedback and complaints. Frankly speaking these people are only tarnishing the brand image of TATA by this negligent and lackadaisical service of theirs. As an evidence of this fact, read on the history of my miserable plight as is detailed below:
                                        I bought a new sim of Tata Docomo on 14/08/2010 with connection number [protected] and have been facing the deluge of problems from day one itself. First of all there is no signal in my area due to which I am unable to connect with anyone via conversation or text messages. The interesting fact is that the signal is partially received in the portion of front balcony of my residence in Salt Lake in Kolkata and it disappears entirely the moment I step inside my house. I have brought this to the notice of the customer care executives a zillion times. At first, after probing into the matter (in the month of August itself) they informed me that my location is 400 metres away from the nearest tower due to which I am facing this problem. They assured me that work had already been commenced in setting up a tower in my vicinity to ensure the receipt of full signal in approximately three months' time. I was also told that as a temporary measure of tiding over the problem, they had increased the range of the signal from the nearest tower (which was proved futile later on).
                                        I am compelled to enunciate that the promises tendered by them were nothing more than a mere bluff as it seems to me now. First of all I would like to bring to your kind notice the fact that reaching the customer care executives via the toll-free number 121 is nothing short of a biggest challenge in itself. If I manage to get the connection in spite of the faulty signal at my place, the message I get to overhear is “Akhon aar line e dariye opekkha korbe na” (“you don't need to stand and wait anymore”) and directing me to contact the toll-free number 52222 for related issues which are spoken by an illiterate Bengali woman who even doesn’t know the proper grammatical structure of the language. Even if I get connected to the customer care executive after much Herculean efforts, all they can say time and again is that they are sorry for the inconvenience caused to me and that I will have to wait longer for rectification of the problem. They even fail to update me on the issue as to what measures have been taken (if at all) as a remedial measure for this nuisance and at what stage of completion it is in sync with the word given to redress my problem in three months’ time way back in August. At one point of time, I was even directed by a customer care executive to remove my battery and sim cards and re-insert them after 2-3 minutes which turned out to be a mere bluff as my problem was not rectified even by the thin of a hair!!! When I reported this matter to another executive while on a chat session, I was informed that it was not a proper solution (again he was sorry for this blatant lie) and that the problem of distance from the nearest tower continues to be a hurdle as ever. On the top of that he also confirmed that there was no site planned in my area till date which proved that all earlier citations on their part were nothing but farce. As things have turned now, I find no other suitable measure than to drag these people to court for this offence of theirs. They have also started singing different tunes at different instants which turn out to be empty promises later on!!!
                                        I have heard this thing right from the day my sim was activated and no desirable outcome has emerged from your end even within the span of time ensured by you earlier. So I know very well that all your utterances and promises tendered are baseless at best and are only meant to dupe the customers at large. You have also resorted to uttering blatant lie only to pacify your aggrieved customers for the time being which in no way is meant to materialize as is evident from the fact that the solution provided is negated the very next instant while trying to confirm the same. I have also recorded the entire conversation with the customer care executives on my cellphone to substantiate my claim. Over and above this, had you people co-operated with me even at this juncture, you would have come up with all update of the action taken by you so far in this regard (if any at all) which has been conspicuous by its absence as you people have inherited and elusive and escapist tendency when inquired on the issue and want to end the conversation in no time on flimsy grounds citing no response from other end even though it is of your own making and is solely due to poor signal in the area!!!

                                        I'm using nokia 5130 in 1-point signal its not working. Still now i complaint about it more than 10times but no proper solution.
