I took a tata docomo number (pre-paid) and few days back while I was making a call I got a flash msg for which I by mistake pressed ok, when I actually was making call, without any intent. Within a few second I got a msg that I am charged Rs 5 for football alerts and I should send a msg to 54321 as DAYFWC. I did that. But next day again I get a msg that it is auto activated and I am charged Rs. 5 and I need to send msg to 54321...

Hi All:

Yesterday I had recharged for Rs.111 in Tatadocomo online prepaid.. but still now no confirmation is made and the recharge amount is not added, but my amount was deducted from my Bank A/c.. Now I have lost Rs.111 unnecessarily which can be given to a beggar instead of Tatadocomo.

hi sir i was complaint on my no.that is [protected] the problem is when i want ti call there is no network fail it shows if i want to send msg it shows sending but not going whats da problom in my no.i hav already complaint but there is no respones from ur cusomer care so ple consider my request once agin and clarify the problem .

Hi this is saurabh jain. i purchase one voltaz refrigerator a product of TATA , i use this product only 4 month
,after that it will not working well. For that resion we make a complain to distributer they do not give any responce on that comlain. we also make a complain to cunsumer court in tikamgarh the case will going on last 4 year. plz tell me what i do for our cunsumer court & TATA. on that time they was given 5 year warranty....

Tata docomo is one of the worst gprs service provider according to me. I recharged my number for GPRS contineously 3 times in 3 months and I am not able to browse or send emails when it is very urgent. I am not able to connect only. I repeatedly called up customer care and some times they keep my calls on hold for more than 30 mins saying that senior would answer my call. then they disconnect without informing me. Its so annoying. Also Yesterday...

As I am using nokia 6030 & nokia 5130express music phone. And if somebody sends me an MMS i get the SMS that u've recieved an MMS and to check the MMS go through the website mms.tatadocomo.com/mms/ using the given userame & password. While i'd all the valid settings for MMS nd GPRS.

Still my problem is not resolved.

So please get the problem solved at the...

I'm using Nokia 6630(EDGE Enabled Handset).The GPRS speed of tata docomo is too sucking and it always disconnects in middle of the browsing.Other provider is giving gud gprs speed so i request u plz improve here gprs speed and surfing speed waiting for gud service

yesterday17.06.2010 and today 18.06.2010 i made call to customer care for 16rs and 36rs booster paks qurey,
they give detail but they didnot give info about cannot able to use that 16rs and 36rs booster paks at a same time.
i recharge that two booster pak, but they charged for both recharge, but 36rs booster only works.
sudenly i made call to customer care but they did not...

I bought a toshiba laptop recently and was told that there was a free tata photon offer along with it. When I used the offer to get the photon, they first told me that I have to pay Rs.1099 as one-time charge for buying the photon - which itself is ridiculous because the offer brochure said "Free - Tata Photon".

I have Applied my no [protected] for DND List in Mar 2010. Their HelpDesk Person told after 45 Days it is Activated.Still I am receiving Unwanted advertisements from DOCOMO. When ever I call They are telling it is Under Process.Please Take action On DOCOMO.Today Also I have received Messages from them.

its concert to the TATADOCOMO cheating customer by sending false offers by sms.
I got one sms from TATADOCOMO mention get unlimited GPRS for one day on just rupee 5.
After activating the offer they sent sms that its unlimited for 10 MB. But the very first message was not told unlimited means 10 MB only.

So they send sms like its unlimited then they change of meaning o[censored]nlimited by telling...
