Tata Docomo — sim not working properly

dear sir/madam
my sim number:[protected] is not working properly. many times sim registration failing and after 2-3minutes becoming normal. Again registration failing and becoming normal .its not continously working. what is the solution?

Sir, My sim is not working properly in any phoneset...and my mobile no. is [protected]
sir, i have changed from vodafone to docomo for MNP. since i was a docomo customer i am facing the issues i am facing no in coming calls and SMS and signals some times suddenly falling down and suddenly call cuts while talking with others.i have already raised a complaint with my near dealer in sattenapalli he did not given proper feedback.also i was changed mobile sets also but same problem occurs. so i am requesting you please assist me.
