Tata Docomo — Tata Docomo deducted balance without my knowledge

Tatadocomo — DEDUCTION OF BALANCE WITHOUT KNOWLEDGE OF CUSTOMER

MY MOBLIE NO IS [protected]. I RECHARGED Rs 40 ON 2ND DEC 11 AT 1740 HRS AND I MADE TWO LOCAL CALLS. WHEN I SAW NEXT DAY MORNING MY BALANCE IS AUTOMATICALLY DEDUCTED AND BAL IS ONLY Rs 10. WHY?
