Tata Docomo — unnecessary deductions in balance towards subscription of i-player
I Rahul Gupta, am a customer of tata Docomo for the last one year. Now for the past 8 days rs 5 are being deducted from my account on a daily basis against some renewal of i-player subscription,strangely though I never subscribed for such a service.Today when I called the customer service the representative simply replied that they cannot deactivate this subscription, further more he was insisting on telling me the benefits of this i-player service.
I won't insist on tata Docomo returning my money but please deactivate this serviceand please ensure that your customer care representatives have the complete knowledge about how to do things

Please be informed that upon checking with our records no wrong deductions have been found. Hence we are unable to process your request of refund. Also be informed that as per our records there is no VAS pack activated in your number.

I'm also facing the same problem :
Your subscription to Iplayer subscription on TataDocomo WAP is renewed at Rs.1.0/- till[protected]. Dial 155223 to STOP balance.
But when i try calling this number it says there is no active application/subscription . But every day balance gets deducted. And some cineone alerts are sent to my mobile number [protected] which i didn't even subscribe for . I usually re-charge for 1200/- and these random subscriptions add on automatically.

Today at 3:50 pm approx tata docomo unnecessarily deducted my rs 50. They say it's because of the I PLAYER which I activated. But the fact is I don't even know what this I PLAYER is.
I bought this new sim card a week before thinking tata docomo is customer friendly and will give better service.

I just want my money back that's it and nouthing else and if they don't do so within this week I'm drop this sim.

Tata Docomo — Unnecessary deduction of Rs. 5/- for Iplayer subscription
Hi,I am a Tata Docomo user. From last two days i am getting some subscription messages of I-player and an amount of Rs. 5/- is been deducted from my balance. I got three such messages till now and a total amount of Rs. 15/- has been deducted from my balance. I would like to have my amount refunded back and an assurance from that this stuff will not happen again. My number is [protected]
