Tata Docomo — unsubscribe horoscope pack

Dear Sir,
My mobile no is [protected] of TATA DOCOMO. The company somehow activated the "Weekly Personalized Horoscope Pack". I tried to unsubscribe the same by dialling deacivation portal in the no 155223 but it says no pack is activated. Rs.10/week is deducted from my balance. This happens two times.. Kindly arrange to unsubscribe the same & refund of deducted amount.

Yesterday I received a message 'Hi! Thanks for sharing your balance related concern with us. An amount of Rs 10 has been credited to your account.
Hi!Your request no GBL[protected] has been closed.Thank You'
Today the problem started again and Rs.10 was deducted today. Please do the needful to solve the problem.
