Dear Sir, My mobile no is [protected] of TATA DOCOMO. The company somehow activated the "Weekly Personalized Horoscope Pack". I tried to unsubscribe the same by dialling deacivation portal in the no 155223 but it says no pack is activated. Rs.10/week is deducted from my balance. This happens two times.. Today the problem started again and Rs.10 was deducted today. Please do the needful to solve the problem.
