I am using TATA DOCOMO pre-paid(+[protected] for more than 2 year, 15th May 2012 around 5.15PM, a customer care lady called and informed we provide free Hello tunes for 6 month validity, then she have activated Hello tunes to my number after a day they have took 120/- for that service. 18th May 2012 evening around 8.00PM checked with customer care(Kumar, he hesitated to reveal his employee ID) for the refund. They told 48Hrs is the grace period to requesting for refund. Time limit crossed so we cant refund even 1Rupee.
Let me know why pre paid customers are cared least. No where "Terms and Conditions" tells we should apply for refund within 48hrs.
I am forwarding this same complaint to Nodal officers mail. I will update the reply what he is about to do.

Tata Docomo — amount deduted
i am a docomo user ([protected]) from bhadravathi.shfwap has been subscribed for my number. i dont know how it got subscribed. when the msg is displayed, it shows dial 155223 to STOP, but when i dial , there is msg telling "there are no services activated to ur number. Everyday Re.1is deducted from the balance
kindly do not subscribe me to any WAP/Internet based packs as mentioned above henceforth and deactivate all current ones in my number.
