sir,
there has been an unwanted subscription for "IPL 2G WAP PACK" which i have not activated for my number([protected]) but charging me rs5 daily.This has been happenning for more than 2 weeks.I have contacted customer care,but they are not replying me properly.they are just saying that they don't know,sometimes they are saying that I have downloaded something but Iam sure I have done nothing.I have also mailed to [protected]@tatadocomo.com but there has been no reply.Please resovle this issue.

ELS bhilai — deactivation of services

my number is [protected], following services are activated on my number.1. HELLO tunes, 2. FHM Video, and 3. FHM Video, i want to deactivate service no. 2 and 3. also i call customer care to solve this problem, but it is not solved. daily Rs. 5 deducted from my bill.kindly deactivate this service no. 2 and 3.

Sir i am fed up of my service provider Tata Docomo which activate unwanted services and deduct my balance resulting to a financial damage to me ....So i kindly request you to take a strict action against tata docomo and they should refund my account balance of no.[protected] with interest...

Aproximately they caused me a financial loss of Rs 65 and also wasted my precious time which i wasted in calling to customer care and visiting their office at vaishali nagar bhilai chhattisgarh......
The one who talked me at the costumer care was Mr.Sanjeev Kumar Dubey and his nodal officer Mr Niraj Pandey who didint helped me in this matter...

i really agree with ur complaint.. some gsm providers like docomo, vodafone, aircel are very worst in india... you prefer airtel now...
here has been an unwanted subscription of ipl wap pack on my tata docomo mobile [protected] under the name 'IPL on TATA GSM 2G WAP' and consequently Rs. 5/- per day is being reduced from the balance since 8th May 2012. In the message a toll free number has been given to deactivate the service 155223 but is of no help. deactivate it asap. i also complained in customer care but they are saying they cant help regarding this matter... its vry unresponsible kind of attitude.... pls deactivate it as soon as possible.....

    R/sir ( i don't think they deserve for respect)

    Recently just convert my number pre to post paid service, with plan 299 all india roaming incoming free. when number get convert into post paid i was shocked to hear from customer care executive that 149 plan is activated on my number. i present the same issue to tata tele service outlet in panipat. they told me that it's our fault your plan will be changed within 2 working days. after 2 days i got the plan, then i had words with tata tele services customer care exeutive they told me in this plan i just got 750 minutes of roaming incoming free. then again i present the same issue to tata tele panpat branch manager ( i ain't think so) with the name rajesh. His rude behavior and attitude disappoitned me a lot. he don't have communication skill how to treate with coustomer. i just want to say that these kind of creepy managers may affect the company reputation. so please take immediate action against him. and please activate my plan 299 unlimited roaming incoming free. here is the number:- [protected].

      The compliant is regard to the not functioning the INTERNET TATA Photon Whiz EC121 is not working since March ,2012. I have intimated the same to the Vijayawada Office located at Alankaar Complex and they have advised to refer to the service centre. The service centre said that they are not doing this service. The was intimated to the customer care over telephone as and when the called me for bill payment. To day also made the complaint to the customer care. They only advised to make a compliant to you. There fore i request you to waive the rental for the month of March and April and May,2012 and give me the reply immediately because i am unable to surrender the post paid connection.

        Hollywood sizzlers service constantly deducts Rs. 10 from my account every week. I cannot unsubscribe using *191# or by dialling 155223. This service is unwanted, cannot be stopped, sends me links with lewd pictures every day and is frankly very embarrassing. Please disable this service on [protected] immediately.

          Refer Tata Photon No - [protected], We have give the request to disconnect the
          number with immediate effect in December 2011. All bill is cleared by us at the
          time of request submitted for disconnection.
          After 4 month, again we have recd bill for payment. We are not using the photon facility.
          The same is mentally harassment by the company, please look the same and resolve
          our problem.

          Tata Photon — OVERBILLING

          This has reference to our Photon connection issued to Powergrid Corporation of India, 14, Golf Club Road,Tollygunge,Kolkata:33 used by undersigned having the following details :

          Tataindicom No: [protected]
          Account No: [protected]
          Your Triff Plan: [protected]@1000PLAN
          Bill date: 07/02/10
          Bill Perid: 05/01/10 to 04/02/10
          Credit Limit: Rs.1000

          This is mentioned with regret that in spite of repeated interaction , email and discussion the bill for the above connection is coming more than the credit limit provided against the connection i.e.Rs.1000.00.This is not acceptable to us.We are not liable to pay the excess amount.The maximum bill has to be restricted within Rs. 1000.00 until and unless further instruction is issued by this office.

          We have approx. 15 no similar connections under Powergrid Corporation of India.You are requested to settle the matter at the earliest ,otherwise we will be forced to close all the connection.
          We are agreed with the above given complaint, we are also suffering by the same problem, we got a Photon+ and phone connections from A distributer, Who comit us a wrong plans and when the services was stop for our plan so we informed him but no response getting from him, he told us that let 1st bill will come than will see the matter and now for our services has barred for the number [protected], where the credit limit given by TATA Indicom for Photon+ is Rs. 2500 and now when we trying to call the distributer by mail or call so he never respond us even he never picking up the call, we launched 2-3 complaints to Tata Indicom Customer Care but not geting any response from the company also, just they revert us that they will get action soon..., and we have to pay a full bill of Rs. 4708..., We aretrying to launched a compalint again them also but never knows that who is the right person or the firm, who will solve it out...,

          Our member Swayam Nanda was promised that his Tata Photon Plus 3G connection No. [protected] in the name of M/s. The Printman would be changed to Rs. 399 plan from 750 plan. The bill was charged excessively high since a couple of months. Even after repititive reminders to tata photon office in naveen market , Kanpur yet the plan of our member is not changed and he is being charged a lot than his actual consumption. He is a student and not in position to bear this much high bill at his own disposal.

            I have done MNP [protected] from Vodaphone to TATA DOCOMO on 15th May, during that time sales guy from TATA DOCOMO NOT informed about DATA PLAN on postpaid service. Without knowing the plan i just used my mobile connecting to laptop. Just used for 7-10 min of internet & found outgoing calls are barred immedialty. Got an SMS saying you have used data service of Rs. 2078.

            Be careful about such services, don't waste your money, really they are cheating people NOT giving prior information. If the sales guy given clear information, i clould have choosed some DATA plan according to my budget. Airtel & Vodaphone they are giving clear information on Data plan like 100MB for Rs.100 or 2GB for Rs1000 on GPRS etc....But TATA DOCOMO simply charging by saying 1p/Sec.....People should understand first before using such services....

            So be aware & DON'T waste money like what i did!!!

              i am a Tata Docomo user ([protected]) from Bangalore.
              shfwap has been subscribed for my number. i dont know how it got subscribed. when the msg is displayed, it shows dial 155223 to STOP, but when i dial , there is msg telling "there are no services activated to ur number. Everyday Re.5 is deducted from the balance . And this is happening since 15 days .

              kindly do not subscribe me to any WAP/Internet based packs as mentioned above henceforth and deactivate all current ones in my number.

                  i have registered complaint ( complaint no.- 503388) on 16th of may on tata docomo site regarding the issue that i am facing.
                  For last few days i am getting the msg from 523455 that my service for horoscope is renewed and amount is deducted from my main balance. When i tried to deactivate my service the system says that no such service is activated on my mobile.
                  till now no action is taken..

                    From 2-3 months i am suffering regular unwanted dedutions.....

                    automatically any of your services are activated and my balance is deducted.....
                    this has happened 3-4 times and at all i have been refunded my baLance....

                      We would like to register our dissatisfaction with broadband services of TATA Docomo bearing account number[protected].

                      We are Extremely Dissatisfied with your services as even after repeated complaints you have failed to resolve the issue of broadband going down everyday for 8-10 hours for every 24Hrs of service. This reflects Gross Negligence & Lack of Customer Support on your part towards customers who go for Advance Annual Payment for your services. This downtime is causing and has caused our company Irreparable Commercial and Reputation damage.

                      Such Commitment on your part to provide broadband services is unheard of and was not expected from TATA brand.

                      In the current situation we are making complaints everyday and no person is turning up from TATA Docomo to resolve the issue which has been persisting from the last 7days. All they provide is telephonic support with no concrete resolution in site. The downtime is happening everyday at a particular time which has been brought to the notice of the company everyday.

                      Tatadocomo — dissatisfaction of your resolution

                      Respected sir,

                      I am a user of tata docomo prepaid card no.[protected] since last one and half year. but since last two months i have not satisfied with your service. The present complaint regarding deduction of Rs.30/- from my main balance account. On 8 jan 2011 i had activated free job offer for 5 days via sms. After 5 days without intimating to me you deducted Rs. 30/- from my main balance account. I called many times cusotmer care executive, but i did not get the proper response from them as i expected. Today i also called one senior executive sagar uke to redress my complaint but he also did not cooperate me.
                      My main contention is that if i myself not activated any service after the 5 days of free job offers on mobile phone , then why i should pay charges for the same. I told so many times to customer care executive that i did not activated any service, most of them agreed with my contention but because of system they could not help me.

                      Now my request is that please give me my deducted balance Rs.30/- refund as early as possible since i did not activated any paid service and did not used for my personal use.

I have recharged 199 and booster value is Rs.66 and initial amount of pack 45. Kindly rectivity the issue. I have suffered lot. Kindly do the needful.                           Docomo sucks ..i roam INDIA wide and they have worst network coverage..You know they display ad that they have seamless network .. infact my himachal MNP number[protected] that i ported in docomo dosnt work at Delhi and Jaipur.it selects Idea network by automatically or manually even they have their own network in such states. Honestly first fraud case needs to be register to them as they claim they are always Fair, ., , Tata is so famous in providing quality services and their docomo division is spoiling their goodwill. Anyways soon I am porting out..Bye Bye Forever Docomo and request NEVER EVER CHOOSE DOCOMO

                            i had purchased a brand new tata photon in december 2011 with no issued to me[protected]. but the service they are providing me is ridiculous. i am using postpaid tata photon unlimited plan. from the day i had purchased tata photon i am really facing the issue i had lodged many complaints around 50 complaints within last 5 months but still its same. The product is unable to connect to the internet many many times .. i had to sit and connect again again for hours n hours to get it connected to internet . i had lodged many complaints regarding this to the company but sometime they says that there was a issue from there side only .. or sum times thy say there may b a issue with your device plz get it checked from there i- care center .. i had visited there i-care center but still no issue is resolved . the second thing is thy are not replacing my device and i am not able to use the services properly but still i am paying a large amount to there bad services ..... sometimes thy charge wrong amount in the bill as GE ( engineer visit) of rs 150 to the bill but till date no engineer visted my place yet plz help me

                            Tata Photon — Non functioning of the product

                            I bought Tata Photon USB modem on 1st june 2009 (MDN No. [protected]). ALso, paid Rs. 3000 for the above mentioned product. They told me that the product will be activated within 1 hour. But till now, it is inactivated and the product is not functioning. The company officials have also verified my address and other informations.
                            Till then no response is available from the conmpany's local office. Also, the response from customer care is also poor. They gave the false contact numbers which are not available..

                            I request for the necessary action please.
                            What Will You Do Man.The TATA Group Is Like That.They Are The Most Fraud People.
                            See, I'm Using Airtel.It's Excellently Working My Friend.
                            Think That U Have Dropped Rs.3000/- In The Sacred Ganga River.
                            This kind of service is not expected of a giant like TATA. Can someone please help this poor fellow get the service activated? Going forward, please make sure to get the device activated at the showroom to avoid any hassles.

                            Dear Management, I have purchase tata photon worth of Rs.1700/- on 11.12.09 but till today i.e. 18.12.09. Due to company's hardware problem i am not able to use this modem more than 10 minutes. From last 5 days of time Ace Tele Services at Bhavnagar informing that this is your lap top problem. They have change my XP version from service pack 2 to service pack 3 but there is not any result. Then dealer's technician has try the same in their two different desktop but finally they accept the default. But between this time of acceptance and non-acceptance i have lost my atleast 10 working hours of time. Till moment, they are discussing the problem instead of change the instrument.
                            3 days have been passed away yet no one from your company has contacted me yet ...
                            Can u please tell me how much time will u take regarding this complaint .

                              There is no outgoing / incoming facility for my sim.

                              I am using this docomo sim from past 6 months or more. I shifted to other city 20 days ago. 1 week ago, I did an online recharge on this sim but I didn't receive any balance in my account. I checked all the details like phone number, they were all absolutely correct. Then, after 2 days of this, my sim card stopped working completely. It is not readable at all in any phone.                                   I am using TATA DOCOMO pre-paid(+[protected] for more than 2 year, 15th May 2012 around 5.15PM, a customer care lady called and informed we provide free Hello tunes for 6 month validity, then she have activated Hello tunes to my number after a day they have took 120/- for that service. 18th May 2012 evening around 8.00PM checked with customer care(Kumar, he hesitated to reveal his employee ID) for the refund. They told 48Hrs is the grace period to requesting for refund. Time limit crossed so we cant refund even 1Rupee.

                                  Let me know why pre paid customers are cared least. No where "Terms and Conditions" tells we should apply for refund within 48hrs.

                                  I am forwarding this same complaint to Nodal officers mail. I will update the reply what he is about to do.

                                        Dear sir/madam, I am a consumer of tata docomo cdma. My mobile no. is [protected]. My handset is samsung mpower muzik. Model no. SCH-F219. On 06/05/2012, I activated Data pack of rupees15. It was an autorenewable pack. So thereafter my balance was 6 rupees. And due to insufficient balance, my pack was not renewed. After when I recharged, my pack again renewed and balance deducted. I was trying to unsubscribe. I sent UNSUB to 58265. They replied "sorry, your request could not be processed." This happenned several times. Then on 17/05/2012, 12:42pm, my balance again deducted for same reason. On 18/05/2012, 8:06 pm, I called customer care(12524) for the reason of stopping it, after another failed trial to deactivate data pack by sms. However when I told about my balance deduction and wish to stop my data pack, I was told that my data pack has been deactivated. I even was told that balance deduction will not occur again due to this data pack as because of deactivation. But with my eventual surprise, I found again balance deduction and reactivation of data pack on 20/05/2012 at 1:38 pm. When I called customer care(12524) at 1:50 pm on same day, they told me that my data pack was not deactivated. When I told that I was given wrong information and subsequently balance was deducted, the representative told he could do nothing but deactvation of data pack as my balance was deducted "rightly". I asked how to deactivate by sms, I was told to send UNSUB<amount> to 58265. I tried again and this time I got a sms "Dear Customer, We have received your request to deactivate Data Browsing pack, will revert to you shortly." at 1:57 pm on 20/05/2012. This way I was harassed and my balance also deducted wrongly.
                                        Sir/ Madam, kindly consider my complaint and I shall be obliged.
