    i have TATA DOCOMO prepaid no. (+91-[protected]). For last few days i am getting service messages from 523455 that my service of horoscope is renewed for the week and amount of Rs. 10 was deducted from my balance account. in this way till now Rs. 60 was deducted from my account. I have also filed the complaints on TATA docomo website ( Complaint no.500583) on 13th may 2012, but till now i havn't got any call or mail from them.
    Please check in this matter.

      TATA Docomo enabled an "call me" tunes by themself automatically through their backend without my permission. Then they charged me 120 Rupees. When i called the customer care on 11 May 2012 they admited that they enabled it through backed process. When they said if you press any button when recieving an advts sms and press certain number it automatically makes an acceptance of the service and charges me. This is not specified in the SMS nor the customer is aware of it. How SICK this is. Looting money from public.
      Then they reimbursed me 30 Rupees immediatly. Saying the remaining amount would get credited back to me by 1pm the same day. unfortunatly it did not happen, again when i called up they said it will come 24 hours. nothing turned up in 24 hours. Again when i called the customer care they put me on HOLD for 30 minutes and post that they said they will reimburse my 90 rupess in 24 hours. it did not happen. Today its 14th May 2012. Still my money has not come. Now if i call the customer care they dont pickup the call. rejecting my call saying "connecting to the customer care.......all lines are busy" and disconnects. Whereas when i called from my other DOCOMO number the call goes through easily everytime. They BLOCKED my sim to not call the customer care. Are we living in this life under hitler rule????? how can they bar me from not calling the customer care???? this is SICK...and i will never take any of TATA products from now on in my life. Even if that [protected]@#@#$# RATAN TATA falls to my feet i will not take his [censored]#@ product. Bloody TATA FCKOUM return back my money asholes.

        Dear Manager,

        I had taken a Tata Docomo SIM in June, 2010 and submitted the documents then to activate the connection. Then my application was accepted and my number [protected] was activated. However, in Dec 2011, I received an SMS from Tata Docomo saying that the documents I had submitted initially were invalid and I was asked to resubmit the documents. I did so and was assured that this thing will not happen in the future. But then again, on 2nd May, I received another notification to submit my documents again even though the details and documents I had provided were valid and correct. Its like we have to keep submitting the documents again and again to be subscribed to the connection. This is really frustrating and annoying and is degrading the brand of Tata Docomo in the eyes of the customers. I called Customer care thrice. First two times, they assured me that my connection would be reactivated within 6 hrs. But nothing of that sort happened. Instead, my number was altogether disconnected from service. Due to some emergencies, I was out of station and could not submit the documents to keep the connection on. I had assured the Customer Care guys that I would resubmit the documents upon my arrival in Bangalore, if required, by Tuesday but no action was taken for the same and my number was disonnected from service. I missed many official calls because of this. Also, I had around Rs. 150 in the number [protected] which again has got lapsed.

        I had registered a complaint #495419 for this. However, I havent received any response from Tata Docomo and already 7 days have passed since I registered the complaint.

        This is indeed very frustrating and customer's requests are not being catered to properly. And this is diminishing the image of Tata Docomo. In my case, I would like the balance (around Rs. 150) in my account to be refunded back to me before the service was disonnected. Please reach out to me incase of any queries.

              tata docomo provider has started some video alert service on my cell on its own which deducts 1 rupee everyday from my balance.
              i have tried all means of communicating customer care but the response is not satisfactory; they are by all means not unsubscribing or deactivating my service. i have not recharged since then and i m thinking of portability option or will stop using this number. MY number is [protected]. so please if possible then do the need full action.

              worst service provider ever seen.without permission newsone netwap alert is activated and deducting 3rs per day.and not getting ny sollution from cc side too

              i am losing my balance daily on my number from tata docomo by receiving newsalert from netwap.when i tried to check services with dnd of tatadocomo, it does not say i am registered with any service. already i have lost around 500 rs. on another service which i never activated. where the hell do tata docomo ppl think they are looting the money from ppl's mobile balance???

              Pls deactivate the netwap photo alert service on my number its useless service I had lost more than rs.20

              Daily deduction for service which was never activated and also not getting deactivated ever my mobile number is [protected] and service provider is TATA DOCOMO. I haven't activated any service but still I am daily receiving SMS from TA-NETWAP having following message Hi! Your subscription to on TATA DOCOMO DIVE-IN WAP has been renewed at Rs 1 . To Stop, Dial 155223 (Toll Free) For this i called Docomo customer care (121) for at least 8 to 10 times. at 4-5 times Docomo customer representatives said they have deactivated the service and i will receive deactivation message within next 3-4 hours but i never receive any such sms. Also every time i tell them this fact they just say i have deactivated service this time for sure and you will get sms in 3-4 hours. i am completely frustated by their replies and the service is not getting deactivated. I also tried dialing above no. 155223(Docomo service activation/deactivation portal) and deactivated service from there and after some time i received message that you are not subscribed for this service. To subscribe sms SUB CRI to 51818. Please help me in stopping this service and refund my money which is getting deducted daily Rs.1 for more than a month or couple.

                I have been using the network from past 2-3 years and now a days, unnecessary deduction from my main balance is done by the company. I have complaint about it several times but the response from the company is not good as per there adds shown in the television is totally fake.                     I am trying to recharge my TATA DOCOMO number starting with 7276656... (Maha and Goa Circle) using tata docomo's website. I want to recharge with TATA DOCOMO's SmartLife Plan of Rs. 246 (600MB 3G Data+250mins 30 days validity). However when I click on 'Buy Now', the website redirects to another page which has different recharge options.

                    NONE of the SmartLife packs shown on the page "http://www.tatadocomo.com/smart-life-plans.aspx" are rechargeable. Every time I message "3GL" to 53333, I get a reply: "Regret inconvinience[sic] please try after some time. Please call 121 for help."

                    TATA DOCOMO is cheating its customers with false promises of 3G data packs bundled with minutes.

                      One service (IPL TATA DOCOMO 2G WAP) had been activeted automaticaly on my mobile on 8th may. I informed customar care and asked them to stop the service, every day they are assuring me that the service will deactive on next 24 hours but it is not happening so and deducting Rs. 5 per day from my balance.                       So my request to you stop the service and refund me the deducted balance.

                        My name is Paritosh Hazra and my TATA Docomo No. is [protected]. I have been suffering from the same problem as Mohit. I was subscribed to this unwanted IPL on TATA GSM 2G WAP service on probably 8th May, 2012 in my above mentioned no. From that day till date Everyday I am being charged a Rs.5/-. I have contacted TATA Docomo Customer Care several times for helping me out and also tried TATA Docomo automatic activation Deactivation system. But got no results. Then I wrote a mail to the Nodal Officer of TATA Docomo, Kolkata and also [protected]@tatadocomo.com on 10.05.2012. As per there responce time within 48 hrs. on 12.05.2012, I got my an amount of Rs.20/- as balance return from TATA Docomo and also got a mail where I was assured that this unwanted service will be unsubscribed within 24hrs. I was very glad to know that. But the very next day the same thing happened again and I am still suffering from that unwanted service and a continious balance deduction.

                        I want to complain against such Telecom Companies who promise to provide service with no extra unwanted cost. But ultimately they are providing worsed services may be they even do not know. I wish Govt. should pass a bill to punish or cancel registration of such companies who harazes their customers. I want all my balance in return which have been unwantedly deducted from my balance from 12.05.2012 till date and on.

                        Dear Team,

                        Myself Rajendra Samal, Mobile No.[protected]. On Date :8/5/11 , time around 7-8 PM amount of INR 30.00 is deducted from my talk time on behalf of some News Update Service activation. But I have not opted or activated any such kind of service. This kind o[censored]nwanted service activation is pathetic. Please do the needful and recover the same amount which is deducted from my account without my information.
                        unwanted charges are deducted from my balance without any service request he activate the unwanted services and cut the amount from my balance. when i share my problem to the customer care of the operator they ignore all my problem. please do something my mobile no. is [protected].                         My tata docomo no. is [protected]. In my no. dance clib service is activate. This is automatic activate without my knowlege. It is a value added service and service's renewal charge is 10 rs per day 10 days. I complaint in customer care but they said that your service is deactivated. But per day I have get a message from this service. This service has been renew in every 10 days and 10 rupees deduct from my mobile balance. Please deactivate it.

                          TATA DOCOMO signal is very bad at Electronic city phase 2 - Ananda reddy layout- near TCS and Mahindra satyam, bangalore. Some time No Network available of DOCOMO.

                          Tried to contact customer care.. but there is no response.

                          I really felt very bad experience particularly in this area.

                            i got the special recharge of 250 on my mobile no [protected]. the plan includes 250 rs balance+1gb 3g data+unlimited 2 g data for a month. i got the recharge on dec29,2012. i got the balance right away but didnt get the data. my access point is TATA.DOCOMO.INTERNETHVC as directed and also sent the message 'hvc' to 52270 as the customer care guy said.
                            I got the pack before on 10nov and it worked fine, but this time i havent got the data yet.
                            and now i cant access the customer care on either 198 or 121. help plz

                                  I want to complain against tata docomo for activating subscription to IPL WAP which I never asked for. Every time I call the customer care they deactivate it but it gets renewed again. I am fed up of this now. Till now I have called the customer care atleast 4-5 times. There is no permanent solution they can provide.They subscription is through a site called wap.indiatimes.com which I never visited.

ALSO WE HAVE ASKED FOR GPRS SETTING FOR OUR MICROMAX DONGAL 3G VARIOUS TIMES. BUT TILL DATE NOTHING HAVE BEEN DONE IN THIS REGARD.                                         the service named 'music mall' activated on 5 may'12,since that day i m trying to deactivate,i called customer care 13 times,all he assured me that the service has been deactivated,but it was continued and daily Rs 5/- is charging from my a/c..i tried many times but i wasn't successful. someone plz help me before i trnsfar this sim
