Worst experience of my life since last 6 months with you. Here is what happened to me. Ignore the dates and time, i dont remember correctly. My account had 2 numbers.Around Aug i requested, i requested one number to be cancelled. Tata Docomo representative said, i cant cancel this number because you have pending due. I paid the amount and next 2 days i requested for same. Again i got the same answer your 2 days bill is pending clear it and then i will cancel it. next time, i paid ~5000 rs, so that they will not say, due is pending. I made the same cancellation request again. This time they said, yes we will cancel the number. In Jan last i lost my mobile but since number was cancelled so i didnt filed any police complaint. Suddenly during Feb, one of my relative said, i called your old number, somebody picked but didnt said anything. I tried myself calling that number and surpisingly that number was still working. I called Tata Docomo and as usual, i will resolve this problem. Till one month nothing happened and finally i got to know somebody from Tata Docomo called that number during Dec-Jan (before i lost my mobile) and some Chandra shekhar said, dont cancel it. Nobody knows who Chandra shekhar is. First question, will somebody confirm the cancellation with owner or with anybody? Anyway, i made another request to bar and cancel the number. Whole process took another 1 months. Till this time, they kept chanrging me for both the numbers. When i escalated, Mar bill got adjusted. Next month even after number got cancelled last month, i got bill for cancelled number again. I called again to fix this billing discrepancies and surprisingly my another number got barred. When i called again, i got to know instead of taking fixing biiling discrepancies, they took cancellation request for another number. After calling several times, this got fixed but billing amount is still a question and request is still open. One week back they barred my outgoing again due to non-payment. I called again and they agreed the mistake and started the number again. Today again same thing happened and my number is barred. Now i am being forced to pay the amount otherwise my number will be disconnected. Whenever i am calling, i am getting new complain number and being asked to wait. When i asked till when, answer is until we fix the issue. This is really frustrating and i am going to put this as and whereever somebody will listen to it. This is highly irresponsible behavious from Docomo Indore center as they are advertising for MNP but not giving response even after submitting the application for 10 days.
A stern action is required against Bala and other people involved in this hierarchy.
Finally I have the threw the SIM back to the Sayaji Plaza (Indore office ) but even after that no follow up was done.
