Frequent disconnection

I have bought Tata Photon Plus at my Office HCL technologies Noida sector 126 as a corporate connection.
I am in Jammu and now my Internet won't work as would disconnect anytime make my work almost impossible.
I have already opened a ticket with them on last Tuesday and after a painful followup with Tata, technicians came to my place and my Internet worked in front of them and as advised by them I even reinstalled the browser...

Money Deductions

I am not able to deactivate NETWAP Service messages which has been started without my permission
tata docomo provider has started some video alert service on my cell on its own which deducts 1 rupee everyday from my balance.
I have tried all means of communicating customer care but the response is not satisfactory; they are by all means not unsubscribing or deactivating my service. i have not recharged since then and i m thinking...

Problem with my TATA DOCOMO sim card. Restarting my phone often

Hi,

I am using Tata Docomo for the past one year. I ported out from Airtel last year and ported into tata docomo. Recently i am facing a serious issue with my Sim card. My phone is restarting often if i use my current tata docomo Sim., but if i use some other Sim card(Airtel), i don't see any problem. I can confirm that this is a problem with my Sim. I am using Sony Ericsson Xperia X8. Please do the needful....

Text bundle remove, call back promised but not received

keep getting call on DND Mobile Number

I am getting the calls from TataPhoton to change my plan from prepaid to postpaid. I am getting daily almost 5-10 calls for the same.

Money deducted without recharge

I had paid for a recharge of rs. 246 for tata docomo sim, through their site, I was told that the recharge was done successfully, but the recharge didn't happen and my money was deducted. Please look into this. The no. is [protected] and the transaction id for the transaction is MSPD[protected].

Deducting balance for data charge without any use

You are deducting my balance every 5 minutes or so at the rate of 0.1 Rs for some fictitious data usage. I have not used any data services and not authorized any app to do so. Even though you have been deducting money continuously. Please stop it immediately, or otherwise I'll lodge a complain in consumer court.

WRONG BILLING ISSUE

GPRS (FREE 2GB.)] PER MONTH PLAN AND ALSO PAID RS 300.THEY TOLD ME THAT THIS 300RS. WILL BE ADJUSTED IN FUTURE 3BILLS. THIS PLAN IS CLEARLY MENTIONED ON MY FORM. unnecessary deductions

I had made complaint to tata docomo customer care dept. Through ref.no. GBL [protected] they closed the complaint after giving me Rs.10/- as refund. I made complaint for not to make unneccessary deductions from my account, but not for the refund of Rs.10/- after deducting Rs.45/-
Further, i am continuous receiving messages from no.57775 stating "your request could not be processed due to insufficient balance' .

SURFWAP unsubscribe

shfwap has been subscribed for my number. i dont know how it got subscribed. when the msg is displayed, it shows dial 155223 to STOP, but when i dial , there is msg telling "there are no services activated to ur number. Everyday Re.1is deducted from the balance

wrong plan & misbehavior
