sir i have tata docomo no [protected] in that no one service activate before 10 days . that day onward i am calling to customer care to deactivate that services but every day csr or senior told to me ok i deactivated your services but till now that service not deactivate ans that day onward every day my 5 rs cut when i call to ivr there no service show please tell me what can i do i want back my money. i want to deactivate that service please help me

I am a Idea postpaid customer ([protected]) and I applied for Tata Docomo under MNP on 29th Jan 2011. A DOCOMO sim was provided on 1st Feb which never worked. When the contact person Bala ([protected]) was contacted he did not pick the call after several call and niether he returns the call. After 10 days of application the status is still unknown. I tries to escalate the issue to Nodal office Neeraj [protected] but it seems ne never picks his phone as well.

This is highly irresponsible behavious from Docomo Indore center as they are advertising for MNP but not giving response even after submitting the application for 10 days.

A stern action is required against Bala and other people involved in this hierarchy.

Finally I have the threw the SIM back to the Sayaji Plaza (Indore office ) but even after that no follow up was done.

I KNEW ALL COMPANIES ARE ONLY MAKING MONEY BY GETTING ORDERS AND NOT WORRIED ABOUT CUSTOMER SUPPORT BUT I THOUGHT TATA IS AN EXCEPTION, BUT SURPRISED TO THE SEE THE SIMILAR ATTITUDE TOWARDS CUSTOMER CARE. THE EXECUTIVE WAS AT MY DOOR STEP IN NEXT 2 HOURS WHEN I INQUIRED ABOUT TATA DOCOMO SERVICE AND SOLD A SIM ON THE SPOT.

BUT WHEN IT CAME TO VERY BAD SERVICES ON CONNECTIVITY AND COMPLAINED ALL THE CUSTOMER SUPPORT EXECUTIVES ASSURED OF SENDING THE REPRESENTATIVE TO COLLECT THE DOCUMENTS FOR MIGRATING.

TODAY I RECIEVE SOME ADDRESSES TO CONTACT AND SUBMIT THE DOCUMENTS .

My number Is [protected], on 7th april 2012 I ported in to Tata Docomo. I was told when i applied for the porting request that i will get a offer from Tata Docomo, which is a mnp offer for three months.the offer was any local tata number the call cost will be 1p/6 sec,and sms offer which is 1st sms will be charged and 99 sms will be free for a day and 1gb data and 10 rupees as a account balance.but i got only 10 rupees but the havent got the tariff offer. More over I am using the Tata Docomo Sim Card in a new phone and the tower Quality is worst.Most of the time When i am in my office or at home I get no service that means there is no tower and the tower bar of my phone is blank. I ported in from Airtel to Tata Docomo only For the Name TATA and now this is the service that i am getting which is not expected from Tata Docomo.

i am a docomo user ([protected]) from mumbai
has been subscribed for my number. i dont know how it got subscribed. when the msg is displayed, it shows dial 155223 to STOP, but when i dial , there is msg telling "there are no services activated to ur number. Everyday Re.1.5 is deducted from the balance

kindly do not subscribe me to any mdeals based packs as mentioned above henceforth and deactivate all current ones in my number.

    Respected sir/madam,

    i am (m.maria jelucus raja) using tata docomo sim card network in my cell phone, i have to change my network from tata docomo to idea network. if i need to change network i have to submit mobile number portability code (MNP) from the existing network. then i send an request message to "1900" by typing "PORT<SPACE><MY MOBILE NO>" but i unable to send that message only other all messages can send by my number.
    in may 9th i contacted costumer care and told such kind of error i having, then they gave an MNP number TT533822. my request not send from my no at the same time i don't know how they gave me that number. then i approach the idea network and made a request to change network. but they canceled my request for the reason of the MNP code were wrong.
    from that day onwards i unable to contact customer care from my number several times i called from another number but they never gave me any solution,
    please help me to resolve the problem. and i were waste lot money and time for this i need loss of pay.

      I am a Tata photon customer and very much disappointed with the after-sales services TATA is providing.

      I am getting "ERROR678: Remote computer did not respond." while trying to connecting internet using Tata photon+


      I had lodged my complaint#[protected], 21 May. I got no response from Tata Tel.
      Again got escalated the same with complaint Docket#[protected] on 28 May.

      After having passed 10 days I haven't received any resolution from Tata Tel.

      I have made at least 25 calls and few emails to to your customer care but every time I get same standard response that technical team is working on it
      and the issue will be resolved in 24 Hours.

      I am not able to understand the reason behind this kind of pathetic customer services from Tata Teleservices.

        in the morning I received an sms on my docomo that we can recharge docomo online
        without any extra fees or payment gateway. yaa its true www.babuchak.com is
        marvellous. It also provides daily prizes to be won worth Rs.30, 000 daily just
        to recharge our mobiles.

        we want such sites like www.babuchak.com

        & it also has a very good scheme to win mobile phones at rs.10 only.

        Now in the market there are 2 players to recharge tata-docomo online

        2. www.ezrecharge.in (takes Rs.6 for recharging Rs.100 & takes Rs.18 extra if you recharge your cell in night)

        I think www.babuchak.com is the right choice without any extra fees & it also has a 24hrs call-center

          I have bought Tata Photon Plus at my Office HCL technologies Noida sector 126 as a corporate connection.
          I am in Jammu and now my Internet won't work as would disconnect anytime make my work almost impossible.
          I have already opened a ticket with them on last Tuesday and after a painful followup with Tata, technicians came to my place and my Internet worked in front of them and as advised by them I even reinstalled the browser but frequent disconnection still persist for which Tata doesn't have an answer for.

          Hi, I bought a new tata photon plus just 4 weeks before. I am not getting network coverage and I cannot use it properly . The download speed is very low in-spite of good network signal.the statistic shows 0.00 Kbps after connecting and results in frequent disconnection.There is no broadband (HSIA) experience at all.There is not even CDMA speed inspite of selecting in to hybrid mode.They are completely cheating their valuable customer.

          Dear Mr.Ratan Tata,

          This comlaint is regarding my Tata Photon + Device,my Tata Number is [protected].

          For the past two weeks I am facing problems of non connection due to Device and Service Problems.

          Last week I got my device changed from your centre but again it has stopped working.And again the service sentre tells me it will take more then a week to resolve the problem.Please note that we as customers of Tata Photon are business users and use Internet to complete our daily work.One single day of loss due to non connection amounts to several hundreds of rupees.

          We believe in Tata as a brand and have immense respect for Mr.Ratan Tata but such poor service from your company is completely UNEXPECTED.

          I have already launched a formal complain no is[protected] and expect resolution within 6 hours i.e. by 7 pm on 22nd May 2010.
          If this does not happen then I will completely lose TRUST on the TATA Brand and its service.

          hey buddy r you still facing the problem. if yes pliz join in voicing our consumer right as one to the higher authority. its a case of incompentent executive/ dealers who have no knowledge of the product they are marketing. .i had also brought the product on the promise that it provides the fastest net service, to my horror i found the connecting speed is worse than dail up service. its outrightly a case of criminal fraud and repeated call to the customer care service is of no help either.
          The same problem happen with my tata photon device.

          They market well but its not happening in real (because it did not happen to me).
          This device is the most expensive one that are available in market but i am not having good experience with the device.

          I purchased PRE PAID, JUST TWO WEEKS BACK. VERY VERY UNHAPPY TO USE THIS.

          I am much happy with other services like Reliance(wireless broad band) and Hathway (Cable broadband).

          Tata People Plz help.

          Tata Photon+ — Frequent disconnect

          Sir,

          I have recently taken the tata photon+ data card, first 2 months it worked properly without any problem, but since 1 month i am facing problem with frequent disconnection from internet, i have taken 700/pm unlimited plan, which is 3.1mbps upto 1GB after 155kbps reduced speed.

          i have given complaint about this , complaint number is RNA[protected]
          after done the truble shooting based on the customer care executive said my system hard disk got corrupted, no option to me i have to replace my hard disk 320GB, if the people doesn't know about the solution then why they are playing with the customers like this.

          after this i have called tata customer care again but now they are telling the problem could be something else and they asked me to contact their service center, i really not understand why in the world i have to go to the service center for the connectivity issue.

          please take some serious action on these people so that the false information could be stopped.

          i face the same problem
          at the begining it was getting disconnected once in every 3 hour after the 3GB of my unlimited plan was over( which was supposed to be in 3.1 mbps which it was not )now it gets disconnected in every one hour
          i think these people do not want us to use the rest of the unlimited plan they offer after the use of the first 3GB or 6GB with the plan
          and they also keep on sending messages about recharging the account twice every day .
          I am using Photon 3g in Bangalore, but i can see its frequently disconnecting for every 30 mins of time, since i tried to switched of the mobile even its remains same.such thing could nt be happen if we need continues connection, Tata team should have take care of this

            Very very urgent, i am mr rohit ruke residnig at charni road mumbai my tata ac no is[protected] and i am facing lots of problems from tata docomo services.A long time back i was approached by a tata representative name hari om at my home saying that you would get the connection done at a low price scheme and if you are not satisfied with the connection inside 15 days it would be removed and you will not have to pay any charges for that i wasnt satisfied with the speed of the net as i also got a cdma phone with that too i asked hari om to remove the connection he told that it would be done in few days time, then i got a bill regarding the connection and i was not happy and contacted that hari om ( tata representative) he said sir dont pay the bill i will adjust that but still i got another bill next month i was surprised. Then again i contacted hari om and asked him abuot this he told it was a mistake by the bill dept next time when he came to my house he said everything has been solved and your connection is discontinued so he took out the net connection wire and also took away the cdma phone. but still bills were comming regularly, i went to the fort outlet and told them about this person hari om who is misguiding me and also made a complaint against him, unfortunately i had to pay the bills for that things which i havn't used. just few days or a month ago i settled the final bill and was asked to call to the call centre after making the final payment i did so and was relaxed after that i confirmed this with the call centre representativ he said sir now you will not get any bill in future but now again i have got a bill from you with a notice from advocate saying your bill is pending please please help me out of this as i am a middle class person and i am not able to pay this ammount of money again and again for that which i havent used.please contact me on this no [protected]. as soon as possible

              I am not able to deactivate NETWAP Service messages which has been started without my permission
              tata docomo provider has started some video alert service on my cell on its own which deducts 1 rupee everyday from my balance.
              I have tried all means of communicating customer care but the response is not satisfactory; they are by all means not unsubscribing or deactivating my service. i have not recharged since then and i m thinking of portability option or will stop using this number. MY number is [protected]. so please if possible then do the need full action.

              This is stealing of money.

              How come automatically its getting avtivated.

              I want strict action on this.

              Not a matter of Money only..I can not trust on Tata Docomo now.

                Read this post to know how TATA DOCOMO have done fraud with their customer.

                One days I am sit on table and those day I am on the home. The phone I have gave to my family ring and suddenly as a chance I pickup the call.

                I heared a message in naaktheid culture. the last word from the call is "Call me." I don't know how This company allow to give those message to their customer. Most of time It's hold by My mom and small little brother.

                What do you feel when your daughter and son will hold this call. Do you not feel shame or guilt. I have told that why my mom not activate DND on their phone.

                The simple answer is "DND is paid services"

                All we know that it's not paid. Nor you want to pay any valuta for stop this kind of spamming on your phone.

                So I am trying to stop this thing from a long time. 4 april 2012 is the first date when I tried to stop this kind of non-sense on my phone.

                I have two SIM first is TATA uninor and second is TATA Docomo. I am confused that it's come from Uninor but it's not. It's come from TATA docomo network.

                How you call 1909

                When you call 1909 you will need to wait.The computer system will tell you to wait. Later your phone will cut and you will read on screen "Wrong Number".

                You can send them SMS and it's will work but till next 7 days you will a lot of spam.

                If you want to call the customer care you want to wait a lot. They will not take your call in most of cases.

                If you want to chat them online to complaint you need to have -IE8. it's not work in Firefox, IE9.

                In last days I have reported them issue many time but I not got any good response regarded my issue.

                One days I have got chat with Sameer about The issue. it's make me frustrated. More frustrated when they close the chat session without any response.

                I have told them that I will go for Airtel or Reliance (other services provider from a long time in same business). I don't know what they thing but it's made me credit of 50 ruppese who they have charged for games. I don't know what kind of games they talking about. They have charged 50 ruppese from my account. When I will report them then they will answer that I have used Games but not give me enough detail how this happen.

                I have check my phone. No call and SMS made for Games. How they charged me for that services. If they have charged me about it why they not send me confirm mail about charges. They have made credit to 50 ruppese with this message.

                Next days I have started charging a lot of money. My balance are goes down to 16 from 50. Their is no call ,SMS made so why my all money goes expense. Should I go to chat again about this issue.Do you have 1 hour daily to call with their call-center gu

                I am sure that if they have do this with 50 people and 49 of them are never reported them then they make a huge revenue by cheat.

                  I am using Tata Docomo for the past one year. I ported out from Airtel last year and ported into tata docomo. Recently i am facing a serious issue with my Sim card. My phone is restarting often if i use my current tata docomo Sim., but if i use some other Sim card(Airtel), i don't see any problem. I can confirm that this is a problem with my Sim. I am using Sony Ericsson Xperia X8. Please do the needful.

                    I added a message bundle online on 8/5/2012 which gave 3000 messages for 30 days @Rs 29. But all of a sudden i started getting charged yesterday evening(26/05/12) for the messages i was sending. I thought it might be an error momentarily so stopped after the initial text were sent. Today morning i texted again to check, and i got charged again. When i called customer service they said the bundle has been changed to 1500 messages and also the last message i ever added was on 09/03/12. When i told her that i still have the confirmation text dated 08/05/12 she said she will forward an email to someone and they will look into it and call me withing 4 hours. No-one has called me since then and it has been more than 7 hours.
                    3 issues now i have with your company:
                    1. Why a promise of call back not honoured. Is this not unprofessional that your reps promise call backs but they never do?
                    2. Why your system is not updated about the message bundle pack on my account.
                    3. In case you changed the bundle in the middle of me using it, it is totally unfair as i was under the impression that i was getting 3000 texts for 30 days as was shown in your website when i added the bundle. You cant just change the bundle while the customer has subscribed for it, its not the way that you advertise one service on net, and change it in between and that too without notification.

                      I am getting the calls from TataPhoton to change my plan from prepaid to postpaid. I am getting daily almost 5-10 calls for the same.
                      I register this complaint over tata photon also. However there is no action taken and still i am getting the calls.
                      I got the last call from [protected].
                      This is worst case with TataPhoton+ .

                        i had opted for there movie coupon service on almost 20days back for which they charged me 5 rs,then next day onwords they started deducting rs 1.50 daily.inspite of complaining several times tru mail to t24.also to there hot line they r not discontinuing it,tthe persons at t24 service r also not co-operative,they r evan not responsing to the various mail i had send to them,so pls chk wth them & try to do the need ful my cell no is[protected]

                          i want to deactivate my service of ta-mdeals.

                          i have emailed u atleast 5-6 time but there is no reply from you . and also i want my refund back. i am trying from around 1 month to deactivate the service. But there is no rly frm u.
                          and also i want my 30rs back for the activation of service. they deduct 1.5rs evry day .

                          so kindly see that u deactivate the service. i have even called at 52121 at around 30 times.

                            Why has Docomo been activating unwanted services and subscriptions on my number ([protected])?? Today when I called customer care with a similar complaint (i.e. another service has been activated, AGAIN without my wish or knowledge), the executive disconnected the phone without even listening to my entire complaint! And since then, I cannot connect to customer executives at all. Would you please stop this utter nonsense?

                            hi, your subscription for personalized horoscope pack has renewed @ Rs 10/7 days.

                            i have been charged upto 50 to 70 rs for subscribing these unwanted packs *(till date) ...

                              It is with great regret that I introduce myself as a client of yours. My mobile numbers are +[protected]. +[protected]. I have migrated from Airtel & Reliance respectively via the MNP route, which I believe now was a blunder.

                              My number +[protected] was deactivated on Sat early morning & I had to call in to your customer care & explained that I had cleared my Reliance dues & a copy of the bill was provided to your showroom in Egmore pantheon road situated inside a petrol premise on 02.06.2012. The details of the payment are as follows. Transaction number - S[protected]. Rs 413. Dated - 02.06.2012. Time - 12 PM. Transaction id[protected]. The customer care representative assisted me in activating my number. To my shock & dismay I find my mobile deactivated again today & I have called your customer care representatives ( Lakshmi, Chitra & Vinod ). Each one of them has been arrogant, callous & casual. Lakshmi disconnected my line. Chitra put me on hold for eternity. Vinod advised me to again visit the showroom & provide one more copy again !!! My anger was met with lectures & requests for restrain.

                              I can assure you my local municipal office works far far better. You may seriously consider your staff for enrollment to the orientation programmes in our municipal offices. I simply cant believe Tata group company in a metro hires such sub standard work force who lack expertise & are so badly behaved.

                              I am waiting for the mandatory 90 day period to migrate to Airtel or Vodafone. I would want to record my strongest complaint against the three individuals named & hope to see stringent action initiated against them. I also demand you play the recorded conversation as a case study & train your work force to become more sensitive & professional.

                              As mentioned in my subject line, the service offered if equated with Third rate would be a gross understatement.

                                You are deducting my balance every 5 minutes or so at the rate of 0.1 Rs for some fictitious data usage. I have not used any data services and not authorized any app to do so. Even though you have been deducting money continuously. Please stop it immediately, or otherwise I'll lodge a complain in consumer court.

                                  I HAVE CONVERTED MY DOCOMO PREPAID NO. INTO POSTPAID NO. ON 27/4/12 . AT THE TIME OF CONVERSION I HAD SELECTED [149 RENTAL + 50 RS. GPRS (FREE 2GB.)] PER MONTH PLAN AND ALSO PAID RS 300.THEY TOLD ME THAT THIS 300RS. WILL BE ADJUSTED IN FUTURE 3BILLS. THIS PLAN IS CLEARLY MENTIONED ON MY FORM. BUT ONLY 149PLAN IS ACTIVATED ON MY SIM AND GPRS PLAN IS NOT ACTIVATED.
                                  WHEN I STARTED USING MY SIM THEY TOLD ME ALL THE PLANS ARE ACTIVATED. AS I USED GPRS(ONLY 194 MB) MY BILL CAME Rs.2,265.00 .I HAD COMPLAINT TO COSTUMER CARE ABOUT THIS THEY TOLD ME THAT THEY WILL PROVIDE ME THE SOLUTION ON THE BILL UP TO 23/5/12 TILL 21.00 HRS . BUT SOLUTION IS NOT PROVIDED YET.
                                  AS MY CREDIT LIMIT WAS CROSSED MY NO. WAS BARRED BY DOCOMO. SO I WAS NOT ABLE TO USE MY NO. I ALSO COMPLAINT THIS TO Mr. CHAUHAN AT DOCOMO GALLERY IN NASHIK , OPP -RAGIV GANDHI BHAVAN( CONTACT NO:[protected]). HE UNBARRED MY NO. AND TOLD HE WILL SETTLE MY BILLING ISSUE .BUT NO RESULTS YET FROM HIS SIDE AND AGAIN MY NO. IS BARRED. ALSO THE DOCOMO SERVICE IS HARASSING ME FOR NOT PAYING THE BILLED AMT.

                                    I had made complaint to tata docomo customer care dept. Through ref.no. GBL [protected] they closed the complaint after giving me Rs.10/- as refund. I made complaint for not to make unneccessary deductions from my account, but not for the refund of Rs.10/- after deducting Rs.45/-
                                    Further, i am continuous receiving messages from no.57775 stating "your request could not be processed due to insufficient balance' .
                                    FYI, I am not making any request to the no.57775 .
                                    I mailed to tata docomo cust.care centre, but nothing has been done.
                                    Please look into the matter.

                                      Worst experience of my life since last 6 months with you. Here is what happened to me. Ignore the dates and time, i dont remember correctly. My account had 2 numbers.Around Aug i requested, i requested one number to be cancelled. Tata Docomo representative said, i cant cancel this number because you have pending due. I paid the amount and next 2 days i requested for same. Again i got the same answer your 2 days bill is pending clear it and then i will cancel it. next time, i paid ~5000 rs, so that they will not say, due is pending. I made the same cancellation request again. This time they said, yes we will cancel the number. In Jan last i lost my mobile but since number was cancelled so i didnt filed any police complaint. Suddenly during Feb, one of my relative said, i called your old number, somebody picked but didnt said anything. I tried myself calling that number and surpisingly that number was still working. I called Tata Docomo and as usual, i will resolve this problem. Till one month nothing happened and finally i got to know somebody from Tata Docomo called that number during Dec-Jan (before i lost my mobile) and some Chandra shekhar said, dont cancel it. Nobody knows who Chandra shekhar is. First question, will somebody confirm the cancellation with owner or with anybody? Anyway, i made another request to bar and cancel the number. Whole process took another 1 months. Till this time, they kept chanrging me for both the numbers. When i escalated, Mar bill got adjusted. Next month even after number got cancelled last month, i got bill for cancelled number again. I called again to fix this billing discrepancies and surprisingly my another number got barred. When i called again, i got to know instead of taking fixing biiling discrepancies, they took cancellation request for another number. After calling several times, this got fixed but billing amount is still a question and request is still open. One week back they barred my outgoing again due to non-payment. I called again and they agreed the mistake and started the number again. Today again same thing happened and my number is barred. Now i am being forced to pay the amount otherwise my number will be disconnected. Whenever i am calling, i am getting new complain number and being asked to wait. When i asked till when, answer is until we fix the issue. This is really frustrating and i am going to put this as and whereever somebody will listen to it. Attachment i will share if somebody will ask for the proof.

                                        shfwap has been subscribed for my number. i dont know how it got subscribed. when the msg is displayed, it shows dial 155223 to STOP, but when i dial , there is msg telling "there are no services activated to ur number. I have read and came to know from other complaints that SHFWAP was charged RS.1 also .. while I don't have balance on my prepaid service I was being deducted Rs.3. What is going on? why did u people took Rs.5 everyday from my balance when I have not even asked for any subscription with in my knowledge.

                                        Cheaters!! this is how Ur TATA company is being surviving in India .. Your company does not know how to serve customers but know all stupid ways of charging customers to make Ur company survive.
