[Resolved] Tata Photon Plus — Tariff plan | |||
Hi I am currently using Tata photon plus with the tariff plan has 750/- for 2GB, with addon of 10GB for 200/-. But recenlty I saw in the net, that with 750 , they are giving unlimited data. when i called the customer care they simply reject to di it saying , its only for new customer. its the discrimination of existing customer with the new customer. On 13/10/10 i had give written application letter at Tata Indicom True Value Shop change my tariff plan from photon plus power surf (10gb)
to photon plus power sur[censored]nlimited (10gb)
on 20/10/10 my tariff plan was changed. it shows in the bill of oct month.
but to my surprise now i have come to know that tariff plan was changed to same photon plus power surf (10gb). which shows in the bill of nov month.
whats the problem with Tata Indicom People.

Two of my friends got the connection for 750/- with unlimited bandwidth. I know you have not made any official declaration on your site. but there are info regarding this in some other sites.
I called customer care, and they said "it is only for new customers".
This is not the business ethics. For the same service you are claiming two different charges for two different customers.

I am also using Tata Photon Plus 750 min plan and i got the same feedback from the customer care when i called them up for changing the plan. Tata should consider loyalty of existing customers also while luring the new customers towards it.
