[Resolved]  Tata Sky — Very very poor customer service!

My ID No is [protected]. I purchased from Navi Mumbai, vashi. I am staying at Nerul- navi mumbai. I requires the availability -shopes where I can get the vouchers. The shop name Address and phone no may pl be mailed.
It is required for Nerul , near by And also in CBD belapur area.

since last week I have been requesting them to relocate dish from previous address to new address and they have made me mad firstly they said to fax about merging when i did my job again they said you have done the wrong thing again do the needful fax again when I have done it they again said now talk to the customer department when I had a talk with them they said we don't know anything please help me out beacuse they are charging for another connections everyday without giving us any service and moreover they are making customers fool and now they said that's connections you have to discard and you have to take another connections.
As a big service provider we are facing poor services.
I am trying to change my existing package to "Family pack" + "LifestyleGold pack"
but on the net it only shows south jumbo pack. Secondly your dealer donot help they just sell the voucher.
I tried on toll free no. from bsnl phone. It does not respond.
Then I made std calls of more than Rs.30/- but interactive message and when taking help to talk customer representative, voice goes off.
Your website was not responding when i log in it takes long time and page cannot be displayed.

Hardly I accessed the site and after recharging with Rs.310 on 2 june 08 at 9.45 PM with netbanking, it is not showing the balance. Please check the same.

Tata sky apni marji se chal raha hai soustmer ki koi parva nahi hai jab je chata hai channel cut kar dete hai bina kuch inform kiye ab tata sky ne sports channel band kar diye hai koi bhi jankari nahi de, , sab channel ke alag alag pac.banarahi hai bahut buri hal hai kuch karo ya mujhe koi aisa address do jidhar mein tatasky ke khilaf koi action le saku pls
i calling to call center of Tata sky but no one is picking the telephone i dont now what is happen . i m writing complaint that u yours dish have some problem it not showing picture on tv it showing some signal problem pls recover this problem as soon as possible
