[Resolved] Tata Sky — My connection is black listed | |
I have purchaged Tata Sky connection on 22nd DEC 2007 and got 6 months free subscription with it. Now in 3 months my connection is cut and it is displaying message that it is black listed. I have called to customer care also and they told that I tryed to take multiple connection with single set top box, but I dont know how it is possible we have only one TV in out home and also agent with whome I have purchsed the connection said that you can run only one TV with one set top box. I dont know where is the problem and what is to be done now. Please help us in resolving the issue. Was this information helpful? | |
