i am dissatisfied with the service of setup box replaced in the month of july this year.after one month of replacement of tata sky setup box there was again problem of operating the setup box through remote. we had an inception that we had a problem in our remote so i reported about this to the customer care they asked us to get the remote checked from the nearest authorised dealer. But the dealer stated that the remote is working properly.then i again talked to your technical team so they provided us a technical help and it was confirmed that there was a problem in our setup box and not in the remote.
hence request you to kindly replace the setup box as soon as possible.
