sir, with respect , i want to say that , i had recharge my tv connected with tata sky from 200 rs dt 12.08.2013 . The transaction became unsuccessful . but the amount of 200 rs deducted from my account of punjab national bank . i have already registered my compalint . my compalint no.is 60217417. my tata sky a/c no. is[protected] with the name of mohan lal verma. please take some necessary action in this matter and refund the fund in my account as soon as possible. thank you. anupama verma mob no.
