Tata sky cheating me

Reg change of Setup Box

The company currently upgraded to mpeg4 from mpeg2.so i was asked by the company to change the setup box for free from them.but still now there is no proper response from the associates of the company and im currently not being to watch some channels.so pls take further actions against the company....

Overcharging

On 22nd April I paid in advance Rs5500 for our Mega Pack payment that was due for renewal on 27th July. It was paid in advance as I may not be in India at renewal time. I also paid 601 for 2 secondary digicoms.I was assured by a TataSky agent that on the 27th July our Mega Pack would be renewed from our balance.As of now they have done nothing..They adjusted my balance 5 times last year when I paid early. Did not get cash back which was promised

I was communicated earlier also that my refund is still in progress. But now when I have registered 2 complaint in tataSky website, they were resolved without intimating me.

I am not sure how to start. One of the legs of my Tata Sky Dish on the roof has come off and the bolt needs to be fixed. The Dish is not receiving signal as it is not aligned any more.

wrong charges and wrong information

Today morning when i started my tata shy it was not working .Message was related to bad weather condition but it was a sunny day.
I called customer care.The worst and rude customer care i faced in whole life.

Anyways they said to do check some wires and dish direction and try to remove some wires for 10 second then put that back.
It does not worked.
Then hes said to do do some settings in organizer sector...

Forced to cancel connection without Set Top box refund

Digicomp not working

No actual response from call centre

since 8 am, 01/07/2013, time at which i called the tatasky call centre, there is no response , what so ever, from Tata Sky team.
i have called in call centre for at least 10 times and have talked to so many associates, few supervisers and a team lead.
ops manager was unavailable to take the call. All the above people gave assurances but till now ( 6 pm of 04/07/13), there is no actual work done.

wrong charges deducted and connection deactivated

When I moved to DLF Phase V, I came across monopoly of DLF & Tatasky which forced me to buy two new connections from Tata Sky as the DLF society did not allow to install Dish TV.
