No Satellite reception

Since morning of 15/3/13 no TV reception , When Set top is switched on the message informs that yor are not getting signals. This is happening to all 91 residents of this apartment complex. Repeated reqests to customer care has not rectified the problem. All residents are unhappy with the services.

wrong connection package

I have started my multi TV in my TataSky connection at the time of inquiry they tell me you will get 1moth subscription free + second connection will free for month. they charged for the both of them to me and directly cut the amount from my account.

I do talk to customer care but they not reply me properly.

No Refund of additional amount deduction

Annual H.D package stopped before end date

Free to air channels are not available in full screen

Popular free to air channels like Sri Shankara and SVBC are not available in full screen. This is causing a great inconvenience to my elderly parents who are used to watching these channels for a long hours. The small screen mode in which these channels are shown is a real strain on their eyes.

Deducted money on false statement

Deduction of Money for the Service not given

On 9/01/2013, we were not receiving the Tata Sky channels. Raised a complaint for the same. Gave them call every two hours. Everytime they told, some one will come and address the issue. But no one turned up. Moreover they have closed the issue and have charged around Rs.250/- as Service charges! This is disgusting.. I need the refund of the money, as well as any compensation for unnecessarily torturing the subscribers, in the times of need....
