TATA SKY Packs increasing rates with any information

HI I am using TATA Sky box since four years and now i have the HD box.
But i am not happy with the increasing rates every now and then from the company which is unacceptable
also they do manipulation on channels and mostly HD ones which are not seen even if you pay the HD access fee

It is very hard to believe that such a reputed company like TATA is acting in such a low level type

Dear Sir / Madam My Tatasky Settop pbox is not working for the past 30 days. The company is willing to replace this with a refurbished box with 1 month warranty. On asking why I need to pay for this there is no answer. I have escalated this to to the nodal ream with a few basic questions Query: a) Who does the Set top box belong to ? 1. I had previously informed to Tata-Sky that the DD- Kashir (Kashmiri Channel) should be broadcast in the proper broadcast list of channels as other DD Channels of other states are being broadcast. But the said news channel, previously used to find place in a non segment section of Activve Channel List.

Tata sky fraudulently harassing consumers

I am a customer of tata sky, I subscribed to their annual pack few weeks back. Similar to my earlier experience, several channels are not coming since last 10 days.Now when I complained at the customer service, like everytime, they are willing to send a person for a fee of Rs 150. I cannot understand with what right they can do this, when they themselves are not showing particular channels, cause if the set top box would have been faulty...

No customer service despite multiple requests in last 2 years

I have been having an issue with tats sky service since past 2 years and yet these people have not sent their technician even once. The technician confirms an appointment and then doesn't turn up at the scheduled time and when u call up the extremely pathetic and lazy call center they tell that request has been cancelled. I truly believe this is one of the worst service providers in the country and with absolutely no respect for its customers...

Set Top Box Software Bug

Friends, Please be careful with the recent software update on Tatasky HD recording set top box introduced a bug which was causing frequent re-start of set top box. I made this complaint recently, these so called helpdesk guys were not able to resolve the problem and they sent an engineer to my house, you know what he did he just change the power saving mode from 'Yes' to 'No' and it got resolved. English movies channels are not available

karaoke pack not working

Dth package modified without my permission

Harassment by Tatasky

I Recharged my account bearing subscriber id [protected] on 24th July 2013 with Rs.3, 000/- for a annual package which should have been applicable up to July/Aug 2014. Installation not done after payment
