HI I am using TATA Sky box since four years and now i have the HD box.
But i am not happy with the increasing rates every now and then from the company which is unacceptable
also they do manipulation on channels and mostly HD ones which are not seen even if you pay the HD access fee

It is very hard to believe that such a reputed company like TATA is acting in such a low level type

Dear Sir / Madam My Tatasky Settop pbox is not working for the past 30 days. The company is willing to replace this with a refurbished box with 1 month warranty. On asking why I need to pay for this there is no answer. I have escalated this to to the nodal ream with a few basic questions Query: a) Who does the Set top box belong to ? The subscriber or TataSky ? If it belongs to TataSky I request you to point me this terms and conditions....

1. I am a subscriber to Tata-Sky under sudscriber id No: [protected].

1. I had previously informed to Tata-Sky that the DD- Kashir (Kashmiri Channel) should be broadcast in the proper broadcast list of channels as other DD Channels of other states are being broadcast. But the said news channel, previously used to find place in a non segment section of Activve Channel List.

I am a customer of tata sky, I subscribed to their annual pack few weeks back. Similar to my earlier experience, several channels are not coming since last 10 days.Now when I complained at the customer service, like everytime, they are willing to send a person for a fee of Rs 150. I cannot understand with what right they can do this, when they themselves are not showing particular channels, cause if the set top box would have been faulty...

I have been having an issue with tats sky service since past 2 years and yet these people have not sent their technician even once. The technician confirms an appointment and then doesn't turn up at the scheduled time and when u call up the extremely pathetic and lazy call center they tell that request has been cancelled. I truly believe this is one of the worst service providers in the country and with absolutely no respect for its customers...

Friends, Please be careful with the recent software update on Tatasky HD recording set top box introduced a bug which was causing frequent re-start of set top box. I made this complaint recently, these so called helpdesk guys were not able to resolve the problem and they sent an engineer to my house, you know what he did he just change the power saving mode from 'Yes' to 'No' and it got resolved. Now Tata sky asking me to pay Rs.150...

We are using Taata sky since last more than 5 years. Till now we never faced any problem in the service. However in mid of February 2014 Tata sky representatives visited our residence and changed the set top box ( From Old silver colored box/0 to a new Black box saying that the same is being done due to some software upgradation( This was done free of cost). I have talked 15 times to tata sky customer care and 10 times i have lodge the complaint via mails regarding english movies channels are not coming for the last 40 days but no technician has visited my home for the last 20 days. Since 24th Dec'13, I am not able to view all the channels for which I am paying monthly charges. On receiving my complaint, you had send technician and deducted Rs.150/- from my account on 26th Dec'13. Inspite of your technician visit, when I could not see all the channels, he had told me that due to change of Tatasky software and set top box, I will be able to see all channels in due course. tatasky representatives kept calling me asking me to activate karaoke on my hd pvr box which costs 1950.and when i did it didnt work from the very first day and i have been calling them only to hear that my request is in process. and finally after calling them almost 10 times i got the karaoke pack deactivated for which i got a refund of Rs. 600 only....

I sri.Khilip ku. Sahoo state that i have a tatasky dth connection with a monthly package of rs.220.00/- but for the month of february the company had change my package to rs.498.00/- without my permission.I opposed this monopoly and ask for change it to earlier package but they are not do that till date.
