I, JASLEEN ANAND A USER OF TATASKY FOR LONG, AS LONG AS ITS VERY LAUNCH IN INDIA. MY SUBSCRIBER ID IS [protected] (MANJEET SINGH ANAND). I HAVE LODGED A COMPLIANT ON 14TH MAY, 2014 REGARDING MY TATA SKY NOT WORKING PROPERLY. THE RESPONSE GIVEN BY THE CUSTOMER CARE EXECUTIVE WAS THAT THE PROBLEM WILL BE RESOLVED ON 15TH BY 11 A.M. THE EXECUTIVES VISITED OUR PREMISES AND WITH A LAME EXCUSE THEY WALKED OUT WITHOUT RESOLVING THE ISSUE, AND WITHOUT EVEN LOOKING WHAT OUR PROBLEM REALLY WAS. THE EXECUTIVES SEEMED LEAST INTERESTED IN RESOLVING THE ISSUE. LODGING A COMPLAINT AGAIN WITH THE CALL CENTRE, THE EXECUTIVE AGAIN RESCHEDULED IT FOR 16TH MAY, 2014 AT 10.20 A.M. BUT AGAIN THERE WERE NO EXECUTIVE VISIT IN OUR PREMISE. CALLING AGAIN AT THE CALL CENTRE THE REPLY WAS THAT THE VISIT WILL BE BEFORE 7 P. ON 16TH MAY ITSELF. BUT AGAIN THE RESPONSE WAS NIL. THE PATHETIC SERVICES OF TATA SKY HAS CAUSED A LOT OF HARRASMENT. THE CALL CENTRE EXECUTIVES AS WELL PROVIDE NO HELP TO A VERY LOYAL CUSTOMER OF TATA SKY. REGARDLESS OF ALL THE HARRASMENT CAUSED TO US FOR THE PAST 3 DAYS, NO SOLUTION HAS BEEN PROVIDED TO US BY THE TATA SKY EXECUTIVES. TOTALLY FRUSTRATED WITH THE SERVICES PROVIDED BY TATA SKY, IF NO HELP BEING PROVIDED WITHIN 1 DAY TO THE MAX., I WILL BE VERY GLAD TO SHIFT MY DTH CONNECTION TO A BRAND WHICH PROVIDES MUCH BETTER SERVICES THAN TATA SKY.

    My name is Anjana Pande, I have a TATA sky connection in Haldwani Uttarakhand . My registered mobile number with TATA SkY is[protected]. I recently took a new
    dish and got it installed from TATA SKY, And also took an additional connection for my second television from them .

    Now since a week my HD channels are not working at all and Non HD once have distorted pictures .So when I called the local Tata sky engineer who had installed
    connection for me he asked me to file a complaint within tata sky, only then some action would be taken .

    Now since I am working and I cant be available all the day I called Tata sky yesterday(May 12 th) and booked an appointment with them, They told me within 4 hours
    engineer would contact me . Some body did contact me and he said he would visit my place to resolve issue by 12 o clock May 12 th 2014 . I took a half day leave and
    was waiting for him till 12 . No one turned . I called them back again at 2:50 to TATA SKY Customer care . They said somebody would again visit in 2 hours . So I kept
    on waiting . No one turned up. I called again customer care and expressed my desire to speak to the supervisor. Supervisor assured me that some one would visit me in
    an hour and my complaint is considered as Priority 1 complaint. No one came the whole day.Today morning I called customer care again and repeated the same process
    of talking to supervisor. She said within 8 hours the problem would be resolved. she also stated their system said every thing was resolved even though no one
    visitied .She was not ready to even assure me of fixing my problem for a given time. Need your assistance . I am a doctor and If I take leave from my clinic it
    means that it affects my patient . I can not do this repeatedly. They are also not ready to refund for the number of days interrupted/No service.

      SMS received that payment due by 16th march. 16th mar- payment of Rs 6400 done, spoke with customer care where the executive confirmed, package will b renewed. 25th- 29th apr - call received from tatasky, that package amount is changed, please pay another 600 for renewal. This upset us, as to why the amount was taken around 37-38 days ahead. We asked for cancellation of subscription and refund of money, which the executive confirmed will be returned. 4th may- called the customer care for status and explained the whole episode again, was promised that a call back will be done within 24-48 hours. 9th may- called customer care, spoke to floor supervisor, as usual assured call back will be done. 11th may - call received and the executive is asking to pay now rs 1100 to renew the package. Told in that we are constantly calling the customer care to resolve this. He also refused for the refund which was committed in the call which we had received in April. Please help us

        i am lakhwinder singh. .my id no.is [protected] you have activate my active vedic maths without our consent.you have also deducted charge from my account.so immediately deactivate active vedic maths.i have also conferenced with coustomer care.the person at costomer care service.they forcefully saying me that my package will continue till july.otherwise i will appear in consumer court.within one hour i want to deactivate my vedic maths otherwise i had to take hard step.i want immediate response from you.

            Hi, My Name is Chandra from Chennai and I have taken Tata Sky Conection for my parents 2 months back and I was very happy till yesterday. Yesterday (2nd May 2014) 11:14 PM I recharged my Account for Rs.3960/- for one full year (Annual Subscription) with METRO Package option. The moment I completed the transaction all the channels blanked out and till now (Its 8:00 pm on 3rd May 2014) I'm not able to watch anything in Tata sky. My Complaint number: 1-[protected] I'm more upset from the customer service team which promised me the solve the technical problem by 24 Hrs and today sometime back they mentioned 2 days!!! Every time they give different information and as a loyal customer who has paid ONE FULL YEAR SUBSCRIPTION upfront and not able to watch a single channel is very frustrating.               I am a TataSky DTH user. My ID is [protected]. I recharged with Rs 220 Dhamaal
              mix monthly base pack on April 11, 2014. I have received an e-mail and
              SMS informing that my subscription fee will end on May 01, 2014 which
              was supposed to end on May 11, 2014 since we have monthly pack. When I
              contacted consumer care, I got information that my ID has been activated
              with Medic Maths pack which is totally unknown for me. Customer care
              person imposed that I have confirmed this pack on mobile call from TataSky
              side which is totally lie. I never received call for any additional
              pack. This incident has also been occurred in the past when my balance
              money was deducted before due date without my notice. It is very
              unfortunate to take connection of TataSky. I request you to take the matter positively and ensure that this issue should not be repeated in future.

                  My subscriber id is [protected]. Expiry date of renewal was 28th apr. I decided to do it in advanceon 23rd. I recharged for 2700 rupees based on my monthly consumption of 660 rs. On 24th i get a call from ms renu from tata sky mohali regarding renewing sports channel for one full year. This call lasted for 16 mnts . I requested for amending my package to exclude english entertainment and cartoons for which she told me that my package will be 550 rs with ten sports channel on my enquiry of any further discounts in case i recharge for a year, she told me that i pay another 3040rs. And avail of benefits as the rates will b revised from 01 may. I imdtly charged rs 3050 on 24th. Prior to that i had already given confirmation that i do it for full one year. Which i did before 01 may. She promised me that she will give confirmation to me on 25th .But she never reverted back to me. Neither there is any confirmation from tatasky for covering my subscription for full one year .I have rhe recording of the conversation, can b sent also to the defunct controllers of tata sky. I now aprehend that she fulfilled her interest of sports ch subs for 1 year and forgot about my rqst. It is cheating . Can someone give me confirmation about paid subs for 1 year wit h choice of revised package given to ms renu on 24th april. Poonam

                    I suggest you to provide your subscriber ID here so that they can get in touch with you. I once faced an issue where I paid for the package amount but my account was de-activated. I too made the complaint here and tata sky immediately responded to it. All I had to do is submit my subscriber ID. They resolved my issue by activating my account and providing for the days I was unable to view television. I am sure they will look into your matter, drop the channels and reimburse the amount that has been deducted.

                      HI Sir/Madam, My Tata Sky Id is : [protected] and it is registered in my Father name of M Kenchappa. I am Lohith Kenchappa. I was using Tata Sky Dish TV service due to House construction we disconnected the service last Year at the time of diconnecting the serive we had a balance of Rs. 800/-. Now House construction is compeleted and now i am requested Tata Sky to reactivate the service. I followed the process what they mentioned like mailing ot [protected]@TATASKY.com then called the helpline [protected]/[protected] from past one week they are telling they will activate or an technician will call you for the installation process. i tried to follow every day calling them 4 to 5 times but answer was wait for 2 hours they will get back.. but till now no one had called and service also is not activated. I am feed up requesting them. if i ask for refund of the amount that also they are not doing. Kindly look into this issue and do needful. Best Regards, Lohith Kenchappa

After online registration Tata Sky consumer number that I got allotted is: [protected] But they were not able to install it at my home. So I have asked for cancellation and refund of my money.                         First I had enquired through this number only. After few times those people told that they can do noting. i need to contact through email. So I have started contacting through email.


                        From 13 March 2014, tata sky has not done the what it needed.
                        And now You are suggesting back to that customer service. Its not good you gusy just making people roam from here to there without giving proper solution.

                        I got a call from tata sky head office Bangalore they taken the details and there is no update from them. I have called several times till now, every time they are taking the details and saying that they will get back to me. There is no further progress in this.
                        Can you suggest me what i have to do next?

                          Tata sky upgrade my tata sky MPEG 2 Set Top Box into MPEG 4 about 2-3 month ago, from then i seen problem to Viewing TV is that My Screen shows black 30-40 sec. and Tata Sky not solved my problem they change my Set Top Box and give me Second hand Set Top Box and also they charge me for That 2nd Hand Set Top Box and service charge also but my problem is not solved and Now they said that warranty period of set top box is only 1 month but when they change my box that time they not say any thing about warranty. Also Tata Sky Nagpur service center said that How many time they send Technician to my home? means Problem I had by changing my Very good condition set top box and they said How many time they send Technician to my home ? This is the Rough Speaking or language of this Tata Sky. And They assure me to they refund my deduct balance till 16-Apr-2014 but today 18-apr-2014 my balance is not refund. i have proof that they change my Set top box to second hand set top box when they change box that time in alert old costumer Subscriber ID is in the box that time I click some photo as proof.

                          I suggest you to provide your subscriber ID here so that they can get in touch with you. I once faced an issue where I paid for the package amount but my account was de-activated. I too made the complaint on facebook and tata sky immediately responded to it. All I had to do is submit my subscriber ID. They resolved my issue by activating my account and providing for the days I was unable to view television. I am sure they will look into your matter, refund any additional amount deducted and fix your issue.
                          As Lalit sir sagest to provide Subscriber ID for they can touch with me I provide my Subscriber ID : [protected] this Subscriber Id may help you to solve my compliant
                          They refund my money but My problem is not solved, Now 3 month gone this
                          black screen problem I have but they not solved my problem the sony
                          center costumer representative(Nagpur service center) say's that how many time they send Technician to my home? So I have trouble with the service because my problem is not solved...

                            HI I am using TATA Sky box since four years and now i have the HD box.
                            But i am not happy with the increasing rates every now and then from the company which is unacceptable
                            also they do manipulation on channels and mostly HD ones which are not seen even if you pay the HD access fee

                            It is very hard to believe that such a reputed company like TATA is acting in such a low level type

                            I have compared DISH and other DTH companies they too have some issues but nothing related to increasing rates

                            I heard few times from good Tech/customer support people of TATA sky that the rates are controlled by some Marketing Guys in the company and they have a monopoly on the rates .

                            I just want to highlight we are the consumer's and not the [censored]ing marketing guys who anyways do not have brains in any company they are really dumb and stupid.

                            If rates are not reversed i am removing my tata sky connections with some of my friend too total 10 to 12 connections by May 2014

I once faced an issue where I paid for the package amount but my account was de-activated. I tweeted regarding this complaint and tata sky immediately responded to my tweet. All I had to do is submit my subscriber ID. The customer service team instantly gave a callback and my account was activated. I suggest you too should provide your subscriber ID either here or tweet regarding your issue with this complaint link.                               Dear Sir / Madam My Tatasky Settop pbox is not working for the past 30 days. The company is willing to replace this with a refurbished box with 1 month warranty. On asking why I need to pay for this there is no answer. I have escalated this to to the nodal ream with a few basic questions Query: a) Who does the Set top box belong to ? The subscriber or TataSky ? If it belongs to TataSky I request you to point me this terms and conditions. b) Why does the service engineer insist to take back the original set top box (which I have purchased) and according to me should by the subscribers property. Complaint : b) If the set top box could be fixed by the experienced engineer why was I forced to have my set top box replaced c) Why do I have to purchase a refurbished set top box with one month warranty d) The person i was corresponding with refused to provide me information on how to escalate the matter, but only insisted to "wait" for a call back by some "corporate" team. I received this call on 25th March from this number [protected]. I requested the person to send me a written confirmation, but am yet to receive any email.                                 1. I am a subscriber to Tata-Sky under sudscriber id No: [protected].

                                1. I had previously informed to Tata-Sky that the DD- Kashir (Kashmiri Channel) should be broadcast in the proper broadcast list of channels as other DD Channels of other states are being broadcast. But the said news channel, previously used to find place in a non segment section of Activve Channel List.

                                3. Recently, i upgraded my Ta-Sky subscription to HD and was astonished to find that the DD-Kashir Channel has totally been deleted from the Channel list.

                                4. Matter assumes serious manifestation as all the TV Broadcaster are bound to beam all the DD Channels irrespective of region or domain.

                                5. Request to look into the matter so that the DD-Kashir channel is immediately beamed by you enabling me to viiew the same.

                                  I am a customer of tata sky, I subscribed to their annual pack few weeks back. Similar to my earlier experience, several channels are not coming since last 10 days.Now when I complained at the customer service, like everytime, they are willing to send a person for a fee of Rs 150. I cannot understand with what right they can do this, when they themselves are not showing particular channels, cause if the set top box would have been faulty it should have affected other channels too.In fact they should not even charge me for the days they are not giving me the service.
                                  This is a completely fraudulent way of grossing money from the consumers that tata sky is adopting. It wont give you the channels which you have paid for and then would ask you to pay per visit any person whom they'll send, who'll come and call them to temporarily air the channels, and after few days the same cycle would be repeated.

I once faced an issue where I paid for the package amount but my account was de-activated. I tweeted regarding this complaint and tata sky immediately responded to my tweet. All I had to do is submit my subscriber ID. The customer service team instantly gave a callback and my account was activated. I suggest you too should provide your subscriber ID either here or tweet regarding your issue with this complaint link. I am sure they will look into your matter and compensate for the days you were unable to view television.

                                    My subscriber id is [protected] and have two HD+ connections for last several years. Both connections had been facing problem of "No signals" since early March 2014 and the same was reported to customer care helpline. We were informed that this problem would be resolved after 20th March. Nothing changed post 20th March so I again lodged complaint via customer care helpline. Site visit was arranged & receiver was replaced on a chargeable basis. Again, the problem continued with reception being available for only 09-15 minutes before "No signals" creeps in. I once again lodged complaint via customer care helpline. Site visit arranged in 48 hours, guy checked everything again and did not found anything conclusively and informed he would visit along with his senior technician in 1-2 hours. After 3 hours I called him at his number (from which he contacted me before site visit) to which he informed that he would call in 10 minutes as may be dish may have to be changed. Since that day which was 30th or 31st March no one from Tatasky has contacted me or visited at my place. I from my side had been repeatedly registering my complaint via customer care helpline but with no response. I had even spoken with the seniors customer care executives but NO resolution in-spite of their promises. I had twice lodged my complaint using my online registered id but after 2 days the status becomes "Close" but with no resolution to my problem. I request you very humbly to resolve my on going problem and at-least arrange for a call back.

                                      Dear sir This is to bring in your kind notice that we have a tata sky + set up at home and wanted to upgrade it to tatasky HD +. We enquired and came to know we need to put in request and deposit 5000 rs in our tata sky account. I was traveling and i asked my father to do the transaction online. The transaction was unsuccessful by tata sky but the debit was already done from the debit card. But suddenly there was an alert that my account balance in tatasky was going in negative. Confused and panicked my parents called up the engineer which was of no help. Next day when engineer never turned up we called him and asked to cancel the request of going for HD. He did the needful and suddenly the account balance was showing as per actuals, which was not in negative. We called up tata sky and asked about the refund and they assured the refund will reflect in 5-6 working days.                                         I have been having an issue with tats sky service since past 2 years and yet these people have not sent their technician even once. The technician confirms an appointment and then doesn't turn up at the scheduled time and when u call up the extremely pathetic and lazy call center they tell that request has been cancelled. I truly believe this is one of the worst service providers in the country and with absolutely no respect for its customers who I think they believe are a bunch of . Coming to the issue that I am facing, the signal suddenly goes off or is intermittent daily between 10-12 am. 7 months back they replaced the box sighting an upgrade but since last 1 month they same issue is recurring... And what a coincidence that the warranty of the box was for 6 months under which I could get free visits by their technician In short I truly believe the tats sky folks believe in HARRASSING their customers and LOOT them as much as possible Truly recommend not to buy any of their stupid services/products and rather go for a local set top box provider
