I have subscribed to TATA SKY DTH connection and i have brought to their attention about adding SHALOM TV and other christian channels many times but they have failed to take up my request. kindly help us . All other DTH connections do have all christian channels.

Tata Sky — Non-availability of Channel.

As per the Indian Government rules any service provider must telecast all DD channels. Then why is it that Tata Sky provides the services of all channels but not DD Saptagiri..?? Why such a regional bias..??

You can address your complaint to tata sky’s official handle @tatasky. They are trying to add as many popular, regional and devotional channels. I tweeted regarding this complaint and tata sky immediately responded to my tweet. All I had to do is submit my subscriber ID. The customer service team instantly gave a callback and my account was activated. I suggest you too should provide your subscriber ID either here or tweet regarding your issue with this complaint link. I am sure they will look into your feedback and try adding this channel.

    Myself Jugal Barik consumer of Tatasky id [protected] having a strong complaint about the services of your setup box. I change setup box on 17th June 2012 and the next month only it was replaced on 19th July 2012. In this year 12th February 2013 again my setup box replaced. I complaint again yesterday 13th June 2013 regarding the same. the service engineer came checked/verified and found the complaint is critical. the setup box not responding properly. The main menu automatically open between every 2-3 minutes.

    Tatasky every time asking for money Rs.500/- while changing of setup box.
    Kindly look into this matter and solve this problem

    Tata Sky — Setup box faulty

    My tatasky setup box was not working from 22nd of Nov i complained at helpdesk for more than 10 times , every time the customer representative told me that I’ll receive a call from concern department within 24 hours but all in vain. I am mentally very retard by this type of behaviour of tata sky.

    I think you should contact Tata Sky customer service. They are quiet prompt in their reply and will help you out. It is more effective way of getting your work done. You can write to them at help at tatasky or call their helpline number at[protected] The best part is, it is available 24X7

      The biggest mistake of my life is to trust Tatasky and taking it's connection.
      I strongly believe that Tata group has become a corrupted company where one can find only sycophants.

      I am not getting tatasky connectivity for the last 5 days and have called Customer Care 25-30 times.
      Everytime I call,they say that an Engineer will be arranged at the earliest which never happens.
      Can't understand that in the last 5 days,Tatasky failed to arrange someone.The excuses are different all the time when I called up.
      Every time only assurance is given that the Engineer will reach in next half an hour or 1 hour or in next 15 minutes.
      But noone turns up.5days are wasted including Saturdays & Sundays.I wonder hoe much do Tatasky lie to customers.

      Again when I calls,my call is being transferred to so called Managers but no action takes place. My query remains the same.
      The only thing which is common in all the calls is "Sorry".I don't need any apologises from the company who don't keep there words and is a LIAR.

      I am paying fOr the servies of Tatasky without utilising the facilities. What a great way of making money.
      Seems a big money is being made in this manner from all the customers.
      Tatasky is a FRAUD who finds different ways to make big money by unethical ways.

      Moreover I am being assured that I will be getting a call from the Senior Manager but in all the 20-25 calls,it wasn't made.
      I have wasted my hard earned money in calling Customer care and taking connection of Tatasky.
      Even I am charged for the last 5 days for which I didn't utilised the services.
      A lot of time has been wasted all final result is nothing.
      And Who will pay for the call charges of my mobile which acconted to 9-10 hours. Can someone answer ??????

      Truly speaking, Tatasky has failed in every department to deliver the quality services and is the worst.
      Even the local TV operators are far better than Tatasky services.


      Is this the TATA brand or a fraudulent company. All the good name earned by Mr.Ratan Tata is being brought down by the worst services.
      Is there any gentle person in TATA Group of companies to take the responsibility and resolve a customer query or the TATA group has also got corrupted.

      I will like to rate the Tatasky on the following parameters

      Quality of Service 0/100
      Quality of Assurance 0/100
      Trustworthyness 0/100
      Capability to resolve issue 0/100
      Keeping Customer promises 0/100

      What a pathetic services by Tatasky...
      Tag line must be changed to .. Get Tatasky...Hell is here !!!

      Comparatively, services of Bharti Airtel DTH services are too good from Tatasky DTH.
      I believe Tatasky shall learn some etiquettes how to get better in all field.

      As a responsible citizen, I have put my words.

      Tata Sky — Biggest mistake in my life

      I decided to Buy Tatasky over Dish TV because, of the credibility of Tata brand in the market.But within two days i realised it's wrong.Base package has very less channels.. more add on packages..The best option if you are in Bangalore is Hathway set top box..only 1000/- Rs..digital clarity..no installation fees..200 channels and normal monthly cable charges...or else Dish TV.More channels and reliable...

      Tata Sky — TATA SKY HARDWARE NOT RECEIVED

      I had an online transaction (througn credit card) with tata sky on July 25, 2008.(Transaction Id:[protected].They confirmed that the Tata Sky Tool Box will be deliveded to me in Maximum 72 Hrs.As of today, I have not received the product.I tried to call their customer care center at Bangalore and Chennai, but nobody picked up the call.Finally on August 2, Mignight I called the Delhi Number and they assused me the they are filing a complaint against the Tata Sky Office at Bangalore and my Hardware will be delivered to me soon.On August 3, I called a tata sky representative but refused to speak with me.As of now, I am still waiting for the hardware and have got no response from their side.

      TATA-SKY DTH SERVICE — HARDWARE NOT DELIVERED, PAYMENT ALREADY MADE

      Dear sir,
      I have paid Rs 3999 vide credit card to TATASKY DTH HARDWARE. Order no is[protected]. Instead of so many attempts no body from there centralised phone line is responding properly. They are not giving assurance for hardawre delivery and installation. Tatasky have placed casual person to respond quarires hence these persons are helpless. I visited their website. It is sorry to tell that no contact address, name of senior person and phone number of senior person or alternative phone number or address/location of company is mentioned. Can you help me how and where I can approach for further relief. Thanks

      TataSky DTH SErvices — Hardware not received even after payment

      Dear Sir,

      I had subscribed to Tata Sky on Monday and have already paid by credit card. I have not received the box yet even though more than 72 hours have passed. I was assured that I shall be receiving my receiver/box with in 48-72 hours. I was told 72 hours is on the extreme end (for rural areas) and in Metros like Delhi I shall get it within 48 hours. But nothing happened and when I called today (after 96 hours of payment) I was again told to be patient and that the hardware will be delivered within another 24 hours.

      I dont know how long do I wait for it now. I basically wanted to watch Indo-Srilanke matches and have already missed third and fourth match.

      Can you kindly initiate some action to restore consumer trust?? Otherwise people will stop all payments in advance. We call ourselves a growing nation but the systems need to be in place to ensure that customers are not aken for granted. Tis consumer forum was a great hope but from the kind of repeated complaints that I see here, it looks its not being very affective. On receiving such complaints there need to be detrent punishment to ensure that there is accountability on the guys running the coys. After all these business houses are making profits from us (the consumers). So why shoudlnt they be held accountable??? Why shouldnt they be made to pay deterent penalties???

      Tata Sky D2H — Service of engineer

      My set top box of Tata sky dish TV not showing proper pitchers from last 30days I complained at their call centre on 27th April, 2010.engineer visit my place next day(28th April, 2010) before 06.30pm and also gave me ref no which was[protected].engineer told to as he coming next day morning
      On 29th April, 2010 I waited up to 12 noon but engineer not came. and company charge me Rs.350 visiting charges I again called at their call centre to complain regarding inefficiency of their engineer and visiting charges then told me that the tacking again 1 more complaint and the assured that within 24 hrs the problem will be solved. As of now the situation is still the same

      Tata Sky — Worst Service and Fraud Service

      I, Debabrata Pal (Subs ID: [protected]). On 26th April I have relocated from Delhi to Kolkata and hence I made request to

      After raising three Service Requests nobody respond against those request. And surprisingly the Service Request

      SR[protected] has automatically been closed on 17th May without responding against this request. I really can't believe

      organization can do such fraud with the customers. Therefore, I am expecting my money back from Tata Sky.

      Tata Sky — wrong amount & service discontinued

      My subscriber ID is [protected].

      Last week Tata sky deducted incorrectly amount of Rs 1000 from my account instead of Rs 450 which has been authorised in work order for re-loaction. This brought down by balance to (-ve). Inspite of raising complaint with Tata sky cutomer care no action was taken and eventually they deactivated my account.

      Even after speaking to their team leader Mr. Masoor Nizzamudin, contact center pune, I couldn't get any assurance that my acoount will activated. He only mentioned of escalting the issue but unfortunately he can't actiavte my service even though it is their fault !!!!

      TATA SKY DTH SERVICE — Subscription paid but service not received

      I, Amit Bandyopadhyay bought Tata Sky Digicomp-MPEG-4 ( ID no. is [protected]) by paying Rs.1600/- from Sales Emporium (South), 226, Diamond Harbour Road, Kolkata-700060 for watching World Cup Football matches live vide bill no-CR/01056/6/[protected] dated[protected] along with a SONY TV under which two months service was promised to be provided. Before expiry of three months service I paid Rs.1100/- for extension of same service for 6 months as per schedule of charges provided in the Tata Sky website after consulting their helpline lady official and the package name and period of service was mentioned clearly in the payment details.Immediately on payment I got a message in my mobile( [protected]) that same service will be extended for 3 months only ending on[protected] actual date should have been[protected].I again contacted through helpline number and the same lady told me that package charge is Rs550/- for three months and I have paid Rs.1100/- so service will be provided for six months and a revised message will come to me within 48 hours as the previous message was sent by mistake. In fact within 48 hours I received a revised message that service will be provided up to[protected] but no explanation was given for reducing for deviation from actual date of providing service that is up to[protected]. On[protected] Tata Sky discontinued service. I tried their helpline number time and again but could not reach their officials. Two telephone numbers mentioned by Sales Emporium (South) as[protected] and[protected] was also found not working . After Contacting Sri Amit Dutta of Tata Sky posted at Sales Emporium over his mobile number-[protected] I got a numbers where Sri Prasanta Mitra talked to me and advised to talk to Sri Saurav Ghosh over his mobile number [protected] but Sri Ghosh told me that he is too busy and it does not come under his duty to help any subscriber. I then lodged complain logging in the Tata Sky Website vide no- SR[protected] dated[protected] and SR[protected] on[protected] stating details. On[protected] one of their lady official contacted me over my mobile and told that it is true that they have received Rs.1100/- but the name of the scheme was not mentioned by me by an additional e-mail to them and so they have provided some special service like learning English Games etc. plus service tax for which company does not care to provide any documentary evidence and all the money has been exhausted plus the company has provided excess service worth of Rs 26/-. She straightway refused any incidence of message sent by the company or any conversation made by any helpline official at the time of payment as per their record. The moral of the story is very clear that I have lost my money and when I told that this is a case of deficiency of service and as per Consumer Protection Act my right has been ignored then she said at best one months free service may be provided and that too from when not mentioned. The complains are lying pending, Service discontinued and under such circumstance I received a mail on[protected] that they cannot contact me for non availability of my mobile number where their official has contacted me on[protected]. I have sent mail to them on[protected] but no one cared to contact me again. DTH service is something which is a in separable part of human life now a days and they understand that if matter is lingered consumer will be compelled to bow down against his family pressure.This is crime and I understand that the company has outsmarted me. I would therefore request you for a remedy please at the earliest.

      Poor Quality of Service

      Had registered a service complaint regarding replacement of our defective Tatasky HDRecorder setup box on 08-Aug-12 vide service request no. 1-[protected]. But every time I call up customer care they inform that the box is not in stock.

        Respected Sir,
        My name is Murali and my Tatasky id is [protected]. I shifted from Kangra to Chamba the date on 27th May 2013. I complained to tatasky for making a dish installation. But they went 1st June 2013. That day they told me LNB is not ok, you have to replace.Then I replaced through them that day and i paid 170 Rs. But 2nd June 2013 Receiver is showing Error 2, then again i called tatasky customer service of[protected] this no. they said tomorrow will come to your home for servicing. But not came, again i called, they said tomorrow. But till not yet came and i am very upset and i am facing big hectic for choosing this tatasky and my money also loss. Because i recharged 1st June 2013. This is my problems.
        I think you should contact Tata Sky customer service. They are quiet prompt in their reply and will help you out. It is more effective way of getting your work done.           Sir,
          Yesterday i.e[protected] i recieved a call on my RMN that today is the special offer that i can upgrade to TATASKY HD in just 1800Rs. so i asked her that i will think and tell then she spoke lie to me that today is the last date of the offer and in which she told me that i can watch HD channels after paying just 1800 . so i agreed and let installed HD box. now today morning when i started the box i was unable to watch HD channels and i called the customer care around 10.30 to 11.00. there a girl picked up i didn't remember the name she told me that i have only 263 Rs. short in my account in order to active Mega HD pack in my account and so i readily agreed and Recharged Rs.300 and then i called the call center he told me that i need more 1800 Rs. to active HD channels so i was little angry with him and told him to write complaint accordingly. then at sharp 19:48 i got call from your complaint cell to ask me about my complaint.so i asked his name first(due to previous experience) he replied with NAVEEN so i noted down his name for record so after discussion of whole matter with him he described me my whole plan and then told me to recharge 800 Rs. in my account to get subscribed to Mega HD package so i confirmed in for 4 times with him and then he also confirmed that no further recharge will be needed. so i agreed and agai recharged of 800 and then i called the call center they told me that still 864 Rs. are required to Recharge more.. so do tatasky believe in any commitments????? u can see all the log details in your data. and u can hear the recorded calls. Now after taking this much confirmation i am not going to recharge any more and i want my pack to be started. or else i will go to consumer court.. i want reply urgently and to start my HD package. u can hear all the recordings for your reference.. now naveen should pay for remaining amount or tatasky now i want my pack active. after such commitment u cant go backwards.! and last question is this tatasky the name of TATA which only works on commitment?? i can't see any tata thing int tatasky..!! :/

          sir, i vishal yedke is your corporate costomer of reliance since six yeair's and above . i had been requesting to the office at ABC complex aurangabad but the pad no atation to it and befor tow day's before i got a call from puna call center in wich i told them the same problem and the gave me a comitment that thay have increase my cradet limit to Rs.3500.00 and thay haye not yet don that so P'les do the need full or i will surrender my 20 terminals thanking you.

            Dear Sir

            Tata sky engineer has relocated our dish before 3 month and since then it has been continuously encountering a problem of no signal. We are fed up now to send a ticket and calling Tata Sky. Last week their engineer came and told me that there is false relocated dish and cannot be solved until it fixed at another location. Now they have charged visit charges for it and also they are asking us to pay relocation charges.

            My concern is since it is their problem, why customer should pay it for re-work ? In fact my account should be credited from first relocation time because since then I have recharged my account and it was no signal continuously and they could not pay an attention.

            Kindly help us. Thanking you in advance.

              I hope I would not have written this email, to my favorite company who always so friendly for the customer.

              I am using TATA sky from long time at my home town and also suggested to my friends, but Sorry to say this time my experience was worst in my life time.

              I have transferred from Delhi to Mumbai and I have asked TATA SKY to relocate my standard installation to Mumbai; with my past experience I have bought a HD multiple connections from your customer care center;

              1. Your installer was not quick this time and they came almost 8 hours late from schedule time.
              2. I have asked for add on connection but they have come up with upgrade option and again I need to call you customer care center and requested them to inform local dealer for add on.
              3. Any how my both TV was working after many calls but - they have left with wrong impression – My Dish has only one connection and my HD connection has been given by them from other already install dish ( I dint know about this till I got my issue no 4)
              4. On Last Saturday evening 7PM my HD connection was not getting any single – I have checked almost all details and when I went upto 8th floor roof came to know that my dish has one line only and another line which was going to my HD box has been now used for any one else TATA sky connection and my line was disconnected.
              5. I have called and register the complaint at your help line number
              6. Next day around 1.30 post 2 hours of schedule time – one person came from tata sky took 30 min and he told me your need to relocate your connection- am I mad or what -my dish and my TV location is at same location – why do I relocate.
              7. Again I spoke to local deal – Number given by Akram to me – I have called and they informed that it will be done by us at free of cost before 4 PM
              8. Again I have called at 4PM and the reply was 6PM
              9. No call pick up post 6PM
              10. Today again I called but they said 1 Hour and post that also no reply
              11. Now they are informing me that there is no request came from customer care.
              12. I have also called last night –but no call back from your office
              13. Today again I called to your customer care and they have launched the request and it will take next 24 hours.

              Tata Sky — Worst Response ever

              It has been almost 14 days my unit is not working and i have registered nearly 5-6 complaints, every time it takes nearly 20 mins to reach to the customer care and then complaint is noted down and service number is been given.

              You get an SMS > with Service number and the scheulde.
              Engineer never turns up and you get another SMS with new schedule... really feed-up...

              After 10 days one engineer turned up and said problem with Dish kindly log a new complaint and then only he would attend it. He assured that without fail he would turn up bbut then he never responded...

              Really this is very frustrating and the biggest issue is that i had recharged my account by Rs. 1000 and for last 15 days i am unable to use it, so Tata Sky are cheating ...

              I feel it is beeter to opt for Cable operator and they use tat sky or any other idsh to provide us service at lower cost...
              Its unfortunate tht u had to go thru this but i have been using tata sky for such a long time now and have been so happy with their customer service.. so far i have come across them like twice and each time they have proved to resourceful and efficient..
              I think you should contact Tata Sky customer service. They are quiet prompt in their reply and will help you out. It is more effective way of getting your work done.                 I do not have Tata Sky signal since last 4 days. I am unable to post a series of messages (SMS's from there customer cell) to demonstrate the pathetic customer service but here is a mail, which I was forced to write today to there nodal officer. I won't be surprised if I do not receive or receive unsatisfactory answers after this too. Here is the mail and will update this:

                Hi,

                The following is the time line of my tortorous interaction with Tata Sky customer service:
                I lost my Tata Sky signals on Saturday (25/05/2013) afternoon and raised a complaint to have that addressed on that same day.
                Till Monday morning, no one called or visited to resolve the problem - inspire of multiple reminders to the call center.
                After multiple messages for change of work-order number and reschedule notices on when someone will visit my premises, someone finally showed up towards the end of the day and after a few running arounds in-&-out of my place, left un-announced and without the problem fixed.
                On Tuesday morning I was informed over phone that there was a cable problem and all subscribed apartments in my complex where in trouble. This has now been fixed and I verified that some channels had started coming. I said thanks and they closed the complaint almost immediately.
                It just took me an hour of surfing to realize that the signal has only been partially restored. Most of the channels (almost 65%, including all the kids channel's), which I was subscribed for were not receiving any signal.
                Raised the complaint again and finally someone visited in evening, only to play around and left with a promise to return on Wednesday morning. By the time he left, I was back to where I started from - NO SIGNAL FOR ANY CHANNELS.
                Wednesday morning, no one visited even after 2 hrs of scheduled time and then after a reminder call - the complaint was closed as RESOLVED.
                I have again broke my head, to reopen the complaint - WOULD THIS EVER BE RESOLVED GENUINELY???
                Besides this, talking to your Customer Call Centre is good enough to get a person sick with hypertension. You guys are a classic lesson on how pathetic could customer service be. A snapshot of your pathetic service:
                In-spite of recognizing my name from my cell number - your DUMB executives or your redressal system has no sense to first try to find why a customer is calling? Everytime I called, I had to narrate my agony to each executive and that kept increasing with every passing data and number of calls.
                The only objective which your customer care executives are concerned about is maintaining their 24hrs SLA. And a clever way of doing it is to close the previous work-order and open a new every other day. Ever heard of putting your customer first??? Sounds alien? - I am not surprised.
                The worst part, they close your complaint without confirming if the issue has been resolved or has been completely redressed. Again - the performance and SLA of your executives and process is more important - so in the last 5 days, my issue has been closed at least thrice.
                When your executives say sorry, we understand the trouble - trust me thats so stale, I feel like puking at them. Dishonest and unappreciative apologies taste like that only. After that its a standard reply that someone will call and / or visit in 2hrs. We have heard it so many times and glad to report that those words have never been honored (not once). So when someone apologies and says that 2 hr again - I am left with no other feeling but a feeling of having wasted my time with another disgusting, dishonest and uncaring Tata Sky person.

                I am hooked to you guys because of an advance payment but if you or anyone else responsible has any sense of regret or a desire to make things right - plz fix my problem or help free me from the torture of dealing with TATA SKY.

                Since 10pm on 26th May 08, the set top box is not powering on .
                I lodged a complaint at 11-m on 26th --08.
                It is 29th today, ---no sign of your engineer.
                same stock reply--today between 8&9 pm...
                "Our service engineer tried to contact you, but you were not available(!!!)"
                Your ad 'jingalala' is the biggest farce in DTH services.

                Tata Sky — PATHETIC SERVICE AND APPROACH

                I have requested to install a connection at my house situated in koppal, karnataka on 03.08.2008.It was told to me that connection will be provided within 7 working days.22 days have been passed but nothing has happened so far. Whenever i called the helpline no., they informed me it will be diliver within day or two. probably I have called minimum 10 times. My personal experience with Tata sky helpline no.is worst.It is one of the worst helpline no., even after 20 minutes nobody replies.We have to call at least 3 to 4 times to contact.
                Tatasky needs to hire proper, qualified customer care service or else it will lose out to the competition.

                TATA SKY (HD) — Pathetic service from TATA Sky

                I and very surprised as i am getting service like this from tata sky. My complaint Id:- 1-[protected] dated - 20/10/2011 is still unresolved. And no body has courtesy to reply also. i have TATA Sky HD box and unable to hear the audio for which the technician from tata sky had told that we need to replace the box. But to my surprise till date there is no revert.

                I think you should contact Tata Sky customer service. They are quiet prompt in their reply and will help you out. It is more effective way of getting your work done.                 Mr. Lalit Powar you must be joking when you said they are prompt. I been trying [protected]@tatasky.com &[protected] from last 1 week to Migrate from Normal box to HD+ box, no action yet. I had made payment on 18th Aug but box in NOT install yet(24th Aug). Not only this i even tried nodal officer ( nodalofficerkarnataka @ tatasky.com). Nothing has happened yet. I think Tata brand really lost his brand.

                  My Subscriber ID is [protected]. I have a multi TV connection with TATASKY. 2 days ago, I noticed that my set top box was not working. There was probably a problem with the wire which connected the set top box with the plug point as it started a little late and was receiving signals without any problem. I lodged a complaint today -18th May 2013 with TATA sky associate in Hyderabad. The complaint number is 1-[protected]. The complaint was registered but there was on information given to us regarding the procedures if the set top box was not working. The installer came with a box and said that he has no authority to open the box and he has to send it to the company for getting it repaired. We thought that it would take a while and it would come back to us with minimal service charges. We handed it over to him. He said that he had a box which was serviced already and he would replace our box with the used one. He also said that we would be charged a service fee of 150/- and 225/- for the new box. It is only fair that the same box be returned to us after servicing for a nominal service fee like 100/- and TATASKY to provide an alternative box till that time. After all we are paying a good amount for the services. This is nothing but fleecing customers. Also we were told that the guarantee on the used box that replaced our set top box was only for 90 days. Since the seal of the used box provided to us is already open (as it was a serviced one ) , they would not replace it the next time after the warranty period. So if there is something wrong with the box, we would be charged for a new box. This is unacceptable. Tata Sky needs to make changes to stop this fleecing. We should either get the old box after servicing or get a brand new one for minimal charges.Please take care of this issue

                  Tata Sky — installation issues

                  I already have one Tata Sky connection. On 24th March at 8.25 am in the morning, I had made a call on the toll free nos [protected] requested for an additional set up box and the connection formalities to be completed.
                  It was confirmed by Tata Sky executive that the set up box will be given with in an hours time and by 2.00 pm on the same day the installation would be done. A ref no [protected]was generated for the saem.

                  Till 3 pm nobody called or attended for installation. After making this complaint on the toll free nos agan at 3 ther has been no update.

                  The agency person called at 5.30 stating I am coming now.I cant wait.

                  I had recd a call on 25th at 11.13 am from cell no [protected] stating that the Tata Sky person was reaching in 10 mins at my residence. Without any prior information the agency guys have been calling at any time. Further they have to come in 5-10 mins only

                  Again on 25th Morning at 12.04 pm Ihave recd a call from cell no [protected] that the agent could come only at 12.10 not after that .

                  When a person has been committed by Tata Sky for installation on 24th March by 2.00 pm, no one has turned up and now they are just calling up and asking to be at home in 5-10 mis.

                  tata Sky is not bothered to call back for installation confirmation also.

                  Please respond to this mails.

                  The order process has its own duration, it is formulated in the interest of the consumer so that all the requirements be met and in near future the customer may not face an issue. Within 24hr the Co. should complete all the processes of order and despatch the STB and get it installed. Since the technical executive confirmed the time of arrival by 2:00 on his non-arrival within half-hour you could connect to the cc salesteam and inform about the non-arrival of the technician, the reference no. will help the cc to pull up your record and they can arrange for a despatch with installation. Since the agency person did call you up you could get the connection installed on the same day by 5.30 . The next day too on 25th at 11.13 am you got a call stating the arrival of the technician. There must have been some order processing as you had just placed the order in the morning and hence by evening you got a call for installation. Since you were committed by 2.00 pm on 24th March there should have been arrangements for execution however post committed time are not mutually agreed. On the second call you should have informed of the timing which can be agreed by both parties (you and the technician) to avoid misconception and no further reason for delay in installation.

                  Tata Sky - Additional Installation — Delay in Installation and no confirmation

                  I am a consumer of Tatasky. My subscriber ID - [protected]. I have made the payment for additional Digicomp which has been delivered but as of now there is no installation done. No Engineer has contacted me or the call centres guys are not giving any confirmation.

                    Tata Sky gives free installation services after shifting the home, i have shifted one month ago to my new house, i have filed complaint & i have talked to the customer care for installation of my set up box but they are not responding to the complaints. We are talking to the customer care daily and they are saying that our complaint is in process we will give you the answer quickly but one month gone no progress at all. I have bought annually subscription & my three months are remaining. My TV is off due to no installation of set up box then to they are reducing the balance from my tata sky account. I want quick installation or my money back.

                    Tata Sky — not providing services

                    I am using tata sky DTH services.one day i have received a call from tata sky company, they told me that they have a special offer for me "they were providing me one year valadity for only 1250 rs."then i ignored this, but on 17th i have again received a call then i recharged my account by rs 2000 on 18 august 2011.and i also told that perticular guy that, there is signal problem in my DTH connection.then that tata sky representative told me that wih in 24 hours an engineer will come to my home and will fix all the problems.but till today nobody has come yet.today is 24th august.& whenever i caal them , they use to tell, that with in 12 hours one engineer will come and will fix the problem.

                      I purchased TataSky HD+ connection in Mar'13. At the time of purchase, they had an offer of 4 showcase movies. Now they say that the offer was not there and as per their current offer it is 2 showcase movies. They have refused to honour the offer that was there at the time of purchase of the connection. So much for building trust. Truly a blackmark to the Tata Brand.

                        trying to remove the add-on channels since last six monhs either telephonically or online. It is done on request but, after a week o so they automatically ad the services and charge or the whole month without my request. On enquiry, their representative says, that they received call from my rmn. There is no request made from my side.
                        On 7th July I requested tata sky that I don't want your h d services. I received massage on 12 July 2014 that recharge your tata sky with Rs. 380 on 13 th July as your monthly consumption is Rs.380. I recharged the tata sky with Rs. 380 pn 13 th July. On 27 th July I received a massage from tata sky that recharge your tata sky on 5th aug. with Rs. 380 as your monthly charges are Rs.380. I don't know how it become one month from 13 th July to 5th aug. please resolve the issue

                          I had purchased TataSky HD on 11 April 2013. Since then i am facing the problem of pixeled viewing frequently while watching HD channels. It shows up every 3 to five minutes.

                          I called for complaining and the concern person Mr. Kailash says that the engineer will visit and do the needful. I asked what if the HD box is not in working properly.
                          He said it will be replaced with a refurbished one. I ask if your product is faulty within 10 days of installation and you will replace with refurbished piece, how is that possible.He said its company policy.

                          That means there is no use of buying New HD since they do not give Warranty. I am stuck with the Tatasky service since we have four connections. And this is the second time i am facing problem.

                          Hope the management solves the problem.

                          The service engineer visited and said the machine is faulty and needs to be replaced. I told him if they are giving me brand new piece then come or please take the faulty Set top box and refund me the money.

                          Till date no answer from Tatasky.

                          I would request Tatasky to take the necessary action to protect their clients problems.

                            I have subscribed for TATASKY with standard set-up box (Package Grand Sports WITH one month free) through M/s Unisyn Enterprises, Hyderabad who is a authorized dealer of Tata Sky and marketed by M/s appco Marketing (India) Pvt Ltd and the Tata Sky executive Mr. D. Srikanth, (ID No. HYTD[protected],Mobile No. [protected] Hyderabad) to whom a cheque for Rs. 1890/- dt. 2-4-2013 was given in favour of M/s Unisyn Enterprises, Hyderabad and the same was cleared on[protected]. I was told by the executive that installation would be done within 7 days on honoring of my given cheque.

                            According to their promise for getting connection IT should be done on or before[protected]. But they have not fulfilled their promise.

                            Mean while I have purchased a Smart 3D LED HDMI TV on [protected] for better viewing experience, assuming that I would get Tata Sky services soon and after a day on[protected], I called the same above said Tata Sky Executive and asked him to modify my earlier subscription from Tata Sky with Standard setup box to TATASKY+Full HD for which i have issued a cheque in favour of M/s Unisyn Enterprises, Hyderabad for Rs. 4540/- dt.[protected] as the total cost of the subscription for Tata Sky + Full Hd with HD PVR is Rs. 6530/- and the same cheque was credited to their a/c on[protected]. While accepting my modified subscription the executive had promised me that the installation would be done within 3 to 5 working days.

                            I waited for 5 working days on clearing my second time issued cheque of Rs. 4540/- (Totally Rs. 6430/- = Rs. 1890+Rs. 4530/- ) and I have contacted all the above concerned many a times about my Full HD installation. In response I was informed that job is under process and it will take more 2 or 3 days of time. Finally, I have requested them if they are not able to provide installation in a given of time, my remitted amount should be returned immediately. On saying this They have processed my earlier subscription i.e., TATASKY with standard set-up box and sent work order to their dealer near by my home. In turn the dealer contacted me for installation. But I refused him as he brought to me TATASKY with standard set-up box which differs my modified order since I wanted Tata Sky + Full Hd with HD PVR setup box for which I have already paid.

                            Immediately, I have contacted the marketing agency, an executive and Tata Sky Mumbai regarding my modified subscription and asked them to issue revised work order duly cancelling my earlier order. They have taken one more week but things have not been done to till date[protected]. At last I frustrated and repeatedly enquiring all the concerned people regarding my modified order and requested to issue work order accordingly. But no one is responded so far.

                            The Executive Mr. D. Srikanth who approached me has given the following numbers to contact the persons in case of any delay / query.

                            dear sir i parches of tatasky date of 25.10.2008 but it is not instal of date 03.11.2008 so pleas help me.
                            i just find the way...
                            i found the good way for getting solutions
                            I have booked the tatasky on 13/11/2008 through tatasky help line number. The customer care executive promised that the setup box will be delivered with in 72 working hours .But by saying this they are only cheating the customer's because even after a passage of 6 days they have not delivered the setup box. I called customer care several times but all in vain. The company should seriously look into this matter.Company should look for customer satisfaction instead of looking for new brand ambassador.

                            This is the feed back for your services which are now on there worst stage, its not only loosing the designity of product but also hampring the tag of tata.
                            Actualy the senario is this that i had placed an order for your product on the mode of cash on delivery. My order no is 1-[protected]. The things went right up till the delivery of assets which i got within the 2 working days. Again after than a couple of weeks has been passed but no instalation has been done.                             This is the feed back for your services which are now on there worst stage, its not only loosing the designity of product but also hampring the tag of tata.
                            Actualy the senario is this that i had placed an order for your product on the mode of cash on delivery. My order no is 1-[protected]. The things went right up till the delivery of assets which i got within the 2 working days. Again after than a couple of weeks has been passed but no instalation has been done. My disi comp no is:[protected] and desi card no is[protected].When ever i m calling to you people every time i m getteing a new story at least 500 rs i had wasted in calling your help line [protected]. What the hell is this is this the policy of your company.

                            i am k.v.k.jithendra having tatasky with sus.ID number [protected]. when i brought it the dealer said that many telugu channels will be added on diwali to your package! but no channele are added!

                            The channel package of Tata Sky consists of the channels available including telugu. South being a diverse region the south base packs provides good amount of south channels. Tata sky have been increasing the number of channels but in different demography the recent introduction is NDTV Hindu which is in beneficial for chennai customers so Tata Sky is going to add channels gradually.

                            I request you to kindly arrange to make refund of my amount Rs.1890 immediately as i did not receive till now. TATA SKY people said that they already returned the money to M/S. UNISYN ENTERPRISES and the dealer saying that it will take more time to refund as i called several times. I don't understand why would it take more time. I have cancelled the order on 03/04/2013 and it has been cancelled on 08/04/2013 as per your records and the Tata Sky people informed me on 17/04/2013 that they have sent the amount to the dealer. But, I did not get the same.

                            I request you to do the needful in the matter as it is already took more time.

                              I had taken new tata sky connection 20 days back. subscriber ID [protected]. I had taken a HD box and a secondary connection. However the HD box was defective which was accepted by the person who visited 20 days after complaint. I have written and registered numerous complaints for replacement of the box in the last 20 days. I am unable to watch any HD channels since installation. I had to discontinue my HD charges in frustation. I request to replace my HD box with a new box or else give me a SD box and refund my balance 1000 rupees. I did not expect such furstation and I have ended up feeling cheated from Tata product which I had installed with high expectation. Please help me.

                                  Tata Sky announced that if you recommend your friend to buy Tata Sky DTH connection then you and our friend both will get the credit of Rs200. I recommended one of my friend and he bought the connection on 6th April, Me and my friend followed all the steps to avail the benefit, we were charged for every message and we forwarded multiple messages as per the process, but still no money has been credited and above that nobody listens to us. Every time I have been told that Tata Sky will call me but it’s been 15 days but nobody is there to help us out. My Subscription ID is [protected]. Please help me.

                                    I have bought Tata Sky connection online from http://www.tatasky.com/directSalesHome.do URL. I have paid 2249 Rs/- as they have mentioned for offer 1 on their web site. My subscriber ID is [protected], and I had fought for installation initially 2-3 days then I got the setup box from TATA SKY but that set up box belongs to different person "Ramesh" with different subscriber ID "[protected]".Now, I am unable to see any channel on my TV. There is one massage is displaying from Tata sky that "Tata Sky Services are not available". According to Tata sky offer I should get 2 months subscription free for grand sport pack. I need help on this as I want my many back this is really pain for me to call customer center of Tata sky and let them know about the problem.

                                    Please let me know if anyone can help me out in this

                                      Tata Sky — rate change

                                      Tata sky has raised the duration of monthly subscription of the channels from one month to three months i.e one can not take the channel or package for a month's period for that matter he has to subscribe it for the whole three months.

                                        I had purchased a LG LED tv on Jan'13. When we purchased, there was an offer for Tata sky with reduction in its price. So we gave Rs.500 as initial amount for tata sky. We were planning to vacate our house at the time of delivery. So they told us that the tata sky will be installed in our new house after we shifted. Therefore, the customer registration for tata sky installation was cancelled. 3 months over, yet there is no contact from tata sky or the lg dealer. When i contacted tata sky customer care, they didn't respond to my questions. They told that they are not responsible and we have to deal with the LG dealer only. We totally made 3 calls daily to the LG dealer and we went in person too for enquiry. But no response. The dealer will make a call to tata sky person who is responsible for the respective area. That's it. This is how its happening for 3 months. This was one of the worst experiences in my life. Live well Tata sky customer service. Hats off.
