NEW HD BOX DEFECTIVE

Make fake announcements

Tata Sky announced that if you recommend your friend to buy Tata Sky DTH connection then you and our friend both will get the credit of Rs200. I recommended one of my friend and he bought the connection on 6th April, Me and my friend followed all the steps to avail the benefit, we were charged for every message and we forwarded multiple messages as per the process, but still no money has been credited and above that nobody listens to us....

Worst Product Service ever

Forceful Debit from Account

Poor service from TataSky

On March 24 2013, on switching on my TV I found that my TataSky+ HD connection was malfunctioning. So I called the helpline on the 24th, in the evening. I explained the problem and I was told that it was a software problem and therefore, a technician will be sent the next day to set things right. I was told that the technician will come home at about 10:00 am on the 25th.
