Hi,
So for I pay Rs 155 for base pack and Rs.100 watching HD channels, total it cost Rs.255.
Now with this amount I can view only 5 HD channels. When I called TATA sky Customer care, they said, as per customer convenient we made HD access. I’m not understanding which customer says or request for fewer channels for more money. It looks. Who ever called TATA sky help line they says as per customer request they did this. Is it believable that customer request to increase the cost from Rs.255 to Rs.500 to watch all HD channels?
TATA SKY is cheating the customers.
Please suggest the friends and relatives don’t buy TATA SKY.
