False advertising and wrongly selling product

I am a Tata Sky customer since the time tata sky is launched in mumbai approx since 5 years.

At the time of purchase on yearly Mega Package every year the executive tells us that since you are a Mega Package subscriber I wont be charged for any repair works like visit fees replacing the set top box. I will only be charged for the Connector if that gets spoiled.

not installing

Downtime

I have raised request about the downtime since yesterday morning on my new connection taken just three days back.
As per customer care officer engineer will come today (15 nov) at 10:00 AM, but when nobody turned up till 1 PM then
I re-called customer care they said that we will send engineer at 4 PM but still noone come to resolve the same.

Got Tata Sky installed, was committed to be activated in one hrs time but its about more than 12 hrs its not working. I spoke to the Tata sky customer care couple of times but they say it will take another 24 hrs time. Pathetic services for the company. Strongly dissatisfied.

Installation not done

On 10th nov 2012 I made an online payment for a HD connection of Rs 5410. At that time I was told that the installation would be done in 24 hours. However today eod 12th nov and after 6 followup calls the representatives have been unable to give me a response on when and if the installation would be done. NO RESPONSE TO COMPLAINT

I have been a customer of TATA sky for past 4 years taking their most expensive package fortunately I did not have any complaint .One of my set top boxes stopped working 10 days back and I filed a complaint with the Call center and a net complaint the work order number 1-[protected] dated 04 Nov 2012 has not yet been addressed .The govt make digitization compulsory but God only can help the customers as you are totally dependent on the service...

Asking money to change the Setup Box

I have taken the Tata Sky 5 year back. Now set up have some prb. I have registered the complaint with tata sky. People came and ask me for 1000 to change the set up box. when i spoke to company and they too ask for the same.

as per me set up box is tata sky reprehensibility so if anything happen then they shld repair or change at their end.

Activation Charges Reduced

Respected Sir,

I just bought two tatasky+hd and paid Rs13000 for the set-top boxes and your company people reduced my account balance now its in negative and when i asked y did u guys reduced my balance there where like we reduced ur activation charges n but the charges are already included in the payment that i made.

It has been two weeks since my complain got registered but no action took place n ur customer...

If you can't provide us HD in the next 24 hours, return our money

Our subscriber ID is [protected] and we have raised an up gradation request on the 2nd of November, 2012 and we have been hearing from Tata Sky that there is a technical problem on my Set-top box and they will not be able to upgrade the box from a normal set-top box which i bought from Tata Sky.

Now my problem is unique to Tata Sky. I have 2 set-top boxes that i have purchased from Tata Sky. One in 2007 and the other in 2010-11....

Not installing the dish

addition of a channel without any reason
