I have been made to around in circle for the last One and Half MONTHS day, because of wrong information given by the Customer Care staff - Nikita.
I had contacted your Customer Care number on the 18th Dec 2012 @ PH [protected] and talked to Nikita after putting my registered phone number. I wanted to recharge my account along with the sub connection that I have, for ONE YEAR, and was confirmed by the total amount to be paid after adjusting the credit was RS. 5,107.00.
As I was not near the set top box so I asked her to give me my Subscriber No., which she told me was " [protected]" and so I got the account recharged with the amount of Rs. 5,107.00, but when I did not get any confirmation and neither did the account on the TV show the credit balance and called your Customer Care centre and talked to Sherry and told her the problem. She informed that the Subscriber No. given was WRONG and the CORRECT ONE was "[protected]".
I asked her as to what I should do now, she informed me that all that I have to do is go back to the vendor and tell him the problem and he would and he would change it and credit my account.
On approaching the vendor ( BBM Telecom - Ro Code : [protected] ) he said he can't do it and I would have to send a sms to [protected] and then they would contact me and see how this credit would be changed to my account. I have already done this but no one has called YET.
For ONE MISTAKE on part of Nikita, I have been going around in circle. I can't understand WHY DO YOU KEEP SUCH UNQUALIFIED STAFF who can't even give the right Subscriber No.. Would request you to TAKE OUT SUCH STAFF.
Please tell me what to do NOW.

I have been continuously calling about this matter for the last 40 day but have neither got the recharge or the amount of Rs. 5,107 back.
I have been Emailing to their help desk - [protected]@tatasky.com and also to Mr. Harit Nagpal ( CEO, Tata Sky) - [protected]@tatasky.com (who is too busy to help or respond to customers) but to no avail.
Tata Sky on the 01st Jan 2013 CONFIRMED vide email that the same has been returned to Oxigen Company ( the recharge was done thru a Oxigen Dealer) Transaction Id:TX[protected] at 03/01/2013 05:45:58 PM, but Oxigen Company ( their Complain No.[protected] say that Tata Sky has send a message to them stating that " Customer has used the Money" so NO REFUND DUE and on top of it Tata Sky keeps on charging on a Daily basis from the balance which was already with them.
I don't know what to do.

My Tata Sky ID is [protected], I am using Tata Sky service since 5 years
My request/problem is that since We are residents of Gujarat State obviously we would prefer to watch the Gujarati Channels.
Ofcourse Tata sky provides us E Tv Guajarati, TV9 Guajarati and GSTV to view but our main gujarati channel DD Girnar which Tatasky should broadcast we cant see it in full screen.Tata sky provides us DD Gujarati in very small screen (active door darshan) which we can not see as other channels.
As per norms of Broadcasting Department of India TATA sky should broad cast the DD Girnar in full screen.
In this matter I frequently requested and gave complaint to TATA sky customer care but till date no action taken from TATA Sky in this matter.
After all we have right to see our regional channel DD Girnar to see in full screen.
Waiting for earlier response in the matter.
