I wish to bring to your kind notice that, I have got the Tata Sky Connection recently(1.5 month ago).
Due to construction work on the top floor of my building, I had to get my antenna relocated on the same building.


I am pained to draw your attention to the lapse committed by executives and technicians of TATA SKY.


The details are as follows:
Date:02-Feb-13
Work Order/Request:[protected]
Technician: Ranjan CS
Issue: Technician left without relocation due to absence of Electricity and Rs. 175 deducted on 5-Feb-2013 without service accomplishment.

Date: 05-Feb-13
Work Order: [protected]
Technician: Anil Kumar an Inexperienced Technician did many experiment and relocated the antenna with no signal. Rs. 225 deducted on 7-Feb-2013 without service accomplishment.

Date: 09-Feb-13
Work Order: [protected]/[protected]
Issue: Technician "Praveen" checked the antenna and told that the antenna has been fixed at wrong place, so not getting signal and he won't correct if because company would not pay him. Then I talked to Senior Executive "Pavithra A". Then the relocation was done in the same building at proper place.

I was told by the associate and the senior executive that Rs. 175 will be credited to my account within 2 days.
on 10-Feb-13--I recharged my account with Rs. 300 and got only Rs. 33 in my account.


I have called almost 30 times to Customer Care, and only work-order and Request number is provided. it is indeed sad that department of TATA SKY has turned a deaf ear to our complaint followed by several reminders. I am being harassed by the inaction of the guys of TATA SKY for 12 days and getting a lot of messages on my TV screen and Mobile which is quite irritating.


So far, I have talked to 4 Senior Executives of TATA SKY named Vivek, Sumit etc. but only false promises are provided rather than the complete solution.

I am quite hopeful that you will take a prompt action and oblige.

Tata Sky — NO REFUND OPTION

I have been a tataksky customer for more than two years now. Recently i purchased a LED tv and hence wanted to upgrade the existing tatasky connection to a Tatasky HD connection. When i contacted the tatasky helpline i was told that there is no such option of any upgraded. I will have to purchase a new tatasky HD connection for Rs 2599/- and also that these HD boxes are currenlty not available got to wait( not sure how long). On further request I was told that it is possible to get a quicker connection but at a premium which come to Rs. 2900. Since this looked quite shady i choose to cancel the exisitng connection and go in a new one from Airtel which worked out much cheaper. This is when i found out that tatasky never had a cancellation policy. I had paid a credit of Rs 700 for my future monthy subscription and was informed that this also cannot be refunded as they had no such ways to do it. Can you please let me know when how to get this refunded.

    Hi ,

    I had bought the TATA SKY connection in January. the Sales executive from TATA Sky informed me that I need to pay Rs.2939/- only that will include the installation charges for 2 TV, 2 set top box and it will also include 1 month of subscription of Rs. 360 for both the TVs. on 28th Jan 2013 the installation engineer came and installed the TATA Sky an informed me that the total cable used is 42 m out of which 20 mtr is provided by the company free of cost for 2 TV. so it means i need to pay for 22m of wire.

    On 30th JAn 2013 I received a message from Customer care that I need to recharge my connection due to low balance. On the same day I made a monthly recharge of 414 Rs (Grand Super Sports Pack). then again I received a message that my subscription will expire on 8th Feb 2013. Ideally it should expire after 1 month.

    In this context i contacted customer care on 2nd Feb 2013, and the executive told me tht 110m of extra wire is used so we have deducted the 500rs from your recharge value. I asked the executive how is possible that 110m of wire can be used. She raised a complaint and i recived call from 3 engineers on 3rd Feb 2013. the installation guy named gaurav confirmed me that 42m wire is used at my place. Then another engineer called me and told me that 70m wire is used so we have deducted 500 rs. I asked all of them to come at my place and measure the wire and update me and in the workorder of TATA Sky that correct amount of wire used. they confirmed me that they will come on 4th feb 2013 at 5PM. But nobody turned up.

    Regarding this when I again made a call to customer care to inquire by when the engineer will come then he gave me another reason for deduction of amount that these are the installation charges for the second TV. I told him that your sales executive took Rs. 2939 from me in form of cheque and said that this includes installation charges and 1 month subscription charges for both the TV then he said that then you can contact that sales executive and don't ask us.

    I request you to please take this complaint on TOP priority as they engineers from TATA Sy are not able to resolve it and give me the exact reason for deduction of amount.

    TataSky — Deduction of amount

    I have already complained to Tatasky custmor care regarding deduction my amount from my account. i had 200 Rs balance then i have decided to take one Life style gold pack on charge of 30 Rs/Month. and but not yet completed one month also and they have deducted my 195 Rs and at present my account balance is 5 Rs.
    Even though they have told me that our headquaters persone will talk to you but still nobody called me otherwise notyet solved my problem
    please do need ful

    Tata Sky — Un necessary charges imposed

    Complaint - I would hereby like to "complaint" about the Tata Sky connection Service.

    I have taken connection since last 6 months. Due to some Contruction-Work in the house i was not using the connection since last 3 months.

    Today i have called the technician from TataSky to do the necessary repair for the Signal-Issue to make it working again. They have done the software reset and it is working now. He has also replaced the STB connector(costing 10Rs)

    The problem is - the technician has told me that this will be charged on my account for Rs350 - which is not justified.

    Please look into this and let me know - why changing a small connector would be charged on me for Rs 350.

    Also let me know the complaint number.

    Since you are in the warranty period charges should not be implied to the STB but since there has been a upgrade in software and an external component as a connector has been added to the STB there might be minimal charges connect to CC to find dretails of technician visit.

      Hello Sir,
      My Subscription ID is [protected]. I subscribed a H.D annual package on 06-March-2012. The service was good before launching of new rule by TATA SKY for H.D channels. During taking of H.D connections- Normal package & HD package was independent, but with new rule they have merged HD Channel with the normal package.
      Now they stopped 4 HD channel saying- these channel has not been added in your basic package if you want to view it you need to recharge it, while the rule should not get altered before ending date of old subscription.
      The same issues I had faced during the launching of this new rule, so I made more than 50 calls to TATA SKY and finally they credited some amount to my ID.
      Again I am facing same issues I called once to Customer Care but they did not respond well...Please help me !!

        I have a TATA SKY connection. My subscriber ID is[protected]. Today i.e. on Thursday dated 31st Jan2013 @13.57,I received a call from mobile no. [protected] saying that he is calling from TATA SKY and a free activation of cartoon channel and cricket channel will be made available from TATA SKY to my connection which will be free of cost.But then immediately I received SMS from TATA SKY that they are deducting amount and the next recharge will be of Rs.310/- i.e. Rs. 65/- higher than my usual pack (Rs.245/-). I am surprised that a company having a reput of TATA group can cheat customer by giving partial information. I request concern ministry to kindly look into the matter and protect customers from such type of frauds and cheating. At the same time I request TATA SKY to stop such cheap way of making money or otherwise there will be no difference between other companies and TATA brand and we have to disconnect the services of TATA SKY.

        I once faced an issue where I paid for the package amount but my account was de-activated. I too had complained on forums providing my subscriber id and was glad that Tata Sky’s customercare personnel got in touch with me.They already knew my nature of problem and instantly took the necessary steps to activate my account. Since, you too have shared your subscriber id I am sure Tata Sky’s team have got in touch with you and resolved your issue.

          I have been made to around in circle for the last One and Half MONTHS day, because of wrong information given by the Customer Care staff - Nikita.

          I had contacted your Customer Care number on the 18th Dec 2012 @ PH [protected] and talked to Nikita after putting my registered phone number. I wanted to recharge my account along with the sub connection that I have, for ONE YEAR, and was confirmed by the total amount to be paid after adjusting the credit was RS. 5,107.00.

          As I was not near the set top box so I asked her to give me my Subscriber No., which she told me was " [protected]" and so I got the account recharged with the amount of Rs. 5,107.00, but when I did not get any confirmation and neither did the account on the TV show the credit balance and called your Customer Care centre and talked to Sherry and told her the problem. She informed that the Subscriber No. given was WRONG and the CORRECT ONE was "[protected]".

          I asked her as to what I should do now, she informed me that all that I have to do is go back to the vendor and tell him the problem and he would and he would change it and credit my account.

          On approaching the vendor ( BBM Telecom - Ro Code : [protected] ) he said he can't do it and I would have to send a sms to [protected] and then they would contact me and see how this credit would be changed to my account. I have already done this but no one has called YET.

          For ONE MISTAKE on part of Nikita, I have been going around in circle. I can't understand WHY DO YOU KEEP SUCH UNQUALIFIED STAFF who can't even give the right Subscriber No.. Would request you to TAKE OUT SUCH STAFF.

          Please tell me what to do NOW.

          The details of the Recharge is as follows :

          Subscriber No. : [protected] . ( WHICH IS WRONG SHOULD HAVE BEEN [protected])

          I have been continuously calling about this matter for the last 40 day but have neither got the recharge or the amount of Rs. 5,107 back.
          I have been Emailing to their help desk - [protected]@tatasky.com and also to Mr. Harit Nagpal ( CEO, Tata Sky) - [protected]@tatasky.com (who is too busy to help or respond to customers) but to no avail.

          Tata Sky on the 01st Jan 2013 CONFIRMED vide email that the same has been returned to Oxigen Company ( the recharge was done thru a Oxigen Dealer) Transaction Id:TX[protected] at 03/01/2013 05:45:58 PM, but Oxigen Company ( their Complain No.[protected] say that Tata Sky has send a message to them stating that " Customer has used the Money" so NO REFUND DUE and on top of it Tata Sky keeps on charging on a Daily basis from the balance which was already with them.
          I don't know what to do.

            Popular free to air channels like Sri Shankara and SVBC are not available in full screen. This is causing a great inconvenience to my elderly parents who are used to watching these channels for a long hours. The small screen mode in which these channels are shown is a real strain on their eyes.
            Tata Sky never said that these channels will NOT available in full screen mode.

              My Tata Sky subscriber ID is [protected]. I recharged my account with Rs. 1500 on 21/01/2013 (Monday). The next day 22/01/2013 (Tuesday), I get a message saying my balance is Rs. 196 and new package has been activated. As I had not asked for any changes in my package, I called the Tata Sky call centre. They told me that someone from Tata Sky had called me and asked me to opt for a semi-annual package, the changes had been made. I immediately told them that it was untrue as I had not received any calls from Tata Sky. I also told them that I had never wanted the semi-annual package and the I had recharged the account as I was shifting to a new house. They took my complaint (1-[protected]) and told me that as it was a mistake, my money would be refunded within 24 hours. But more than 24 hours later, I find that my money still has not been refunded. I called the call centre again and the person on the other end claimed that someone had tried to call me. But I had not received any calls once again. He said it will take another 24 hours and someone will call and clarify about the mess.

              When the problem has occurred from their end, what is the need to call me? And when the company assured me that the problem would get rectified within 24 hours, I believed them. The company has caused me a lot of stress for no fault of mine. The call centre people are vague about the time when they say someone will call me. I want the money to be refunded quickly into my account.

              They have deducted the money without my permission based on some false records. They have changed my package without informing me and there does not seem to be any response or responsibility from their side. If I had known Tata Sky was going to be so bad, I would not have recharged with such an amount and would have definitely switched to another service provider.

              I am disgusted with the callous attitude with which Tata Sky treats its subscribers. I want the money to be refunded and stern action taken against the people who have been responsible for this mess.

                Sir,

                Even after more then a month when requested for sudarshan news channel, not getting any response from tatasky team.

                People from tatasky team, when I called, arguing that there is no demand for this cannel!!! Then why others like Big TV, dish TV, vedeocon etc are providing? When other dish are providing the same then why Tata SKY can't?

                This channel is true Indian news channel and Indian brand like TATA must support this channel.

                For me it's easy to shift to other dish but I am the customer that proud to be associate with Indian brand like TATA and it would be highly admirable if Tata-sky also considers my request.

                yes that is true TATA SKY should provide, hope so i heard even sudarshan is free to air,
                or you may switch to videocan, it also Indian company i think, and you know what TATA is Indian company and SKY is American company so tatasky is half Indian company. :P

                In my connection also, tatasky channel is stopped since last 10 days and is not telecasted even after complaint made. The channel started working when tatasky engineer visited (charged Rs 175/- ). But after 1 hour he went, the channel telecasting stopped again.

                  On 9/01/2013, we were not receiving the Tata Sky channels. Raised a complaint for the same. Gave them call every two hours. Everytime they told, some one will come and address the issue. But no one turned up. Moreover they have closed the issue and have charged around Rs.250/- as Service charges! This is disgusting.. I need the refund of the money, as well as any compensation for unnecessarily torturing the subscribers, in the times of need.

                    In April 2012 when you first introduced the HD channels we changed to HD Box. after a month I couldnt see the HD channels which the screen said we need to recharge... So I never bothered to call and recharge as i did not feel the need for paying an extra 90 INR.

                    But when I checked my statement in December i realised that you had been charging me from the month of april until now for viewing these channels which Tata Sky never showed me.

                    I need my refund back please... for all the months that you have deducted the money from... it is just not fair how can you charge me but the screen shows you need to recharge.....
                    My tata sky ID iss [protected]... please deal with this and dont cheat ... i have been using Tata Sky from the UK and have never experienced such issues before so kindly check my records and you would have never ever found my complaints against yourselves... please deal with this and refund my money at the earliest ...

                      I was under the false impression Tata signed up with the giant, Sky and Rupert Murdoch along with the reputation of many was difficult to fault. Rupert Murdoch is a cheating old fogy already in the dock over phontapping and an intrument to the death of a young woman. An uneducated man India took a shine to married to a Chinese woman fit to be his grand daughter and made millions form the Sun newspaper printing naked women. My setbox became faulty and there was no sound reception. Not only did it eat away my money but they did not keep their appointments without apologies. Then two people came with another box I agreed to pay the 140Rs call out charge but the fault was theirs not my television. I topped up and another 300 was charged the box was replaced with another old box which also has faulty sound reception.

                        Dear Sir/Madam

                        My tata sky is not working for the last 3-4 days. I had called the Tata sky official and I was informed that it would be fixed within 24 hours. Somebody from tata sky called and was told that they would come and fix. No body came and I again called to check the status. I was told that the cable is not functional in 64 flats and would be fixed in the moring. We checked with our neighbors and their tata sky was functional. I again called and told them that your people are telling lies and all the tata sky connections are operational. I was told they would fix within 24 hours. I again requested that we are senior citizen and due to the severe cold can move out of the house so please have fixed on the proritory. No thing happened. I called them agin today about 2.00 pm to ask the status. They told me that he would look into this.

                        We are dedicated cumstomers for Tata sky and tataa is known for their service. Therefore I would request that immediate action should be taken to fix this proble.

                          I have a TATA SKY DTH connection (User ID- [protected]), I had paid Rs.400 through online on evening of 03.01.2013 while the monthly recharge was being due on midnight of 03.01.2013. In spite of payment made in time, the service is being unavailable upto the evening of 04.01.2013. I have tried many times to contact helpline but no call recevied by customer care. At evening of 04.01.2013, I attend a call from tata sky helpline. She told me that my payment will be returned within two- three days and you have to pay an another payment for recharge. I recharge my account again for Rs.400/-.on 04.01.2013 but bonus of Rs.15 is not received. So, you are requested to provide me bonus of Rs.15 etc because this is fault at TATA SKY level.

                            I received the letter from Tata sky dated 17 Dec 2012 on 25 of December 2012.

                            Its says that they are expanding the network and may soon have space allotted on an additional satellite. With the successful launch of GSAT 10 satellite , Tata Sky is going for several new channels as and when the space on the satellite is allotted to Tata Sky.

                            On time of installation of Tata Sky HD Plus I had opted for Splitter as I had concealed wiring. The installer said that it is ok as the signal strength is good and we can continue with is and later when you do the house work you can get the new wiring installed.

                            Due to the splitter the new channels added in the new satellite, I won’t be able to view unless the set top box is directly connected wired to the dish antenna / our network without splitter.

                            In the letter Tata sky is stating that if I want to avail the complimentary upgrade of installing the additional wire which is free with every HD set top box, I have to get it installed before 31 Dec 2012. Post 31 Dec 2012 charges may vary from Rs 600 to Rs 2500 depending on the equipment.

                            I agree with the new Satellite connection but fail to understand how can I get the work of concealed wiring done in 3 to 4 days. On buying they say, I being the premium customer can get the wiring done later when the house is getting renovated.

                            I disagree with this letter and would ask Tata Sky higher Management take part in the vigorous decision taken with such short notice.

                            Tata Sky — product not installed

                            i'm presently staying in ahmednagar maharashtra. i showd some interset in purchasing the tata sky digital tv. so i called up on there customer care number. there they told me that the service engineer will come home with the product n install the same within 24 hours.i waited for 3 days n then called them again.then they told me that my request of installation was never filed so i filed another request still there was no response. thinking that tata sky is a very trusted company who take care of their customers very well, i went to a dealer n bought tatasky. the dealer told us that a service engineer will come n install the product within 24 hours. now here i am spent so much money in buying the product which is lying in my store still waiting for the service engineer who hasnt come yet to install it. i dont know what to do now. i made a big mistake of buyin TATA SKY instead i should have bought dish tv or airtel. i'm sure they would have been better in their sevices. looking forward for sggestion from you. hope it'll help solve the problem

                            tata sky + — not getting product on time

                            i have ordered tata sky + on 20.10.2009 we have not got any feeddback after the date of order, its my request to send feedback of my queries regarding it.

                            Where did you purchase your STB from was it from a local dealer or an authorized store? It seems that you have made an order during the offer period to avail the offer, good move taken there. Do you have a recipt no. of your order. If yes then contact the CC send your details of purchase and they will look into the matter thoroughly for the reason of non-delivery.
                            iam FSC from rayalaseema area.tataky to bad service our area.boz here ISP's not giving money to FSC's.we belive tataky company but we are missing our job.

                            TataSky — Text Advertise on other channels

                            To TataSky,
                            My subscriber ID is [protected]. You have started showing Text advertise of new channels over the other channels which is very irritating.
                            Please stop showing your advertise on standard channels for which we have paid. If you want to inform the users you can show it on Showcase or when user put on the TataSky.
                            If you keep showing such advertise, there is no point to continue your services.

                            Please follow good practices and improve user experience.

                              It is most unfortunate that over the last 3 years that I have been a Tata Sky subscriber, I have noticed the programmes and choices of English Channels offered are becoming less than 2nd rate! Constants repeats in a day, week month. No professionalism. Series seem to terminate without notice. Very few current English popular series apart from the Music and Dance shows which mainly attract a younger audience. Further more I have very litte choice. I would pay for additional channels if I had the choice, but I don't even have that. Pathetic. So if there is another Cable company that I can subscribe to pls. let me know as I have become increasingly dissapointed with Tata Sky. They may have an excellent Call Centre but need to pay more attention to their programming.

                                The subscription package purchased included Cleartrip voucher of INR 525/- for booking against domestic or international air tickets and valid on bookings made before 30.11.2012. However, when I was trying to book the flight on 28.11.2012 and faced an error ('the coupon not valid or already used'), the customer care executive came out with reasons ranging from 'it is not available for international bookings' to 'it is not available on return tickets'. I sent him a print of screen from his own website with details of offer. He admitted the mistake.

                                I asked for the refund of voucher amount instead of any extension in validity of voucher as a compensation to already caused inconvenience. However, till date neither extension nor refund has been provided to me. I hereby claim a compensation for the inconvenience caused to the extent of INR 50,000/-.

                                  Sir, I am a customer of Tata sky since year 2006. I have opted there mega pack of Rs.6000/- annum. This package provides all channels available on Tata sky.Now the charges has been increased to Rs.6800/-This tata sky is looting customers by charging high amount with showing attractive schemes like free showcase movie, free maintenance etc. Basically, this annual pack is useless and not understood. If somebody wants to go for other economy pack, the cost will be equal to mega pack in calculation by paying extra charges for desired channels. However, it is a jugglery as how to make fool to customer. Thanks tatasky.

                                  Tata Sky — A helpless Customer

                                  dear sir,

                                  its been more than a week now that i have purchased a TATASKY D2H from one of your authorized dealer (Kaushik enterprises Malad), at the time of making the payment (Rs 1650) to the dealer i was promised that installation of my d2h will be done in next 3 Hours time but since that i am only making calls to tatasky helpdesk but that has also gone in vain as none of the promises made to me by the Customer Service team is fulfilled.

                                  I have called your tatasky helpdesk team more than 20 times but its seems that no one is bothered to help me, Request you to kindly help me in this regard.

                                  Sir, Tatysky will not reply on the above issue that I know.Tata sky is simply fooling their customers. Charges of this company are very high.Further, the amount charging for multi room package is also not justified.

                                  Sir, Sorry to disturb the team of hopeless tata sky. I am not getting proper signals in one of HD setup box due to unknown reason. Your engineer has visited at my place and replaced the dish antina but the defect is still there. As per the engineer, the HD box has to be replaced. Accordingly, I am waiting for the HD Box. But no one has turned up till date Customer care has no option to say these words as usual "Setup box abhi stock main nahin hai".
                                  This is not a new thing as I had faced the same problem last year also. At that time, Boxes were also not available.The poor tata sky never keep the stock of Setup boxes.Thanks tatasky for hopeless service and poor quality of boxes.

                                  I am disappointed with the service provided by Tata sky. The problem is unsolved since channel are disturbed badly
                                  No action has since been taken up till now to rectify the dish. The HD and some other channels are disturbed as need to be
                                  rectified. Tata sky concerned staff are simply fooling customers by giving time schedule. No proper service is being provided within schedule.

                                  However, there is no system to tackle the situation by the tata sky technicians. They are taking work very casually and unable to solve the problem. Hopeless service. I will not recommend any one to go for tata sky as fresh connection. The after sale service of tata sky is very poor.

                                    TATA SKY COMPLAINT - No Signal Issue
                                    Subject: Refer my subscriber ID : [protected] (No signal issue since 10.12.12 and non professional attitude of the staff ).
                                    Customer care are not taking care of consumers issues. Every time calling to customer care they have said my engineer will come to your home and you have to pay Rs 125.
                                    How can it possible for me to pay Rs 125, 2-3 times in a month.
                                    I am using tata sky connection around 2 years. These 2 years are very frustrating and worst for me because of - No Signal Issue, non professional attitude of the tata sky associates even they are cutting my phone.
                                    Tata Sky is providing very bad service. They are scheduling for visit but no one has come till date.
                                    What type of customer care cell your company operates, where customer keeps on calling and no one ready to hear his problem or even bothered to call back ?
                                    In this particular case I am feeling helpless as I can’t correct the problem without company’s support or help. I am bound to bring this case to your notice so that you also become aware how people under you are managing consumer’s day to day issue.
                                    I really feel sad that this problem has reached to this level and I am bound to write such complaints to senior management of the company.

                                      Dear Sir/Madam,
                                      I am Himanshu Kanthaliya residing in Borivali (W) of Mumbai. My Tata Sky is [protected] and was working properly until one day (9th Dec 2012) some technical problem arised and it stopped working and my account balance got dducted automatically. It was continuously showing NO SIGNAL on my TV screen. I contacted customer center and an executive came at my place and repaired the line. I was told that i wont get charged for this thing because there was a problem in the connecter of the cable and all the residents of the building share 1 big disc installed on the terrace. But still i got charged with Rs.125/- that got deducted from my account the very same day.
                                      After 2 days (11th Dec 2012) it again stopped working. I called the same executive but he is not bothered to receive the calls or respond to my messages. I again contacted customer service depptt and explained them the whole situation but the are not able to understand even HINDI language as all these people are Hyderabadi. They cant even speak English nor Hindi properly.
                                      Kindly intervene the matter regarding the false charges, rude behaviour, false promises and mental harrasment. I will be very thankful to you.

                                        Hi,
                                        I was using Tatasky connection since 2007 with subscription ID- [protected]. On dated 1st dec. 2012, I faced problem with my set top box. It was not able to receive DTH connection but rest all functionality in the settop box was working fine. I called to customer service desk and log a complaint for the same. When their service engineer has visited he asked me to replace my set top box with new set top box without investigating any issue in my set top box. He informed me that the new set top box is available in 990 rs which will be deducted from my account . The reason given for replacement of set top box is - since my connection 5 year old and as per company policy I need to purchase a new set top box by paying 990 rs also there is no other option available for me.
                                        I again called to customer service box asd inform them that the new connection is available in market ny paying 1400 rs with lots of other benefits instead of paying 990 for new set top box so i would like to go for this is the reason i would like to cancel my tatasky subscription also i have asked to refund my advance balance of rs 256 which was present in my account.
                                        The customer service executive has refuse to do so and given me reason that as per their company policy they cannot refund my advance balance which i had paid to them as my monthly service and was present in my account on dated 1st dec. 2012.
                                        I have mailed them 5 time on [protected]@tatasky.com but i did not got any response from their end except the confirmation mail.
                                        I have raised the complaint again on dated 3rd Dec with reference number 1-[protected] but i have got the same remark . Even I have talked to them on 4th, 5th and today i.e. 6th on call but they are continuously refusing to cancel my account and also not ready to refund my balance amount the excuse they are giving is ""AS per Company Policy , They Cannot refund my advance balance"

                                        Through you I would like to file a complaint against tatasky, its a clear case of cheating the customer, If I am not using their services and willing to opt out from their services and paid something in advance then Why I am not entitle get my advance back if i am ending my services with mutual consent.
