I paid entire amount on 20th Oct'12 and till date my service is not activate

On 23rd Oct'12 i was requested no.1-[protected] and it was cancelled without any intimation to me

On 25th Oct'12 second request no.1-[protected] for the same i recd sms as on 26th Oct'12 at 3 pm my time is schedule as one engineer is coming but still no reply

I lost 2 nuts so i told i am ready to...

Cancellation of HD services

Unethical Service

I had modified my channel packs on 06/10/2012,Dhamal Mix & HD pack.
Till 08/10/2012 all channel were ok as per the pack, but on 8th some HD channels are disappeared.
On asking to call center they told HD pack is closed. How come, how they close the pack which I just had activated two days before.
He/She also told that I can see only those channels in HD which are available in SD pack, surprising where the sense is...

Relocation
