Two days back I got the subscription to TATA SKY DTH Services (subscription ID # [protected]) and since then I have been calling them and getting misleaded by all the wrong information from customer care representatives.
Seems that all the liars are sitting in customer care department of TATA SKY
1. Intially at the time of subcription , they told that first month subscription will be free and it will include all the channels . But now when I see what they activated ,there are lot of channels which are missing and when I enquired , they said "Sir its not part of your package, you will have to pay for them".
2. I called customer care and asked one channel TEN CRICKET to add to my package, he replied "Sir it wil be activated with in 15 mins". After 7 hrs gets passed , when nothing got activated I called them up again , this time I got another reply " Sir , it was not activated , your account does not have enough balance"
3. I paid for the HD Box and HD channels not activated so far. It has been more than 48 hours , I have been calling them at least 3-4 times a day, every time i get the Diffreent replies.

"SIR , it takes time for HD channels to get activated, Please wait "
I will not recommend anyone to go for TATA SKY, they have got the worst quality of service.
Tata Sky (DTH) — digicomp not working

I am a TATA SKY customer at vaishali GZB(DelhiNCR) and my customer ID is [protected]. I am the custemer of tata sky since last three year. Since last 4-5 days my digicamp is not workinking . I made around 15calls to tatasky customer care but they kept on telling "it will be done by today" and at the end of day they used to tell "The digicamp are not avilable"..and story repeats everyt-day. There is a BIG gap in comm between customer & engg department due to which customers are having bad time. it is the worst service I ever had in my life time. Thanks to TATASKY for showing hieghts of irresponsibility and not communicating well to customers. I have learnt a lot from your pathetic service. I a,m missing every programm and news this is the only source of entetanment to me :(. It is a mental tourcher for the customer and BIG harassement.
