Please look into this matter.

Signal Problem during Monsoon

It is indeed very annoying. Even during a light rain, the signal goes off and it takes quite some time to come back. Most of the time signals will not automatically you needs to re start your digicom every time. Biggest pain is that Tata Sky reports maximum loss of signal, even with light showers, while the others DTH tend to perform in the heaviest of showers (as compared with the Airtel DTH connection with my neighbour). Fooling with hidden charges

My tata sky ID is[protected].

We have taken the tata sky connection from past two years, but to our disguise this is the 4th set up box we have changed.

They are providing the used setup box without sealed packet which was used before and repaired. To our surprised they are aslo chargind us for the replacement of set upbos along with the service tax.

When called the customer care there is nobody...

No Service/No Signal

I am using tata sky since last 6 months. And I have been facing continuous problem of poor signal.
I was foxed by the foolish commercials and purchased tata sky and now perishing.
Tata sky may be good provided 1) clear sky, 2) no rain, 3) dish located at higher place 4) no moving object close to the dish. I feel cheated by using tata sky. HD channels are out of question many a times i am not able to watch regular channels. Now...

Pathetic service by TATA SKY……..Horrible

not attending my complaint

no response for complaint

I am a user of the tata sky services for the past one year. I am very dissatisfied with your services since 29th May 2012.
it is giving a issue of no signal.
the complained is launched on 2nd june and till date the complaint is not resolved.
The service vendor give missed call to customers and report back saying that customer is not receiving the call.

Tata sky hd + complaint not attended due to lack of technical persons

first complaint logged on 12th june 2012.
Further repeated calls upto 18th june 2012, no action has been taken.
Yearly subscription was taken by me rs. 6000/ And hence I got neglected, I feel.

Everyday new complaint numbers but no response to rectify the problem.

Highly irresponsible in their act...

Deficiency in service

Since last 10 days there is a urgent payment reminder in the middle of my screen due to that i am unable to watch television although i have sufficient balance.
