From last 8 days In my Tv message is showing for urgent payment as I have recharged my Tata sky account ,I have called your call center many times about this problem from 18june to 21june, every time they say one thing only that the message will go within 30 minutes, but every time I check my TV the after 30 minutes the message is still there. So I request u i[censored] kindly look at this matter and solve my problem soon

      From last five days i can not view some of hindi news,some of knowledge channel,few music channel.I PERSONALLY CALL TO TATASKY customer care but no one of them attend my complaint till today.every day i call they used to say "sir by today we will attend you" but no one come.please help me.
      You can address your complaint to tata sky’s official handle @tatasky. They will check why you are unable to view channels. I once faced an issue where I paid for the package amount but my account was de-activated. I tweeted regarding this complaint and tata sky immediately responded to my tweet. All I had to do is submit my subscriber ID. The customer service team instantly gave a callback and my account was activated. I suggest you too should provide your subscriber ID either here or tweet regarding your issue with this complaint link. I am sure they will look into your matter and send a technician asap.

        Hi Tata Sky ,

        I am a user of the tata sky services for the past one year. I am very dissatisfied with your services since 29th May 2012.
        it is giving a issue of no signal.
        the complained is launched on 2nd june and till date the complaint is not resolved.
        The service vendor give missed call to customers and report back saying that customer is not receiving the call.
        if the person visits the person is not well equipped to resolve the complaint.
        there is no follow-up and not update provided.

        It is me who has been continuously following up but it just a waste of time

        Tata Sky services are getting worst day by day..

        Sadly spoiling the TATA brand image..

          Tata sky hd + complaint not attended due to lack of technical persons

          first complaint logged on 12th june 2012.
          Further repeated calls upto 18th june 2012, no action has been taken.
          Yearly subscription was taken by me rs. 6000/ And hence I got neglected, I feel.

          Everyday new complaint numbers but no response to rectify the problem.

          Highly irresponsible in their act

          Presently I am unable to watch TATASKY from the day (26/05/09) cyclone hit Kolkata.Few days may be 29/05/09 back I contacted their Kolkata helpline many times. A technical person was supposed to contact/visit me but nobody has attended the comlaint till date.My Sub. ID is [protected].registered in the name of Shyamal Chakraborty. please help

          My subscription WO Number is : 1.[protected] and the request has been scheduled at[protected] at 09:00:00 and the service engineer is [protected].
          The problem is that your engineer insists that he has been appointed somewhere else by the office and inspite of this he has a manner of a gonda like behaviour .I sTata not responsiblke for the employment of such holligans.I therefore request you to take action against your said engineer who bears this mobile number, which will ruin the Goodwill of the company.

          I disagree to this as i am a customer of tatasky from past 3 n half years and i have not faced any such things till now...

It occur’s sometime that these dodgy dealers take consumers lightly on account of which the company and consumers both have to suffer.             I am Arun I recharge a Tata Sky DTH [protected] of My friend from recharge it now.com on Order Number: R[protected] on 13.06.2012 the transaction ID 62226272 , the amount of 100 rupees debit from my UCO Bank account but the Transaction Status Failure then I try to again recharge in same tata sky dth ID [protected] but again the recharge transaction Status Failure the second order Id R[protected] transaction ID 62232174 amount Rs.100 debit from my UCO Bank account that recharge is not successful with recharge it now.com. & I loss of my money (100+100)= Rs.200/- so I submit all details please take necessary action. i trust u sir need your help

            TATA SKY DTH — Recharge of tata sky dth failed

            my tatasky dth recharge done on 08/02/2011 at 7:15 pm Rs.200/- throgh Rechage it now.com tran id=19925726, tatasky id =[protected],, i used standad chartered creadit card amount deductted at the same time but not updated tatasky dth side d till now, i have send many e-mails to this service provider, but i have not got any response till now, kindly help to recharge my cell no. otherwise refund my money in my card.

            If I don't get my money back or my tatasky dth in not charged with the amount within 48 hrs by 11/02/2011 then I will file a case against this website in the consumer court.

            I have in the afternoon today(2nd Apr 2011) recharged Tata sky ID no [protected] for Rs 500.
            In my bank a/c debit has come but no confirmation from Tat sky in the form of SMS not received.Normally this confirmation comes immediately.

              Hello
              I’m Satyashree Sai, son of Niranjan Rout, a subscriber of yours since last 4 years or so. Our subscriber ID is [protected]. I reside in Chennai, and the installation is done at my residence at Bhubaneswar.
              In the month of April, I spoke to your customer executive for good time to understand what package I’ve and she guided me to offer the suitable package for 310/- (don’t remember exactly). I was willing to go for the annual package, and hence after deciding the package she suggested exactly how much I should pay so that I get the 12th month free. I had called from an unregistered Chennai landline number.
              Then there were so many calls to the registered mob no (my mother’s) to know why there is so much of money in our account. It was plain and simple to comprehend – I had taken a 2nd connection and had paid for entire year for it, hence the payment had to be for my primary connection. My mother unaware of developments couldn’t respond well. I assure you, the calls were harassing at times for her.
              Then greed took over for your Tats sky executives. They started making sales pitches seeing the extra money in the account. I don’t understand why a customer care parson makes sales pitches. Many times my mother asked not to call but they won’t relent.
              Finally on June 1, my father noticed a deduction of 1460 from our account.
              On 5th, I called from my chennai mob no and filed a complaint. I ensured that they have my contact no for less confusion and requested they should call me. After 2 days I received a call where they formally started the process of investigating.
              On 8th, they called my mother saying they listened the recordings and the deduction of money is justified. My mother insisted to call again after 1 hr since I was about to reach Bhubaneswar on 8th.
              None called.
              I called the customer care again on 10th, they mentioned they are looking in to it and will ensure a call back. It never happened.
              If I remember right I called twice and never got any firm response back. Issue never got resolved.
              On 12th evening I called and asked for a senior to attend the call so that resolution would happen faster, since everyone was busy I was promised a call back in 30 mins. It never happened.
              On 17th afternoon, I called again and waited for 25 mins on phone to talk to a senior associate who can resolve the issue, none came to phone, was promised a call back within 2 hrs. But it never happened.
              I was told in one of the calls that we have asked for a Supreme sports package. To be frank, my mother owns the mobile phone with registered number. She can’t converse in Hindi or English though she understands it. My family consists of my old parents only. Neither has she ever understood anything about sports. This is dacoit attitude of few greedy salesmen at tata sky, because of which we are suffering.
              To give few more examples, every time tata sky technicians work for some issue resolution at site they charge extra money for extra wiring and never produce bill.
              Last time the technician sniffed money seeing my helpless naïve parents alone. He insisted that our LCD Tv should be removed from existing spot to expose the power button for Tata sky modem. It is not good to have the power on for the modem even though it is in stand-by mode. I suggested over phone from Chennai that we won’t need it. Despite that he tricked my parents to remove the Tv and charge for that.
              I assure you this is not happening the first time.
              It is surprising to see Tata brand value sinking like this. What your guys are doing is purely crime where you dupe your customer for forced services and extra packages. Even though there are so many calls none is interested to resolve the issue rather they are sitting on it.
              To name those jokers with whom I spoke in last few days - Rajive kar, Mohammed, Sadiq.

                Since last 10 days there is a urgent payment reminder in the middle of my screen due to that i am unable to watch television although i have sufficient balance. I hv add on connection and this problem is not there in primary connection. I hv called customer care atleast 30 times and they are just asking me to wait for an endless half an hour. Will be approaching the consumer court soon for deficiency in service.

                Tata Sky — Deficiency in service.

                My tata sky set top box has been giving problems. it was replaced on 16/6/2009, but after 2-3 days it again started giving problems. now i had lodged a complaint for rectification on 30/6/2009, but the complaint has not been rectified till date.
                I think you should just call their toll-free number and talk to them personally. They will sort it out for you.

                Tata Sky — DEFICIENCY IN SERVICE

                I am a TATA SKY customer. My cust. id is [protected]. My set top box is in guarantee period. It is not working since 30th Aug.2011. I made a complaint to the customer care on the same day. The reference no. of the complaint is 1-[protected]. But after 5 days they have not taken any action in this respect. I am unable to view the programmes. Every time when I call them they said that there is no available set top box and it will be provided when it will available. Now I am disappointed at this attitude of the company towards the customer. And is also very offensive that they are charging rs.6 daily from my account.
                Therefore I request you to take action on my matter so that I may view my fav. T.V. Programmes.

                Dear sir,
                Am using Tata sky for the last several years. I also have three TV connections. The service over the last one month is very bad.The Reception is totally blanked out from last three days. The helpline nos are always engaged and no response.
                The services of Tata sky is hopeless but they charge the customers even without the TV signals.
                Now am seriously thinking of sekecting some other DTH.

                I want to bring to your kind notice the extreme trouble I have undergone due to your delayed and unprivileged service and the negligent and irresponsive attitude and act of your staff which has created great deal of hardships to me .

                On MARCH 22 2007 I had purchased your DTH service TATA SKY from Vijay electronics, 4 Jayanti Market Jaipur IN Rs. 3700. suscribed ID is [protected] From the day of purchase to April 2015 I not have to face a single problame with the Digicomp Box . After that you upgrade your DTH Sercice and most of channel my not support because of my Digicomp Box is MPGV 2 .


                After that my digicomp box is replace by your end from MPGV 2 To into MPGV 4 . But on second day this box not working properly then I rase complane to your tata sky associates and your engenior visit to my home and again change it with an old and repair box and I told to him why you are change this old box replace it with new box but he sad we cant change a new digicomp box here.

                But again after 3 or 4 days this Digicomp box had a power failure and I again rase complain to your tata sky associats and on second day your engenior come with old repair box and this time I refuse to replace it and request to replace it with new digicomp box and he told me that talk to your tata sky associats . Then I arround 5 time make call to your tata sky associats seniour department and then your assiciats ( MR. Sumit Patil and Miss. Niketa ) tell me that we will arrange a new box for you but still now one come to me and change my box and from last almost 15 days I cant watch your DTH service.


                As a consequence of your deficient service and the repeated incompetency displayed by your employed, I have suffered undue hardship and mental frustration.
                * I would like to emphasize that :
                - You have been grossly negligent and unprofessionrl I your approach
                - I have undergone a lot of extreme stress and mental agony because of your deficient service.

                Given the above sequence of events, I request you to refund the entire amount which I have towards the purchase of said TATA SKY DTH Service. Which is 3700 + 1800

                I addition, I request you to compensate me with an amount of Rs. 3000/- for the extreme stress and mental agony you have caused to me.

                In case you fail to act on this latter within 15 days from the date of this letter, I would be forced to;

                - Ask my lawyers to file a comsumer complain against you for gross negligence, and deficient service, as well as additional compensation for the mental agony and legal costs;
                - Ask my lawyers to consider the filing of a civil suit against your organistation;
                - Start a sustained online compaign spreading the word about the appalling level of services that I have received from you; and
                - Issue press releases online and in the print media.

                I hope that I do not have take these steps and look forward to an amicable resolution of these issue.

                I have two TV'S .one Plasma and another LED . I have two Set Top Boxes .One HD .
                I am paying the tariff applicable for two T V"s . For more than one year only the L E D T V works continuously . The Plasma T V works only intermittently .
                TATA SKY after sales team has never attended to the fault . I live in LODHA - CASA PARADISO gated community . It is unfortunate that we have no choice but to continue with TATA SKY, because of MRTP CARTEL between Lodha and TATA SkY . Can there be any remedy for our hardship?

                Dear Sir,

                On 19.09.2015, I deactivated some channels of my TATASKY programs, after that, my channels were not coming, i.e. All news channels, certain Hindi channels, all Sports channels and HD Programs, On TV DISPLAYS it shows "NO SIGNALS' YOUR SET TOP BOX IS NOT RECEIVING SIGNALS When called TATASKY customer care 19.09.2015 they said it will activate all programs by tommorow morning i.e. 20.09.2015. Till 24.09.2015 I waited but signals are not coming as stated above. When called TATASKY customer care 10.00 PM, they say that technician has to visit your place and charges are to be borne by me for the same. When asked why other channels are coming, then said you will not receive that channels also from tommorow morning, i.e. 25.09.2015. It is highly condemnable statement which is unfair trade practice of TATASKY OFFICIALS. IS IT THE WAY TO GENERATED MONEY BY TATASKY OFFICIALS BY DENTING THE CUSTOMERS.

                  Duration of Complaint (almost 2 weeks)
                  Starting date 4/06/2012 - End date (not valid as I am still facing the same challenge till date i.e. 16/06/2012)
                  Number of calls made to get the problem solved (approx.: 25-30 with duration of 20 mins on an average)
                  Amount of money spent on calling to speak to the customer care (No Clue)

                  Been a customer for about 5 years, never thought the services would get so sloppy and inefficient. I was relocating to a different house in the nearby area and had requested the Tata sky team to de-install the connection from the old address and re-install it to the new address. After 5 days of no response and about 10 calls I finally got to know from one of the executives that apparently the new place where I am staying, there seems to be a monopoly amongst the local cable network providers and they do not allow any external DTH companies entering their area. So I decided to cancel my subscription with Tata Sky and I was assured someone will come and remove the connection from the old place and they would reimburse my initial deposit. However, after 3 days o[censored]tmost patience they still could not get this sorted out which again costed me a bunch of phone calls but with no satisfactory results, until I spoke with one of the supervisors who assured to me that I do not have to cancel my connection and they can still install the connection to my new place. Even from my side I assured them that they would not face any challenges as I had a word with the societies Registrar and had all my socks pulled up to make sure that the technicians won’t face any challenge while re-installing the connection. Fortunately someone turned up at our door to de-install it from the previous place. The technician asked me to lodge in another request to re-install the connection and they will send somebody ASAP. He also gave me his cell phone number if in case no one shows up. Since then I have made a request for re-installing the connection and called up everyone starting from the customer care, to the technician and also the in charge of the nearest service center but I have been out of luck. Interestingly, these people don't answer their phones any more now. I have spoken to a number of people, may calls transferred from Bombay to Bangalore, to Hyderabad, to Jamshedpur and still nothing???? My question is what’s wrong with them and also to the government, what’s the point of having a democracy if you don’t have the right to choose what kind of cable connection you. The Local Cable guys are threatening the Tata Sky colleagues as they don’t want their business to be effected negatively. I am just caught in a dilemma right now with everyone in this country. A Progressive vision which is been damaged by its own manipulative people for personal benefits. I don’t know if Consumer Code is going to do anything about this but I am not going to stop until this is sorted out.................

                    We have booked an upgrade of my tata sky on 7th june 2012 for the ID [protected] and registered phone No. is[protected] and the money for that upgrade was told to us was 4816 RS which i was ready to pay. But the Instillation of your good product was done on 12th june 2012 after the telephonic conversation with Mr Madhu who himself called me and again with Mr Naresh from Bangalore and Mr Balbire from agra and other soo many customer care executive that the money will be refunded to the account with in 24 hours. Now it is been almost 48 hours and still nothing. Please kindly do the need full and i want my money to be refunded ASAP.

                    Please note that the activation charges was increased by 500Rs a day before which i was not informed about also since the booking was done before the money was increased and delay for instillation was done by your person so the extra money of 500 should not be charged to me

                      we want to make a multiple connection , when come to us and fix setup box and they said that you get a extra cost of extra wire the wire of 50 m ,then take the amount of recharging the tata sky box but they haven't make any efforts , they only start our tata sky for 2 days only and then it was written in message that u r short of amount . i want to start my tata sky again and want to catch that frod in your company , i am from delhi, i want u to take reaction urgently and help me out

                      a major service issue by the team spoiling the BRAND TATA IMAGE.

                      We have a tata sky connection for more than a year, recharge is made online for which timely calls are made from the call centre.

                      For the past 10 days i have been moving around from the call center and my mails to the customer care and also mails to the help desk. the company does not care to respond to resume my services, i have a rechare of more than rs.350 in my account. Though i am not able to view the services amount is continuously being deducted from my account.

                      the website does not have any esclation matrix whereby i can esclate this issue to the person concerned / management.

                      we want to make a multiple connection , when come to us and fix setup box and they said that you get a extra cost of extra wire the wire of 50 m ,then take the amount of recharging the tata sky box but they haven't make any efforts , they only start our tata sky for 2 days only and then it was written in message that u r short of amount . i want to start my tata sky again and want to catch that frod in your company , i am from Delhi, i want u to take reaction urgently and help me out

                      You can address your complaint to tata sky’s official handle @tatasky. They will check your recharge status and if applicable provide additional cable which they will charge for. I once faced an issue where I paid for the package amount but my account was de-activated. I tweeted regarding this complaint and tata sky immediately responded to my tweet. All I had to do is submit my subscriber ID. The customer service team instantly gave a callback and my account was activated. I suggest you too should provide your subscriber ID either here or tweet regarding your issue with this complaint link. I am sure they will look into your matter and send a technician asap.

                        Against an online booking for Tata Sky connection at my residance vide subscriber Id no.[protected] in my name, a representative of Tata Sky i.e. Mr. Zia came to my house on 14.05.2012 and installed one HD setup box.He insisted me to take Megha pack of Rs.5500 as lifelong free service free sevice is available in it.He took money from me and get charged for Rs. 3500.When asked about balance Rs. 2000, he told that it will be charged within 48 hours.Apart from this,he provided one secondary setup box for my second TV for s. 1000 and was asking Rs.600 for its installation. When enquired from Tata Sky, installation charges are not to be paid for secondary set up box.Mr. Zia told that he will come tomorrow for installation of secondary setup box, but he did not turn up till date inspite of repeated reminders to him and Tata Sky.

                        When asked for bill of Tata Sky, Mr. Zia did not provide the same. Mr. Zia was not having any identity card of Tata Sky and no work order for the connection.I also asked for bill at Tata Sky call centre but they have not provided the same till date.

                        In view of the above, I don't know that whether the system installed at my house is new one or it may be used one as I am not having bill of the same. Authority of Mr. Zia is also suspicious in this case

                        I am unable to view my second TV as my secondary setup box has not been commissioned as no cabling has been done in spite of full payment made by me.Due to wrong guidance of Mr. Zia i.e. the so called Tata Sky representative, I have invested Rs. 3500 for package.

                        Tata Sky DTH has been installed at MY residence on 2nd February but till date no one has turned up for the demo despite requests to customer care. Simply rotten and garbage service of Tata Sky no one is listening to the complaints. I am residing at C-14/A DDA Flats Munirka ND-67 mob. no being [protected]. Still an engineer has to come to my place for the demo. No care for the customer simply name customer care, really speaking they are ignored.Please help.

                          This is Rajkumar my tata sky subscriber ID is -- [protected].

                          Is this the service being provided to consumers??

                          Recentlt on 8th June there are 500/- R.s are charged from my account may I know what is the reason they charged that amount. At the time of requesting for relocation request they said that 150/- R.s are service charge. But now they charged 500/- R.s I need explanation on this.

                          But this is very very very bad to customers.. Tata sky customer care people are telling one thing doing one thing.

                          I have sent mail to [protected]@tatasky.com and [protected]@tatasky.com 24 hours back till now there is no response from their end I am unable to watch T.V channels now Even I am Unable to call customer care people also.
                          Please help me regarding this I need immediate solution from Tata sky End.

                            i have been a customer of tatasky DTH since 5 yrs and never ever felt i needed to complain until yesterday when the customer care representative in mysore who bluntly rejected a claim to replace the new remote which started malfunctioning. i had a new remote purchased for 250/- rupees for which he said that no bill will be provided ( cannot be assured whether it is a new or a second hand remote which was made to look new) not even a month it stopped working ( no breakage/fell down/water contact) and when i went back to him he with his service men said that it was a faulty piece by itself and said that he would replace it but at a cost of 150/- rupees though the original cost is 250/-. He told me that he was making a favour to me by reducing the cost.Now again, i asked for the bill but i was denied.i told him that he had to give a good quality product but he cooly said that he was not bothered about it as his job was only to sell the product (faulty/good was not his concern).Hence, there are two basic complaints to be addressed. one, Tatasky is not bothered about their substandard quality.two, the money has gone to the service representative pocket (apparently tatasky is not bothered but encourages this sort). though the issue might sound trivial but they are serious issues from a customer's perspective. hence, wish these issues are addressed.

                            TATA SKY DTH — poor quality

                            signal quality is poor for the last 3 days.
                            only receiving discovery, fox history, showcase, star cj, animal planet, zee classic, zoom, e24 only. though we have taken supreme pack. Cant even read out the msgs.signal strength is ok but signal quality is not showing any bars in signal test. I have spoken to cc 2 times but no result. Kindly look into the matter

                              A lot money we spend to buy Tata Sky ONLY to get Neo Prime for watching EURO 2012 and here are the results! In the second match, now the channels half of the channels are not coming and so called 24*7 customer care numbers if I dial, they were playing some tunes and nobody even picked up my call so that I can lodge something. Such a big blunder I have made! :( Guys, don't believe those foolish ads aired by Tata Sky that they are always available to hep you, all crap, they were there till the time they installed it. Now I am seating here just doing nothing but writing this @02:00 hours. I used to use Dish TV during my Pune days but never faced anything like this.

                              If anybody wants free frustration, please take my Tata Sky; don't even think to buy a new one.

                              Tata sky was providing all the channels to my residence. Suddenly TEN SPORTS was not coming and complaint to this effect was registered. Two Engineers ( ?) came to our residence at 1400 hrs of 12th Sep 2009. They came dismenttled all the cables and could not locate any fault. Not knowing what to do they went away promising me to that they will be back within 2 hrs. No one appeared after that. Today 13th Sep 2009 I received a call from Tata sky informing me that complaint has been attended and every thing put in place. This is absolutely lie and totally wrong by so called engineers reporting to their higher ups and misleading to customers. No one in tata sky is able to tell me to whom I should I contact in their hierarchy in case like this and feed back to higher ups.
                              New customers should think before subscribing tata sky as they are lairs and highly unprofessional.

                              As per your problem stated you were not able to view TEN Sports which come under sports bonanza pack. Were you able to watch other sports channel under the pack that you subscribed? that could have been the problem if its validity expired and Tata Sky customer care does not callback for resolved issue. You should call the customer care as I have lodged all my issues and got them solved. They will provide resolution for your pending case.

                                i had requested for installation of my tata sky dth after having got transferred from visakhapatnam on 05 Jun 12. My request was registered at 1300 hrs on 5th Jun. I checked status of complaint the next day at 0830 hrs and was assured that a Tata Sky rep would call me by the afternoon and take my address after which a service rep would come to my new house to do the needful.

                                I recieved a confirmatory call and a message that one Mr P Ghodhandapani, the company rep would attend the request. As no one turned up on the 6th I again called up the company help line on 7th morning and they confirmed that the request would be completed by 1300 hrs that day.

                                It was quite surprising that at 1300 sharp i got an SMS from the Tata Sky stating that their rep was at my premises and undertaking the work at the moment. I checked all around my house just to be sure but no one had come. Since that time i jhave called the help lione almost 6 times till nigttime but always have been given the assurance that the rep will come in one hours time. Till now almost 56 hrs have passed since my complaint but Tata Sky only gives false assurances and no delivery on ground. THe company is only making a fool of the customer, advertising quick relocation services but cheats customers in reality.

                                Is there no way that this company can be brought to book for fooling around with customers and making them run around for services that the Tata Sky promises to deliver but does not do so? One is made to wait and wait in the name of being connected to the supervisor on calling up their helpline and finally cut off aftre waiting for a long time.

There is also a 90 days policy wherein once you pay the technician, visit charges and if anything goes wrong within 90 days from the date of payment you will not be charged for tech visit. I once faced an issue where I paid for the package amount but my account was de-activated. I tweeted regarding this complaint and tata sky immediately responded to my tweet. All I had to do is submit my subscriber ID. The customer service team instantly gave a callback and my account was activated.                                     I HAD RECENTLY UPGRADED MY SET TOP BOX TO HD+.TO MY UTEER SHOCK I REALISED THAT ALMOST 11000+ ZEETOS COLLECTED BY ME IN LAST 2 YEARS GOT REDUCED TO ZERO.THE TATASKY REPS/COMMERCIALS DO NOT TALK ABOUT ANY SUCH THING.HAD THEY TOLD ME,IWOULD HAVE EXCHANGED MY ZEETOS BEFORE UPGRADING,THIS IS BEING UNFAIR TO ME.I WAS ALSO OFFERED 750 ZEETOS AS A COMPROMISE WHICH I DECLINED.IF THE COMPANY CAN RESTORE 750 ZEETOS THEN WHY NOT 11000.I WOULD LIKE SOMEBODY TO LOOK INTO THE MATTER AND RESTORE MY ZEETOS BACK.

                                        Tata Sky sales executive Mr. Ravinder ([protected]) has wrong commitment with me for install a new Tata sky. He told me that in Rs. 180 pm pack he will provide me all those TV channels of Rs. 260 pm pack, but he has refused to fulfill his commitment. Pl help me.
