Tata Sky — Unwanted charges

Dear Sir

Tata sky engineer has relocated our dish before 3 month and since then it has been continuously encountering a problem of no signal. We are fed up now to send a ticket and calling Tata Sky. Last week their engineer came and told me that there is false relocated dish and cannot be solved until it fixed at another location. Now they have charged visit charges for it and also they are asking us to pay relocation charges.

My concern is since it is their problem, why customer should pay it for re-work ? In fact my account should be credited from first relocation time because since then I have recharged my account and it was no signal continuously and they could not pay an attention.

Tata Sky — unwanted package subscription

my tata sky id is-[protected]. they added sports pack to my subscription themself and when i complaint about it they say that it can be unsubscribed only after 90 days and i have to pay 90 day charges.

TATA sky not paid my wages. i am contact a manager they call i can't give ur payment they evertime told me ur payment are postpond and i was called agiansed he told me i can't soltout ur problemof payment and that time the all of companies "T.L" to mumbai head manager say me to i can't give ur paymemt.

You can address your complaint to tata sky’s official handle @tatasky. They will look into your connection set-up issue and try coming up with an appropriate resolution. I once faced an issue where I paid for the package amount but my account was de-activated. I tweeted regarding this complaint and tata sky immediately responded to my tweet. All I had to do is submit my subscriber ID. The customer service team instantly gave a callback and my account was activated. I suggest you too should provide your subscriber ID either here or tweet regarding your issue with this complaint link. I am sure they will look into your matter and get your connection set up asap.
