The Mobile Store — mis sold warranty | |||
i bought a samsung S-8530 in july 2011 with two years extended warranty as i paid extra for it. the phone screen went blank 40% without any damage and when i informed mobile store the representative at CP B1 branch named Rafi said its not covered under the warranty unlike the representative who sold it to me saying the screen problem would be covered under it. Kindly help as i have been running to different mobile stores and united india insurance which is providing the extended warranty on my handset. No one seems willing to help me. I dont know why we all go to shops where we purchase the handset from when it got damage or giving some problem.then what is the use of the service centres.we all are litrate people doing such foolish things always ashamed me.

Mobile Store — Guarantee on handset
While purchasing a handset I received a one year guarantee from mobile store. However when I went to get an issue resolved they told me they wont work for me and I have to find a Sony Erricsson service centre. They never mention this when the cell phone is purchased at the store. It is extremely misleading.
