[Resolved] The Mobile Store — Money not refunded against cancellation of order

I made a online purchase on 'Sony - Xperia M' around a month back(sept -3rd) and the order got cancelled due to 'no stock' of product. i was told you will receive moeny back through online in 10-15 working days.It almost a month gone and Now when i am chasing/reminding them they have ready made answer "its in process" without checking the details i have got the complaint registered in their official website around 15 days back and mail conversations however no fruitful results obtain. No response for dozen of mails... Scoled them many times through phone.. Nearly after 15 to 20 calls, Finally they escalated my call to some higher level decision making senior officer and i said like, " I'm recording your call.. pls tell me that shall i raise a legal complaint against mobile store..? say Yes or NO so that i can use this tap for an evidence" .. he said 'No Sir' I'm sure i will take this as serious one and i will do the needfull" Within 24 hours of this.. I got my money backk.. :).. thanks alot to him..:)

Nearly 50 days gone... Issue got resolved.. :))))))

They refunded my money.. Callled them many times and finally sent them back.
