[Resolved]  TI CYCLES ADLER T 3000 TRADEMILL — DEFECTIVE MOTOR

I PURCHASED T3000 TRADE MILL FROM LOCAL DEALER UNIQUE GYM EQUIP P. LTD. ON NOV 09, 2009 AND WAS INSTALLED AT MY RESIDENCE ON 11TH NOV. I SMELLED FOUL SMELL FROM NEXT DAY AND COMPLAINT TO LOCAL DEALER HE PROMPTLY SENT A MECHANIC BUT HE FOUND THAT THE MOTOR IS DAMAGED. I REPORTED THE MATTER TO TI CUSTOMER CARE ON 21ST AND PROMPTLY GOT AN ANSWER ON 25TH THAT SPARES WILL BE SENT TO THE DEALER, TILL 3RD NO ACTIONS WERE TAKEN IN FACT MY WIFE TRIED TO CONTACT ONE Ms. MEENA AT MUMBAI OFFICE ON PHONE NUMBER[protected], SHE CUT DOWN THE PHONE ON EVERY ATTEMPT AND AFTER FOUR FUTILE ATTEMPTS MY WIFE GAVE UP.

AFTER LOT OF PHONE CALLS AND STRONG MAIL, A MECHANIC TURNED UP TODAY ON 5TH AND INFORMED US THAT NEW MOTOR WILL BE SENT ON WEDNESDAY 9TH.

WE FEEL TOTALLY LET DOWN AND FEEL THAT IT WAS OUR MISTAKE TO RELY ON TI BRAND AS OF REPUTE AS IT USED TO BE IN THE PAST.
