[Resolved] Times Of India — improper delivery by local agent | |
Dear Sir, I am subsriber of the Times of India. The delivery boy who delivers the news paper by keep it on the compound walls. Because of the rainy season the news paper was made wet and dampening for past three times hence I could not read the paper on the paticular days. The same was reported to the local news paper agency say Saravana Agenc, No.8, 7th East Main Road, Gandhinagar, Vellore - 6 they behaved very rude manner with irresponsible word. Please advise your agent to deliver the news papar properly. This is for your kind information. If the things continues I have no option to stop the subsription. M. Times Of India — Improper Schedule of Delivery
Dear Sir,I would like express my dissatisfaction in the way my case has been handled.
I had shifted my residence from 1st June 2010 to the below address
The local vendor has been delivering me the newspapers at my new address, and until 2 weeks back he is demanding Rs.140 to be paid to him for 2 months and told me to renew the subscription by paying additional Rs.299. I called up the customer care and I was told to email to you about this matter.
Therefore I request you to pls arrange for the needful to be done, such that I continue to get the daily copies until my subscription gets over by Sept 16th 2010, without having to pay any additional amount to my present local vendor at my new address under the current subscription. Also for the last 2 weeks I have not been receiving the newspaper.

i am a yearly subscriber of Times of India. I have paid thru cheque rs. 299/- on 2nd feb 2011 for this years subscription.
Chq no. 061027 in favor of bennet & colman.
I was supplied with the paper upto oct 10th of 2011. Suddenly on the 12th of oct, the local agent called me and said that i have not paid my yearly subscription and he suspended the paper supply. Then he does not respond. How come he supply me the paper so long without i paying the subscription amount. Then suddenly he says he got the intimation that i hav not paid the yearly subscription. Really annoying.
Pls do the needful sir.

The TImes of India — improper delivery of paper
We reside in Sunder Nagar, Malad have been subscribing to The Times of India and The Economic Times for the past many years regularly from your local vendor - S.B.Sawant.Please note that in the past one year the delivery of news papers have become very irregular such that the regular habit of reading news papers in the morning is no more a habit now.
The papers were regularly delivered to our house by around 7.45 a.m. earlier. But now majority times the same are delivered after 9.30 a.m. Many times we do not get the delivery at all (such incidents are almost 5 - 6 times in a month) and many a times we will get only one of the subscribed paper.
We request the concerned at The Times of India to take note of the above and take necessary corrective actions.
