I have opted for yearly subscription of TIMES OF INDIA & the field person Iyappan / Rajesh collected the money & handed over the coupon on 5/1/11. They advsd the Newspaper supply will start within a week to ten days but till today 9/2/11 - no delivery person have contacted. Both the above people's mobiles were switched off. Not getting News Paper

I have taken Times of India News paper Subscription for One year, but I am not getting paper from the last one week.When I call to TOI call centre they are not giving the information why they a stopped the news paper. I have called to them for 3 times and even went to office but I didn't find the correct reason why they have stopped the paper.Could any body help regarding this issue to whom I need to contact.

non-delivery of complete newspaper

we have been getting TheTimes of India without the supplements viz., Delhi Hot etc most of the times. When we ask the vendor he says that the TOI has not sent,and we have no way to check as the main newspaper doesnot mention the total number of pages per edition. kindly advise as to howto `go about it.

I dont know whether it is correct way to complain any issue related to TOI or not.On 27th october 2010,TOI personol visited me and collected an amount of Rs145 as check and Rs 40 as money for TOI 6 months subscription and promised me to deliver the TOI news paper from next month.Now an amount of Rs 145 is deducted my account(ICICI) but till this date i coudlnt get TOI news paper.

Transfer of subscription from Chennai to Hyderabad

Times of India newspaper office in Chennai has refused to transfer my subscription for Times of India @ Rs.300/- starting from 15.6.2010. My RRE code No. CR 2108 and order No. NAD 069374. Still couple of times when my mom woke up to catch him as because of some subscription missing and told him to give us yearly subscription he told he can't. The Times of India news paper is less of quality, fully stuffed with the advertisements. Guys pls let out a separate sheets for the ads' don't blend them with quality news. But, in the month of December, 2009 I was approached by some representatives from T.O.I. and offered one year subscription at a discounted rate.
