I have opted for 6 monthly subscription of Times of India + Economic times w.e.f. 16 August, 2010. However the newspaper vendor forgets to deliver the newspaper to me and this has happened for the 5th times since the subscription started. I was given the mobile number of Mr. Imran ( distributor) [protected] however he does not receive the calls and I am left stranded without newspaper for the day. This is serious problem and reputed company...

I am residing at 2350, Phase 11 , Mohali and had purchased an annual subscription of Times Of India newspaper and was given coupons bearing order no. TTAQ 001546.
The newspaper was being delivered at our residence in Mohali by Mr. Vijay the local vendor. The newspaper delivery started from 20th June but the same was not being delivered regularly. On a regular basis the newspaper was not being delivered once or twice a week.

I have been getting my newspaper delivered at my doorstep every morning through the vendor AGK News Agencies whos proprietor...

TOI is pushing its speaking tree.. we are not getting TOI without speaking tree and have been pushed to pay 2 rupee for it.. we are left with no other option but to pay for it.. we dont like it.. we hate this speaking tree... its like TOI is sucking the money from the readers... donno where to complain about it.. speaking tree should be sold seperately.. should not be pushed with sunday times......

1)the newspaper person does not distribute the newspaper daily and if he does it is very late almost at 9.00 am , by that time all have left for office and school .we try to call him but his phone is always engaged or switched off.

2)he also charges 10/- extra as service charge , do we have to pay him for this?

I am a subscriber of Times of India for the last 40 years. Whichever state I went to I always prefered Times of India. But as the years are passing by you are adopting cheap ways of selling your paper. I feel ashamed to ask my children to read your newspaper. The reason is the cheap and vulgur bikini (almost nude) photos published by you in your supplements (hyderabad times).
I think I may have to stop my subscription for your newspaper...

Hi,
This complain is regarding the Bangalore mirror delivery, which is supposed to come along with TOI bangalore edition free of cost. Whereas the newspaper dealer/ vendor (of our area) is charging extra money per month for Bangalore mirror, if we are opposing he is not giving the paper. And the problem is not other vendor is allowed to enter into the premises. This is very sad!!!
I complained several times but no action so...

I subscribed to the annual package of Times Of India newspaper (on July 10, 2010... my cell no. is [protected]), but do not get my paper delivered regularly . The vendor either does not deliver the paper at all or does not deliver the supplements along with. I do not get the Saturday issue of Crest or the Sunday issue of Speaking Tree.Today I was lucky to receive the paper but the Chennai Times was missing. I have repeatedly called the help...

I am reisdent of Regency Estate, Dombivli. I take Times of India as well as Maharashtra Times from Manish Newspaper Agency. As mentioned in the Times of India, i should be charged Rs4.50 for both the newspaper together, however the agency charges me seperate 4.50 for TOI and 2.50 for Maharashtra Times. The reason quoted for the same is that the scheme benefit is not even passed to the agency as they also have to pay for both the newspapers.br...

Times of India was on a door to door drive to promote their annual subscription offer. I took it in early July, was to have commenced receiving the newspapers on 16th July, however as of now I have not received a single coppy. I have sent approx 15 emails & 30 telecalls on nearly a daily basis, but others than cheap promises I have yet to receive any newspapers. I hv a complaint on TIMES OF INDIA 5888 sms service.I believe it is part of TOI as informed by our mobile SP reliance.

the complaint is , first we will get an SMS stating that we have subscribed to cricket pack and it is 5 rupees per match day to get cricket scores SMS
which we are not aware of that package at all.

to unsubscribe the same the SMS indicates one toll free number...
